She felt the other woman's soft palms making their way up her back, shooting shivers down Rosa's spine. A pair of lips came up to her ear and a mop of auburn locks tickled her tan cheeks. "What you making sweetheart?" she whispered. Her warm breath made Rosa go all tingly from head to toe. She looked down at the pan in front of her before answering.

"Pasta carbonara," Rosa whispered as the other woman's lips moved to her neck. Rosa sighed and melted back into her touch.

"mmmm delicious," she grinned against Rosa's neck. Her voice was a lot lower and calmer than usual. Her hands found their way around Rosa's slender waist, hugging her tightly.

"You hungry baby?" Rosa asked looking down at the hands playing with her shirt.

"mhmm," the smaller woman hummed in response, moving to place soft, tender kisses along the detective's jaw line. Rosa put her spoon down and grabbed the hands at her waist. She held them tight and span around on her heels. Rosa was now faced with her. Innocently smiling up at her. Her eyes were blue, so bright, yet so deep. The waves in her auburn locks accentuated her face shape perfectly. Her smile so warm it could make you feel safe no matter what. "Hi Rosie," she giggled. The way she spoke was so ethereal that Rosa couldn't help but smile.

"Hey Gin," The detective ran a hand through the fiery hair that belonged to the one and only Gina Linetti. "My god you look beautiful!"

"Well duh!! it's me" Gina waved her hand around her face which made Rosa laugh softly under her breath. She reached out and cupped Gina's face in her hands. Gina smiled and placed one of her hands on Rosa's and used the other to tuck a stray curl behind the taller woman's ear. They just looked into each others eye's for a moment. Both of them so madly in love. Rosa couldn't hold back any longer and she closed the gap between them both, kissing Gina deeply.

Rosa inhaled Gina's strong sent. Gina smelt like a soap store. Like when you walk in and all of a sudden your nostrils have been blessed. It was heavenly. Her lips were soft and tasted like strawberries and cream lip balm. Gina's hands found home at Rosa's scalp. Winding her fingers into the dark, thick curls, tugging at them slightly. Rosa sighed against Gina's lips, before Gina pulled her away by the hair.

"New lip balm?" Rosa laughed stroking a thumb over Gina's now pink lips.

"Yes, I got it on the weekend hehe," She smiled up at her girlfriend. Gina grabbed Rosa's waist and pulled her closer. "I love you Rosa."

"Regina Linetti you know I love you the most," Rosa stroked Gina cheek and Gina pulled harder at Rosa's waist, colliding their bodies. Once again Rosa...

Gasped, sitting up right in bed. It was dark and cold. Rosa was confused for a second before her heart shattered at the realization she had dreamt it all. Her deep, heavy breaths filled the room and eventually woke up the woman sleeping next to her.

"Woah Ro are you ok, did you have a nightmare?" Jocelyn sat up hurriedly, grabbing Rosa's hand. Rosa turned to look at her, her heart was racing. She didn't want to lie but she also did.

"No," Rosa shook her head and went with the truth.

"What happened?" Jocelyn asked stroking her arm.

"I dreamt about her, Gina," A tear ran down Rosa's cheek. Jocelyn squeezed her hand to let her know it was ok. Rosa turned and collapsed into her arms. Burring and sobbing into Jocelyn's chest.

"shhh its ok, you are going to be ok," Jocelyn stroked and placed a kiss on Rosa's head. "It will take time but you aren't alone anymore, I'm here now." Rosa sat back, sniffing. "How close did you two get? Emotionally and Physically," Jocelyn asked trying to figure out what to do.

"Emotionally, I thought we were on the same page. Turns out only I was in love and she wasn't," Jocelyn nodded. "And Physically, we went all the way," Rosa looked down and fidgeted with her hands.

"Wow ok. So even though she was faking it, she let it get intimate. That's low!" Rosa let out a sad whimper. "I know you still love her but you have got to realise what pieces of trash her and Jake both are here, that was just wrong. She lead you on emotionally, then physically, then broke your heart like it was made of glass," Rosa did not want to hear any of this right now, or ever for that matter, but deep down she knew Jocelyn was right and she had to face the music.

"I know you are right but everything just felt so real. I really believed she loved me," Rosa wiped her eyes.

"I know you did lovely but sometimes people lie and this is one of those times. I'm sure she had a reason, but nevertheless that doesn't make it right. I'm going to help you get through this and I'll always be here if you need anything."

"Thank you Jo, that helps a lot," Rosa smiled through the tears.

"Do you want to go back to sleep?" Jocelyn asked. Rosa nodded and the two women settled back down. Rosa again, fell asleep in Jocelyn's arms.
