Y/n lays in bed, her eyes barely open as she waits for Louis to get back from set.

Her house is closer, so sometimes on late nights, he would crash at her house. Which her mother was fine with, she adored Louis.

She jumps as she hears quiet taps on her window, and she hauls herself out of bed and goes to open it.

There stands Louis, in his sweatpants and hoodie, with red eyes and disheveled hair. He sends a tired smile her way and Y/n quickly lets him in. "Baby, you look so tired." She says, running her hands up and down his arms.

He nods sleepily and leans into her touch. "We had to do this fight scene like a bazillion times and I just wanted to collapse." He pouts.

"Aw, bubs, let's go lie down." Y/n says quietly. She takes his arms and leads him to the bed. Louis face plants into the pillows and Y/n snickers lightly.

Louis pats the spot next to him and Y/n lifts the comforter and goes underneath, and Louis pulls her against him making her laugh. He hugs her torso and rests his head on her shoulder.

Y/n kisses his jaw and hugs him tightly. Y/n starts to trace shapes on his back, trying to help him fall asleep.

He focuses on her fingers bushing over the clothed skin on his back, until he begins to notice a pattern.

He feels the strokes, and he feels her spelling something. He keeps his eyes closed as she continues to spell out the words.

Louis' breath gets caught in his throat when he deciphers the message. The biggest smile spreads upon his face. His eyes well up with tears and he pulls away from the hug to look at her.

"What's wrong Lou?" She asks sleepily.

He takes one of his hands and places on her cheek, and kisses her softly on her lips, Y/n kissing back quickly. Her hands go to his neck and she tries pulls away to ask again, but Louis pulls her back. Their lips moves together and he pulls away slowly, savoring the kiss. "I love you too."

Her eyes widen and she looks at the boy, "I- you got that?" She stutters.

He nods happily with a big goofy grin unfaltering. "Yep. I love you with my whole heart. And it's ok if you're not ready, I just thought that-"

"I love you so much Louis. I can't even describe to you how much."

He hugs her again and his hair tickles Y/n's cheek and his cold nose pressed against her neck as he buries his head in the crook of her neck. "I can't wait to marry you." He mummers. "I know we just said i love you, but I know I'm going to marry you one day."

"And I can't wait to marry you." Y/n says, her eyes watering. "This was probably one of the sweetest conversations I've ever had." She tells him.

"I love you. I love you I love you I love you." He says over and over again.

Y/n begins to trace "I love you"s again on his back and soon she hears his soft snores. She quickly kisses the top of his head before pressing herself more, if at all possible, into his warmth.
