(A/N): Hey, I'm not exactly sure how a headcanon would work with a oneshot but I'll try my best. Although I've never read any headcanons, I've done my research so I have a general idea of what they are. I'm still a little confused on how they can be a oneshot though so please forgive me if everything's all wrong. So I guess this'll just be a combination of a oneshot and headcanon...?
(Y/n)'s POV
An eternal dream in which I would soon be forced to part with. The countless stars that lingered in the sky reminded me that I was still enchanted by this so-called fantasy of mine.
And before me in this dream stood two boys that I had longed to befriend but much to my disappointment, my overwhelming nerves prevented me to do so.
Grasping for whatever frail strings I could find, I desperately wanted to hold this dream together. The thought of it disappearing and dissolving into nothing was unbearable.
"Yo (Y/n)," Sorey greeted, his voice as steady and carefree as I had imagined it to be.
"Hey," Mikleo added, calm and logical yet it hinted towards a sliver of warmth and concern.
"What are you guys doing here?"
"You mean amongst these stars? (Y/n), we're in a glass building. It was your dream, right? To live here...with us, amongst the stars," replied Sorey.
How had they known? This was exactly how I had imagined it to be. They would realise my fantastical dream and make it a reality because I loved them, because they loved me.
I was constantly overcome with this sense of delusion and longing. Sorey and Mikleo were the stars that had always been out of reach and now, here they were.
Yes, I was crazy, often fantasising realities in which they would be involved in. Realising that I was still stuck in this sweet dream of mine, I forced myself to focus on their oh-so-real manifestations.

"Hey guys...can I have a hug?"
"Sure," they both replied.
Sorey put his arms around me without any hesitation. An explosion of warmth spread throughout my body as I leaned against him. I felt safe, protected and warm in his arms.
He gave me a sense of belonging and home as he played with my hair. That was just the person he was. His persona was steady and solid, warm and friendly without any unwarranted naivety.
"(Y/n), are you okay?" he asked, his voice full of concern and friendliness.
"*smiles* I'm fine."
He let go but I was immediately pulled into a hug from behind. Mikleo laid his head on my shoulder with his arms wrapped softly around me, almost as if he afraid to break me. His calm posture created a sense of relief within my heart.
His gentle touch was reassuring, as if pulling me back to a better reality. The warmth of his breath tickled against my skin, yet I felt calm and loved in his hold. He was logical yet gentle, soft yet firm. I felt completed.
"Feeling better now?" he asked softly, afraid that his words would break this fragile moment.
"Yes, thank you. Thank you both."
I stood to face them both. The kind smiles on their faces was enough to make my heart melt at the very sight of them. I was pulled in and enchanted by their charming presence.
My light held no comparison. Whilst mine was diminishing, theirs was bright and full of life. I needed them to feel like a normal person, to feel loved, to feel like I belonged in society.
"Hey, tell me more about yourselves."
"Well, what do you think about us?" Mikleo asked.
"Start with me first," Sorey exclaimed, eager to hear my response.
"Sorey, I think you're strong and not just physically. You force people, in a good way, to return to their real selves and give them a place to belong. You seem like the type to charge into things without much thought if it involves the people close to you. You focus better with things in which you can interact with rather than sitting down to think about the problem. People can easily trust you and you're not very likely to break that trust. You're a ray of a light that gives everyone a place to call home, something to give everyone hope."

Neither of them said a word so I continued onto Mikleo.
"Mikleo, you're calm and steady with your actions. You don't seem like the person to rush things and would rather think about it first but if you're really pushed to your limit, then you would charge in without a second thought. Your presence is not as bright as Sorey's but it gives people a sense of peace and relaxation. You provide completion with your unspoken words that everyone seems to understand. Although you're a little more cautious, you use that to your advantage to assess a person's credibility while also allowing you to better understand your loved one's heart."
They looked at each other, making me bite my lip. I had said everything without any hesitation, without thinking about their reactions and feelings.
"You seem to know people very well," Sorey exclaimed with a large grin on his face.
"So what do you think about our likes and dislikes?" asked Mikleo.
"Sorey, you like to eat savoury dishes and you love things that excite or thrill you, like roller coasters. You would find a way to make everyone happy, including yourself. You realise your importance in a group but without arrogance. You like being in the company of others and find it somewhat difficult to be alone. You like relationships in which your lover didn't care about whether or not you kissed in public or trivial things like appearance."
I took a deep breath before continuing.
"Mikleo, you have a sweet tooth and like to share desserts with your lover. You prefer company although being in solitude doesn't bother you much. You have a calm mind and would rather have a nice walk in the park or go sightseeing than go to amusement parks. You sometimes long for more skin ship, like Sorey but you're happy just in the presence of your close ones. You dislike people who judge others based on their first impression or more the aura they give off."
I held in a breath. I had never revealed my inner thoughts of other people so easily, especially not to the people that I had admired more than anything in the world.
A relieved sigh escaped my lips as they both smiled and laughed, seemingly happy that I had deducted their very actions. To my surprise, they both grabbed either one of my hands and placed a gentle kiss on my knuckles.
"Well then, until next time we meet...(Y/n)."
~Dream end~
I woke up, a happy smile on my face. I felt content...that was, until I realised that I was confined in my whitewashed room in this mental institution my parents had forcefully admitted me into.
With constant begging, I had managed to get the doctors to comply with my wishes. I was allowed access to the internet although contact with the outside world was prohibited. Anime merchandise filled all the shelves I had in this somewhat spacious room.
"Sorey...Mikleo...you were real...so real..."
It was painful to admit that they were just characters from an anime. To me, they were real despite what everyone else said. With tears sliding down my cheeks, I grabbed the pills on my bedside table.
