Emma Hayden. The new student of Westwood High. It's a small school, not known for any good reason so naturally, new students get all the attention. Especially the girls. Emma is no exception. Except that maybe she is.

Nathan Sterling. The outcast, if you will. The lonely boy who doesn't talk to anyone, doesn't have more than one friend, and intimidates everybody. Everybody except Emma. Not that she isn't intimidated by him, just that she's caught his eye and he's got it bad.
