After my display of powers at my birthday party and debut..rumours started circulating in the social circles.It was too early for me to know magic and my magic was developed at a level hard to even imagine.And just as I expected.....the king called for me and father....

The King!!!!

Right now I'm in the carriage with father and brother on our way to the royal palace in the capital.I'm having goosebumps even thinking about facing the king.I wonder what the king is thinking.Though I saved him and the royal family but it still is a matter of great concern since father hid this from him.But its only because I told him not to disclose this matter.But the king wont believe it.What if he starts suspecting us?!?....

Father is not looking too good.He is mumbling something time to time and glaring at me.Well I've done it.I wonder what punishment we'll get.I hope my head remains intact at least.

I looked out from the window of the carriage. Its my first time in the capital.The capital is very developed and busy.All the places are decorated beautifully. Its adorned with so many different exotic flowers and plants. I was also smelling some good bakery items. The aroma of foods shook my tummy...

I got hungry....While I was busy looking at the streets sitting in the bumpy carriage, and suddenly I discovered that we reached the palace...

Woah look at that!!!!

This palace looks so beautiful and dreamy. It put me in a daze.My brother smiled at me looking so curiously at the palace and patted my head.I love it when he pats my head. All my worries seem to go away. I was not scared anymore.

We entered the palace and then finally came to the room where the king was waiting in. After the guards announced our presence the doors opened.I saw the king.He was sitting in his throne.Besides him the prime minister was standing.The king was giving off an imposing and majestic aura.I felt a shiver in my spine.

'I see you have come Raphelle. How are things going on?You look like you have not had some decent sleep for some time.' The king said.

The king is mocking father.He has this smug look on him.

'So Belle,How have u been?Last time I saw you use some magnificient magic and you protected us too.I owe you a lot for protecting the royal family.Even my guards failed to keep up with those assassains.' The king said.

But contrary to his words his expression gave off a bad feeling. Its like he grew suspicious of me.

Well, its unusual using magic before the normal age for children .......And here I'm at a pro level so its normal for him to be suspicious.

But how do I explain it? Father is also not trying to say anything on my behalf.He has completely given up on explaining.Now its all on me.

The king saw my uneasy look. He then asked, "How did you learn magic before time?.And seeing how good you are at handling magic,I suppose you've been receiving training for a long time."

The king was getting impatient..So despite being so nervous I decided to explain things properly but after hiding certain things in my own way,I had a plan afterall.

I told the king when I was little I somehow contracted with bloom, my spirit fairy. She taught me how to use magic early. My family didn't know I could use magic for a long time.When I told them I requested father not to tell anyone as I didn't want to be treated differently.

The king looked like he just listened to a fantasy story by a child. But he got convinced somehow since I wrapped it out nicely.

He asked me about bloom,my powers and skills. He seemed to be at awe.

After being satisfied the king asked me what I wanted since I did protect the royal family. He asked if I wanted any wealth,dresses,maids,toys or lands.He said he would grant me anything reasonable.

But I said to the king,"Please allow me to choose my own fiancee."

I didn't need jewels or wealth.The thing I needed the most was freedom and I didn't want to die early. So I asked him so that no one could force a marriage upon me without my will. For sure I didn,t want to pair up with a capture target. And after this incident many nobles sent proposals for me and it seemed the king was also interested in making me the crown princess.

The king looked troubled after hearing my request but agreed nonetheless.

We departed for our home after leaving the palace.

Someone was glaring Belle when she was leaving from the palace windows. But she was unaware of it.Can Belle really be in peace from now on?

The king called the crown prince after the windsor family left. He said,"I'm sure you would be able to win that little girl,wont you? Make her want you. I hope you won't disappoint me. This kingdom needs her."

"Yes father. I won't disappoint you." said the prince.
