Carlisle's POV:

I walked into the hospital to see Ally. I could not believe it. Yesterday was a perfect day to spend with her and then she got hit by a drunk driver and is in a coma. I only spent an hour there. I sat by her bed and talked to her. After that, I went to my apartment and started to pack up all my stuff. I was going to movers move all of my stuff that I did not need into a storage unit. We would not need a lot of the stuff. I started to pack my stuff yesterday. I spent an hour at Lisa's before I went home. I had stopped at the store to get tubs and boxes. I did not have a lot at the apartment. I had just moved there at the beginning of the year. It has only been 8 months. It was kind of nice that I was really only going to need my bedroom stuff and whatever else I wanted to bring. It was not going to be much to store all the rest of my stuff. There was room for my chairs and I could now have a TV in my room. I have pretty much everything packed. I am blaring my music and packing up when I hear my phone ding.

- Hey, I have a question.

- What's up?

- I was wondering if you want to go to my appointment next Thursday? It is at 3:30

- Of course! I want to see Lorelai and Liam. Do you want me to pick you up after school is out?

- That sounds great. I will see you tomorrow for dinner.

- See you tomorrow. I will bring some of my stuff over. I am almost done with the packing.

- Okay your room is cleaned out. Whenever you are ready.

- I am getting movers to help me on Thursday. It will be after school.

- Okay I will be here. Not that I can do much.

- No you can not. Got to take care of the babies.

- I will. Goodnight Carlisle.

After I got done texting Lisa I finished packing up the rest of my

After messaging Lisa I finished packing the rest of my stuff. There was not a lot I had to do. I brought some boxes out to my car. The stuff that I was going to take over tomorrow. It was about 6 and night when I decided that I need to eat some dinner. I just order a pizza. I leave my TV to be one of the last things packed. I put on Nextfix and start watching The Walking Dead. After one episode I here a knock on the door. I answer it and pay the pizza guy. After a few more episodes and most of a pizza, I decided that it is time for bed. I put the pizza away and head to bed.

The next morning I get ready for school and head to school. My first few hours go by fast. I was sitting in my room eating the lunch that I packed when I hear a knock on my door. I answer it. To my surprise I see Matt. He crept into my classroom.

"Hello, Matt. What can I do for you?" I asked smiling. I really had no hard feelings. He made a mistake and I knew he felt bad.

"I was just wondering how Lisa is? She won't answer any of my phone calls?" He said closing the door.

"All I can tell you is that she is doing fine. She is still upset with you and she does not want you in her life right now."

"I know I messed up. I just wanted to make sure that she was okay. I mean I still care for her and the twins."

"How long?"

"How long what?"

"How long were you with this girl before Lisa found out?"

"4 months. I did not think it meant anything at first but it happened. Jamie is pregnant. I am going to be a father."

"Congratulations."

"Thank you. I am excited. I wanted to say that the reason why I did what I did is that I can see Lisa and you together. I always knew that her heart was not mine to keep. And the twins were definitely not mine to help raise. You guys might not see it but I did." He said before turning around and walking away.

He did not even give me time to respond. Was he telling the truth? Am I in love with Lisa? I mean, of course, I was attracted to her. I mean she would not be pregnant. Maybe that is the reason why it took me so long to have Ally meet her. Maybe that is why I did not want to move forward with her. But I did want to. I was going to ask Ally to move in with me. I just lost her. I am not going to say anything to Lisa about what Matt said.

After school was out I drove over to Lisa's. She had given me a key when I was over there a few days ago. I unlocked the door and brought in a few boxes. When I walked in I noticed that the music was turned up and being played all through the house. I walked into the kitchen to see Lisa dancing around, singing to the music and putting the dishes away. I lean on the door frame and cross my arms smiling. She was very pretty, there was no doubt in that. She was very loving. It was amazing to see her stomach swelled with our children. I stand there a minute before she turns around and sees me. She jumps in the air a little.

"Sorry I did not hear you come in." She said blushing. "I did not even realize the time."

"It's fine. Nothing to be embarrassed about. What are we having for dinner?" I ask sitting at the bar stool in the kitchen.

"I was thinking Tacos?"

"That sounds really good."

"Okay. I am starting in a little bit." She goes back to doing what she was doing.

I run back out to my car and get the rest of the boxes. I go and put them in my room. After I am done with that I go and help Lisa make dinner. Once dinner is ready we eat. We decided that we were going to watch a movie while eating. We went with The Kissing Booth. Don't ask me how she got me to watch a chick flick. Halfway through movie Lisa puts her head on my shoulder. She has a blanket over her. I smile and look at her. Her arm is resting across her belly. Not 30 minutes later she is sleeping. I close my eyes and listen to her breathing. Maybe Matt is right. Maybe I am in love with her.
