(Y/n)'s POV
Nagi had managed to get me to watch one of his many favourite animes, stating that I would most definitely not be wasting my time. We were currently in his room with the tv on, like we had been for the past two hours.
Without realising, I had gripped his hand, perhaps with too much force. This had to be it. Not only was it the climax of the anime but also the moment in which I had hoped would soon evolve into a story that mirrored a dreamlike event.
"Dammit! What's wrong with this?"
"(Y/n), you're hurting my hand," Nagi exclaimed.
"Oh, sorry. It's just that...I was hoping that they'd get together..."
"Yeah, me too. But don't worry, the next season's coming out in a month!"
"Really?!"
"Heh, you sound super excited about it."
"Of course I am!"
"And you were complaining about having to watch it. You should know that I would never make you do something to waste your time, seeing as how you hate wasting it so much."
"Sorry."
"So what was your favourite part?"
"I'm not sure. It was going to be the part when they got together but I didn't expect her brother to come pick her up! That just made everything awkward!"
"*smiles* I'm glad you seemed to like it."
"Hehe, well, I'm going back now."
I stood up, feeling the warmth of his body disappear. Up until now, I hadn't known that I was still holding his hand. The action of letting it go was somewhat awkward for me, but I could only imagine how much more it was for him.
As I headed towards the door, slow music began to play in the background. I turned around to find Nagi next to a radio. I could only look at him in confusion as he walked over.

Taking my hand in his, he knelt down on one knee before placing a gentle kiss on the back of my hand. I could feel a blush creep onto my cheeks as he asked for a dance from his 'princess'.
"I would love to but I don't know how..."
"*chuckles* All you have to do," he replied while standing up to spin me by my hand.
He suddenly took me in by the waist and used his index finger to lift my chin up so that I was making eye contact with him.
"...is gaze at me with those beautiful eyes," he finished softly.
After a little hesitation, I managed to look into his eyes without the uselessness of a blush finding its way onto my cheeks. I unconsciously put my hand on his shoulder while the other remained encased in his.
Nagi's grip around my waist tightened. Soon enough, I found myself slowly dancing to the music. He would occasionally twirl me around by the hand, which made me realise just how silly this would seem to others but I loved it.
I had never known that I could waltz relatively well just by looking at him, with nothing else to focus on. Getting lost in our own world really did make me lose sight of the embarrassing reality in which I couldn't dance.
He smiled happily, making me realise that I had been staring at him like an idiot the whole time. *blush* Damn, what was wrong with my blushing these days?
"You dance just as beautifully as a princess, (Y/n)," he complimented.
"Well, I'm glad I was able to learn from a prince who teaches so well."
"Hey (Y/n)."
"Yeah?"
"*smiles* I love you. I'm honestly really glad that you're my girlfriend."

"W-what's with that confession all of a sudden?..."
"...I read some of the messages you sent your best friend."
"Eh?!"
"I didn't mean to but she sent you a message when you asked me to hold your phone one time and...I know it's wrong but I won't apologise."
"Why not?"
"You don't need to feel self-conscious at all. You're perfect in every way, and I would never replace you. I love you and that will never change. I consider myself lucky to be able to claim you as mine."
"Nagi..."
"You're welcome, princess."
I could feel my cheeks heating up to the point where I was sure my face was as red as a tomato. He seemed to notice before a slight smirk appeared on his face.
He lifted me up bridal-style, causing me to gasp out in surprise. I immediately wrapped my arms around his neck and held on for dear life.
"For the finale of this dreamlike dance, let me sweep you off your feet like a prince saving the princess from an evil witch," he joked.
"...you watch too much anime."
He twirled around, which left me with a weird tickling feeling in my stomach. I couldn't help but giggle. He soon placed me back on my feet and kissed me.
I kissed back, wrapping my arms around him. Despite wanting more of his warmth, I smiled into the kiss, making him pull away. We both burst out into laughter. I couldn't even begin imagine what we looked like to normal people.
"Oi Nagi! You in there with (Y/n)?" Riku asked while knocking on the door.
"Oh, Riku? You guys are back already?" Nagi exclaimed while opening the door.
"Yeah, why? Did you think we'd be gone for the whole night? *smirks* Were you planning on doing something with (Y/n)?"
I immediately blushed and pouted as he laughed at my reaction. Nagi reached out to grab my hand, seemingly out of jealousy. This time, I was laughing along with Riku.
"Nagi, I'm not going to steal her away from you. Calm down."
"Hmph, you better not."
"What's with the music though?"
Nagi and I looked at each other, unsure of whether to tell him about our silly scenario or to make up some lame excuse about it not turning off.
"You do realise we have security cameras in our dorm, right?" Iori asked while appearing in the doorway.
"What?! Nobody told us about that!"
"Even though he sounds completely serious, he's joking," Mitsuki reassured us.
"Iori!"
"*blushes slightly* I-I'm going to my room."
"Aww, looks like someone's embarrassed," Riku commented with a smirk.
They all left, leaving us alone in Nagi's room. He closed the door before kissing me again. I was pushed against the door but I couldn't stop myself from laughing.
"(Y/n), what's so funny?"
"Nothing, I'm just happy."
"I love you."
"*grins* I love you too."

New Escape
In a world not that unlike the present exists a fantastic technology to transfer one's consciousness into a game. A new frontier for video games has been opened, and my first experience in this world is an rpg. An escape from monotony and school has led me to experience a brand new world.(I originally lost my motivation for this story and kinda wanted to kill it, but I brought it into this world so I will fix it. I'll probably re-write the first chapters and include a more compelling story. Didn't really write the story for people to read in the first place and after I put it on here I stopped caring, but I am changed!(not too much but just a little))
