《Sinful |Klaus Mikaelson||》Make You Feel

"Promise to keep me updated?" Audrey questioned nervously.
"I promise. Don't worry, Aud. I'll be okay. I'm a lot stronger than I look," Jeremy chuckled through the phone. He knew Audrey was worried and he wanted to ease her mind.
"I know you are but still, stay close to Bonnie at all times. Don't trust Shane and always stay aware of your surroundings," Audrey said pacing around her living room while Klaus watched her with amusement. "I know it seems like I'm nagging but I'm scared. I want you to stay safe,"
"I know you do, that's why I love you so much," Jeremy smiled. "I'll call you when we get to the island,"
"All right. Give everyone my love okay, even Elena," Audrey sighed. Jeremy agreed before hanging up. Once off the phone, she looked at Klaus who was smiling softly at her.
"You're cute when you worry," He hummed pulling her close the minute she walked near him. She sighed and wrapped her arms around his neck and climbed into lap.
"I'm terrified. I have this feeling in my gut and it's telling me something bad is going to happen," Audrey explained. Klaus leaned forward and placed a soft kiss to her neck. "I feel completely helpless,"
"That's because you are, my love," Klaus chuckled causing her to groan. Before they could say anything else, the door opened stopping them. Caroline strolled into the house looking determined.
"Audrey, don't be mad at me," Caroline stated immediately. Audrey climbed off her soulmate and cocked an eyebrow at her friend.
"Why would I be mad at you?" Audrey questioned. Before Caroline could answer, Tyler walked into the house with a smug look on his face. Klaus stood up and glared at the hybrid. "Why is he here?"
"I told him I was coming to help you get rid of Kol's body and he wanted to come with," Caroline sighed. "Look I know Klaus is your boyfriend, but he did still kill Tyler's mom,"
"Yeah and he just watched his brother get murdered last night so call it even," Audrey snapped at Tyler, who was still grinning at Klaus. "I mean it. I understand that you're still upset, I would be to, but today isn't the day to prove your point,"
"Don't worry Audrey, I'm just here to help," Tyler lied before strolling casually into the kitchen. Caroline sighed before following him. Audrey looked back at Klaus and saw he still looked angry. She rolled her eyes before leaning up to kiss him. He was caught off guard for a moment but he quickly kissed her back. She pulled away and smiled softly.
"Relax, I've got your back," Audrey assured the tense hybrid. Klaus stared into her warm chocolate eyes with amazement, he truly didn't deserve this girl. Instead of replying he kissed her again, wanting nothing more than to just melt away with her.
Caroline cleared her throat loudly drawing the couple's attention to her. "Yeah maybe now isn't the best time to get all sexed up considering there's still a dead body in your dining room, or did you forget?" Audrey rolled her eyes at her friend's attitude but still felt warmth spread to her cheeks. She walked over to where Caroline and Tyler stood and glanced down at Kol's body. She quickly looked away unable to fathom it. Caroline sped over to the closet and pulled out a sheet. She sped back over to her friends and covered Kol's body. Tyler and Caroline rolled the sheet around the body before Tyler lifted it with ease and carried it out to his truck. Klaus watched him closely the whole time and for a moment, Audrey swore she saw a tear roll down Klaus's cheek. She couldn't imagine how hard this must be for him. Caroline looked down at the burn mark on the floor and sighed. "There's gonna be a stain left here, no way are we getting all of it out," Caroline huffed.

"It's fine. We can always put a rug over it or something," Audrey said walking into the kitchen to grab cleaning supplies. When she returned her and Caroline immediately began to clean the floors of the dining room. Klaus observed the two girls with amusement, but Tyler walking back through the front door caught his attention and he sped over to where the barrier ended.
"I killed your mother, your friends killed my brother. Lets call it even shall we?" Klaus suggested with sarcasm. Tyler scoffed and rolled his eyes.
"We're nowhere near even. The only reason you're even alive right now is because of Audrey. If you weren't her soulmate we would've found a way to kill you months ago," Tyler growled furiously. "I want nothing more than to shove that stupid cure down your throat and watch you become mortal before ripping your head off,"
"Knock it off!" Audrey shouted storming into the living room. "Look, I know Klaus has done a lot of shitty things. Too many to count actually, but he's still the man I love and as long as you're in my house you will respect me and him. Besides, Klaus is still the strongest one here and threatening him is not a bright idea. Do you know how many times I've begged him to spare your ass? So either suck it up or leave," Tyler eyed the couple but didn't say anything else, knowing Audrey was right. She rolled her eyes at the two men before walking back over to Caroline. Once the floor was as clean as it was going to get, Caroline decided to leave with Tyler. Audrey walked them to the front door and smiled when Caroline embraced her goodbye.
"I'll call you tomorrow," Caroline said.
"Okay, I'll let you know what Jeremy says, by the way," Audrey replied as they let go. Tyler only nodded at her before leaving, Caroline quickly following. Once they were gone Audrey turned to Klaus and smiled. "At last, alone again," She sighed happily as she made her way to her soulmate. Klaus wrapped his arms around her the moment he could and brought her close. Just having her in his presence was enough to completely relax him, but nothing felt better than having her in his arms. It was where she belonged. Audrey rested her head on his chest and hummed with content. They stayed like that for a minute or two until Audrey popped her head up suddenly.
"Something the matter, love?" Klaus asked softly.
"No, I just got an idea," She giggled. "Hold on I need to go grab something," she leaned up and kissed him on the cheek before turning around to run up the stairs. Klaus watched her with slight confusion as she disappeared, but it didn't take long for her to return. When she came back to the living room she had her small blue-tooth speaker. She placed it on an end table and turned it on before going onto her phone. When she found the song she wanted she smirked before pressing play. She quickly set her phone down and turned to her soulmate. She cleared her throat, curtsied, and held her hand out to him. "Niklaus Mikaelson, may I have this dance?"
He chuckled happily and nodded, grabbing her hand to pull her to him. "Nice song choice," Klaus complimented, as 'Vienna' by The Fray played through the speaker. Her left hand wrapped around his neck while her right held his.
"You know this song?" Audrey questioned with wide eyes.

"Of course, The Fray is one of the only few newer bands I enjoy," Klaus scoffed in a playful manner. She stared up at him in amazement as they swayed to the music.
"Now I see why we're soulmates," She said causing Klaus to laugh. Audrey cracked a smile as well and leaned her head against his chest. The sound of his thundering heartbeat soothed her in an unexplainable way. She was addicted to the way he made her feel, obsessed with it like a kitten with catnip. "I love you," She hummed.
"I love you," He replied softly, pressing a kiss on the top of her head. She smiled wider and looked up at him, loving the way his eyes shined brightly as they looked down at her. She reached up and kissed him gently, but it quickly heated up. Klaus slid the arm holding her waist down to her thighs and scooped her into his arms effortlessly. She squealed and wrapped her hands around his neck to keep balance. Klaus chuckled against her lips before deepening the kiss again. He walked them back into the couch and sat down slowly, resting her on his lap. Her fingers ran through his hair and pulled slightly causing a low growl to rumble in his chest. She smirked against him and pressed her hips into his lightly. His fingers dug into her waist as he attempted to move her hips, but she stopped him. He pulled back and pouted but noticed her attention was somewhere else.
"Hey you, out there in the cold, getting lonely, getting old, can you feel me?" She sang along to the music.
"Did you really just stop for Pink Floyd?" Klaus questioned faking annoyance.
"I can't help it! This is one of my favorite songs by them," She giggled in response. "They're musical geniuses,"
"I can't argue with that. Have I told you about the time I followed their tour in 1972?" Klaus asked making Audrey's eyes widened and her jaw drop.
"What?! No you didn't! Tell me all about it! I've only seen videos but they were all breathtaking," Audrey sighed dreamily. "I can't believe you got to actually experience them in person!"
"It was definitely incredible. After they released 'Dark Side of the Moon' they went on tour and when they came to the states I figured I'd go see them to see what the hype was about. I had listened to their previous albums and thought they were okay but not really anything too special, until I heard 'Dark Side of the Moon'. I was blown away and I had no idea why so I went to their show and found out why. They had the most unique art that complimented their music in an extraordinary way. They really did make you feel like you were tripping on some hallucinogenic while being completely sober," Audrey stared at her soulmate in wonder as he continued his story. "After the show I was in this state of peace and confusion. I knew I needed to experience it again and so I did, all 16 shows. It was one of the few times in my life where I felt human. Those hippies in the 60s and 70s annoyed me to no end but I understood what they meant when they said they could feel the music in an almost divine way,"
"Wow that is so amazing," Audrey gaped at him. "You got to live the best life, Klaus. I would do anything to go back in time and see Pink Floyd live, or even just to live in the 60s and 70s. My dad was a teen during the 70s and he always told me how they were the best times of his life and not just because he was in high school. He used to tell me how the music is what made that time period so great and I definitely agree. He's actually why I love Pink Floyd so much. I remember, I was 10 years old riding with him to one of Jeremy's youth football games and when he put in his CD it was over. The first song that came on was "The Great Gig in the Sky' and I fell in love,"
Now it was Klaus staring at her in amazement, "Really?"
"Yup! I always loved how it was so powerful without even needing any lyrics," Audrey smiled widely. Klaus was still staring at her, now with his mouth open. "What?"
"That song is what got me hooked with them too. I thought the same thing, how powerful it was without any lyrics..," He trailed off still taken back by her. Audrey smiled and chuckled.
"Great minds think alike," She said as she leaned down to kiss him quickly before pulling back again. She climbed off his lap and beamed at him. "I have another idea." Before he could question her she took off running to her room again. Klaus leaned back into the couch and laughed with amusement when Audrey returned with an arm full of blankets. She threw them at him and went to the small closet in the living room to pull out all the pillows and blankets. Klaus pushed the blankets off of him and cocked an eyebrow at his soulmate.
"What are you doing?" He asked as she closed the closet door.
"I figured since you're trapped in here we can make a nice blanket fort. I was thinking of ordering some Chinese food too and we can have a lazy night in," Audrey suggested looking at him with wide innocent eyes. Klaus had never done anything like this before, but making Audrey happy was more important to him than his pride now.
"Sounds lovely," He smiled watching an excited expression take over her face. She clapped her hands together happily and began to make the fort. Klaus helped her as much as he could but he didn't know what to do. She used the cushions from the couch and even some chairs from the dining room to build her fortress. Once it was done Klaus was impressed. It was big enough to fit the both of them comfortably, with thick blankets and pillows cushioning the floor. Audrey moved the T.V so they could still see it while laying in the fort and turned on the PlayStation so she could put on Netflix.
"All right, I'm about to order the food. Are you hungry for anything?" Audrey questioned looking up at Klaus. He smirked and wrapped his arms around her waist, pulling her to him slowly.
"I'm hungry for something, but it's not on the menu," He flirted leaning down to kiss her neck sensually. "You smell so good, love,"
"Klaus...," She moaned reaching a hand up to run her fingers through his hair. She yanked back harshly pulling his face away from her neck. "After I eat, I'm starving," He pouted but conceded and allowed her to call the Chinese restaurant. It didn't take long for the food to arrive and once she had it in her possession, Audrey wasted no time in devouring her food. Klaus watched her with amusement, laughing when she slurped up noodles like a child. She ate everything not leaving a single crumb and immediately regretted it as her stomach cramped. She felt so full she could barely move and laid back in the fort with a groan. Klaus chuckled at her but crawled in beside her, wrapping his arms around her to bring her close. She laid her head on his chest and grabbed the PlayStation controller.
"What should we watch?" Klaus questioned.
"I've heard a lot of good things about 'The Umbrella Academy'. Wanna start it?" Audrey replied.
"Sure," Klaus agreed. She pressed play and set the controller down before cuddling into him. He felt so warm and cozy, it completely eased her. Audrey also found how domesticated Klaus was being hilarious. Only she had the power to make one of the most feared men in the world act like a lovesick fool. The thought made her smile.
"Ya know, I never thought I'd ever see you so tamed," Audrey giggled.
"I was just thinking the same," Klaus chuckled rubbing his hand up and down her back. "You are the only person in this world that can bring me to my knees,"
"How romantic," Audrey snickered lifting her head to look at him. Klaus smiled and reached out to cup her cheek.
"Thank you for today," He said softly. "You managed to take my mind off...everything," He trailed off. Audrey's heart tightened at the thought of him hurting so much over Kol's death.
"Klaus," She whispered before leaning up to kiss him. "I would do anything to make sure you were okay. You're always helping me I'm glad I can help you too," He stared at her in amazement. How did he get so lucky to be blessed with her as a soulmate. After one more passionate kiss, they continued watching the show. Around the fourth episode they both fell asleep in each other's arms and everything was beautifully peaceful.

This isn't a deep book about first loves or self-discovery. If you want a book like that, I'd be happy to recommend one, but I don't have that kind of story to tell.
