(Y/n)'s POV
The sweet aroma of the vibrant flowers surrounding me filled the air. I closed my eyes and let the sunshine warm my body as a soft breeze blew past.
I loved coming to the gardens. It was always so plain, so muted...so restricted but now, it was different. I was glad yet guilt ate at my heart. How could I feel this way when Teito was overwhelmed with worry?
He had left his best friend behind while I had left nothing but my suffering. I hugged my legs and rested my head on my knees, trying to forget about the hardships Teito and I had faced.
"The flowers are worried about you," exclaimed Labrador.
"Hmm? Oh, really?"
"Is there something on your mind?"
"Nothing much."
"If there's something worrying you, you can always talk to us."
"*smiles* Okay, thank you."
"Your brother's looking for you."
"Teito is?"
He nodded before gesturing towards a figure who was running towards me. I stood up, only to stumble a few steps back when Teito ran into my arms. He met my surprised smile with a cheeky grin.
"Hey (Y/n)," he greeted.
"Teito, what's with the rush?"
"Nothing, I just found out a huge secret."
"What?"
"Not telling."
"Awww, come on. As your older sister, I command you to tell me."
"*laughs* No way."
I walked back to the main court with Teito, where Frau and Castor were waiting for us. I smiled at them but noticed something strange with how Teito and Frau were behaving. I tilted my head in confusion.
As they continued to nudge and glare at each other, Castor stood by my side and sighed. I giggled at his reaction, despite my curiosity. They all seemed to be keeping something from me, which I found slightly annoying.
"What's going on?"
"It seems that Frau has-"
Frau stuffed a piece of cloth in his mouth before he could continue with his sentence. Castor shot him a glare and pushed his hand away.

"Oi (Y/n), can you fight?" Frau asked.
"Obviously she can. Just because she's a girl doesn't mean that she can't fight," replied Teito.
"Prove it."
"Hey, she's actually pretty strong. She just prefers not to use violence."
"Come on, (Y/n). I wanna test you," Frau exclaimed.
I was left unable to protest as he stood before me with a smirk. The others just shrugged and stood to the side. I gestured for him to go first. He charged at me, a grin on his face.
I effortlessly dodged his body and stood in position again. He got out his scythe and swung it at me. Slipping my two daggers out from my sleeves, I used them to deflect the incoming attack.
Before he could lean harder, I turned around and quickly moved out of the way. He immediately attacked me again, pulling me in by the waist and putting the scythe around my neck.
"I would be careful if I were you."
"Like you can say that right now," he replied.
I had a dagger by his throat and one by his stomach. He put his scythe away and let me go. I slipped my daggers back before we heard clapping behind us.
"Your fighting is beautiful," complimented Castor.
"Yeah, I would say it's almost like you were dancing," Labrador added.
"Thank you."
Frau smirked, making me realise just what he was up to. A dreaded feeling filled my stomach as I took a few steps back, seeing an illusion in front of me. Teito reached out to steady me but I shook my head and stood upright.
"Frau, I would appreciate it if you could ask me next time."
"I was sure you would refuse."
"You're probably right but I am tired of being used. I've already been through enough."
"What do you mean?"
"She was used for...entertainment," I heard Teito say.
I had already left, needing some time to calm myself down. I headed to a glass-domed garden, where no one was here to bother me. The sound of the chirping birds and the scent of the trees helped with my unforgettable memories.

As time passed by, I couldn't help but grow more and more anxious. Why was this happening to me? I shouldn't be feeling so uneasy, especially if there was nothing here to worry me.
I had no idea how much time had passed but the sunset that appeared before me was enough to tell me that too much had gone by. I wasn't just left in a state of distress but also one of delusion...
I pressed my hands against the cool glass and stared out at the vast, open area below. It was...beautiful and pure, so unlike me. I was tainted and used...
Suddenly, I sensed a dark presence behind me. Before it could land an attack on me, I rolled to the side and dodged, its attack shattering the fragile glass.
I let out a small scream as another one hit me from my blind spot, drawing blood from my arm. The two Kors circled around me, gazing hungrily at my injured body.
Unexpectedly, Frau appeared behind them and swiped down with his scythe, heavily injuring the two figures that had now fallen down. He attacked them one last time before they disappeared into dust.
He grabbed my hand and pulled me in closer. I gasped in surprise, shocked at his sudden action. I looked up at him but his gaze lingered on something behind me.
I turned my head to see another Kor ready to attack where there was a large, ragged hole in the dome. I wasn't careful...I could've fallen off and let that thing take advantage of me...
Frau destroyed it before it could attack. I winced in pain as he grabbed onto my injured arm, causing the wound to open a little more. He immediately let go and looked at the blood staining his hand.
"You need to be more careful next time," he exclaimed.
"I'm sorry, I'll go get this treated."
"(Y/n), wait."
"Oh, I forgot to thank you. Well, thanks for helping."
"No, that's not it."
"If it's about before, I forgive you. It's not like me to hold a grudge for very long anyway."
"I-I'm sorry."
"No, I was just overreacting. You didn't know."
I turned around but he grabbed onto my sleeve and stopped me. I looked back but he didn't meet my gaze. He was staring elsewhere, a slight blush on his cheeks. I turned my body to face him but he still stayed silent.
"I..um..."
I waited patiently for him to continue despite the pain overtaking my arm.
"I l-like you," he finally confessed.
"...is this a joke?"
"I-I'm serious about this!"
"Hmm, so what do you want me to do? Date you?"
"Damn, this is not how I imagined it to go..."
I laughed, forgetting about my injury and just continued to laugh. I had never laughed so much in my life. It seemed that Frau could be a little cute sometimes.
"Alright then, I'll date you."
"Really-"
"But I just need to clarify something. I'm sorry but I'm not interested in you the same way you're interested in me so use this chance to change things, alright?"
He frowned before a large smirk graced his face. I could only widen my eyes as he leaned down to kiss me despite the fact that I had tried to move away.
"Well, I'm sure you'll be changing your mind very soon," he said in a low tone.
"O-oi, I need to get my wound treated! Stop taking up my time!"
"Come on, Frau. That confession needed a bit of work," Teito exclaimed while jumping down from a nearby tree.
"You were watching?!" we both yelled simultaneously.
