(Y/n)'s POV
The rush of adrenaline running through my veins and the anticipation of landing a successful attack filled my body with a sense of euphoria that took my breath away.
Fighting a princess of Jahad was an incredible experience. Not only did I get to test my power and spear bearer abilities, I could also get an idea of her attack patterns and assess her skills.
"(Y/n), you're rather good," she exclaimed.
"Thanks."
"Well, I'm going to go take a rest."
"Sure thing."
I leaned against the cool surface of the wall, watching the others mind their own business. A frown appeared on my face as my eyes locked on Bam. He hasn't stopped training ever since early in the morning.
I continued to watch him, carefully observing his fighting stance and style of attacking with shinsu. It was quite easy for me to figure out the attack patterns of others but Bam was just different.
"Hey (Y/n), we're going out to explore the train. Want to come along?" Khun asked.
Glancing at Bam, I replied, "I'll stay. You guys go on ahead."
"Okay. See you when we get back."
"Bye."
They left through the door, going unnoticed by Bam. I sucked on the lollipop I had hidden in my pocket, bored yet fascinated by Bam's fighting style. It was difficult to come across someone like him.
I fiddled with my spear, which I had taken out from my armour inventory. Although practice was something I could do to keep myself occupied, I just didn't feel the need.
"Ah- (Y/n), watch out!"
I deflected his bang of shinsu with my spear before looking at him with a raised eyebrow.
"Sorry, I lost focus," he explained.

"Lost focus? I suppose that's understandable. You haven't even stopped to rest."
"W-well, I'll admit that I was tired but I was trying to figure out my feelings..."
"Your feelings? Don't worry about anything. You're Bam and only Bam. You don't have to worry about everyone else."
"Oh, where is everyone?"
"They went out exploring the train. I stayed behind so that you wouldn't be alone."
"Thanks, but I don't suppose you have a way to track where they are?..."
"I'm a spear bearer, not a light bearer nor a scout."
"I was just asking."
I put my spear away and pulled the stick out of my mouth before throwing it to the side. He watched me, seemingly out of curiosity as I sat cross-legged in front of him.
He came over and did the same, leaning his face on one hand. I laughed, making him stare at me in confusion. I looked at him once more before laughing again.
"What?" he asked.
"You're cute. You know that, right?"
"*blush* W-well..."
"Want to play some games?"
"What games?"
"I don't know. What do you want to play?"
"How about hide and seek?"
"Seriously? Hide and seek? In this massive train?"
"Then we'll hide only in this room."
"Okay, you count first. Count to ten."
"You sure you don't need more time?"
"Who do you think I am?"
"*laughs* Okay, I get it."
He stood up and faced the wall with his eyes closed. I quickly jumped up to the small ledge hanging off the ceiling, which was completely hidden unless you knew you were looking for it.
I swiftly pulled out my spear, extending the weapon over the ledge so that I had an area to rest on. The actual ledge itself was too small for me to fit on so fixing my spear into a crook on the ceiling gave me enough room.

I perched, careful not to make any sudden movements. Bam had already finished counting and was beginning to search for me. I watched him from above, feeling the adrenaline pumping through my veins.
One sudden move and it would be his win. I had no doubts about my spear breaking, I had trust in it. But what if the ledge broke? I shook my head, trying to clear my mind of these negative thoughts.
Suddenly, the train rumbled and jerked, making me lose my balance. I gripped onto my spear with one hand, breathing a sigh of relief. Bam hadn't noticed me but I had a feeling that he soon would.
The ceiling was a long way away from the ground and I was sure that if I dropped, I would be breaking a few bones. It was impossible for me to jump back up without making any sound either.
Damn it. My hand was slipping. The train jerked again, making me lose my grip altogether. I screamed but held it back, squeezing my eyes shut.
I felt arms wrap around my body. Bam smiled once I opened my eyes. I immediately relaxed, letting the tension leave my body. To our surprise, the train shook, making me stumble.
My eyes widened in both shock and embarrassment as I felt Bam's lips on mine. Instead of pulling away like I had expected him to, he deepened the kiss.
I kissed back without hesitation. He seemed to hold back slightly. My hands found their way up to his soft, brown hair. I twirled his hair with my fingers, making him lean in more.
I was pushed back against the wall. The door suddenly opened, the others all coming back from their exploration. Bam immediately pulled away, a bright red blush on his cheeks.
"Seems like you two were busy," Khun commented, a large smirk on his face.
"*blush* S-shut that mouth of yours."
"So are you two officially dating or what?" Endorsi asked.
It was true that Bam and I had liked each other for a very long time. We had behaved like a couple for a few weeks but neither of us had stated that we were officially dating. It was just...normal for us.
"Y-yeah, I guess..." replied Bam.
"Good job, black turtle! Your leader, the great Rak, is very proud of you!"
"I doubt that deserves your praise," Endorsi exclaimed.
"(Y/n), your face is all red," Khun pointed out.
"Wow, thanks for stating the obvious," I said sarcastically.
"It's so fun to tease you."
"Ha! It'll be my turn when you get a girlfriend."
"That'll never happen."
"Hmm, is that a bet?"
"(Y/n)."
I turned around to look at Bam but he just avoided my gaze and looked away. I stared at him, confusion written all over my face. Was there something wrong?
"I think he's jealous that you're talking to Khun and not him," Hwaryun exclaimed while coming into the room.
"Eh? Really?"
"*blushes deeply* T-that's not true!" Bam argued.
I just laughed before placing a soft kiss on his cheek.
"Happy now?"
"I wasn't even upset to begin with," he replied stubbornly.
"I love you."
"W-what?"
This caused all of us to laugh.

The First Primordial [DROPPED]
[Story dropped until further notice, I don't currently plan on restarting the story but will leave it as a possible option] During the Creation and before the inception of the Realms, there were 3 beings. Known as Primordials, beings even the God's knew little about that were rumoured to be myths or legends. Follow one of such beings that, given the unflattering name Arthur and the species of Demon, must figure out his place within the realms and find his fellow Primordials. Spending the beginning of creation within what will be called The White Realm then spending an unknown amount of time screwing around in the Demon Realm. Once he finally begins his story, he will be acquainted with a world full of grand vistas, religious nuts and floating rocks which will remove whatever little common sense he had remaining. Of course, there will be no shortage of trouble that will complicate things that (due to a poor ability in making good first impressions) will cause more than a few worlds changing events. These events include the destruction of a church and minor religion, including the death of that religion's God, messing with the reincarnated people and even introducing his own reincarnators along with the slight involvement of a war between the Demon Realm and the Creation Realm. Slow burn story; expect the story to be long with plot being introduced as it goes along. The story will include a main character with an actual mind and personality that will create, learn, and even destroy as the story progresses with an emphasis on what experiencing the other side of most novels, a perspective on that one whimsical god that brings the protagonist from one world to another that is only ever mentioned in the starting chapter. [PS- This will be my first time writing, so advice, tips and critiques will be appreciated. The release schedule is a bit iffy and unreliable but will mostly be every Sunday]
