Audrey woke up when she felt two arms tighten their hold around her. She smiled and turned to see Klaus smirking at her. She sighed contently and brushed her fingers lightly across his cheek.
"Good morning, my handsome soulmate," She giggled gleefully.
"Good morning, gorgeous," He replied leaning down to kiss her lips sweetly. "How are you feeling?"
"Still a little uneasy, but I'm doing better," Audrey answered honestly. "It's just hard to deal with. My brother has to become a murderous vampire hunter in order to find the cure for my sister,"
"Jeremy is still going to be the same person, love," Klaus assured.
"You and I both know that's a lie. Bonnie already told me what's going to happen but she just knows she can help," Audrey whined.
"I may not like her, but Bonnie's strong. She could probably even become the most powerful witch in the world if she wanted to. Trust her," Klaus soothed, easing his soulmate's tension. "Now, I'm going to draw us a bath where we are going to relax and have some hot dirty sex,"
Audrey laughed as he kissed her. "That sounds heavenly, love,"
-
"Where have you been?!" Caroline shouted once Audrey entered the Lockwood's. Audrey stopped and slowly shut the door behind her.
"Um...with my boyfriend," Audrey answered cautiously. "Why what's going on?"
"Elena broke up with Stefan," Caroline stated.
"What?!" Audrey asked looking at her sister.
"Oh and it was for Damon," Caroline added.
"Is this true, Elena?" Audrey asked her sister. Elena glared at Caroline but nodded. "So you like Damon now?"
"It's not like that! It's not like I dumped Stefan to be with Damon! I just-I didn't want to lie to Stefan. He deserves better then that," Elena argued in defense of herself.
"Come on Elena! I mean I love you, you're my best friend, but Stefan is the love of your life! Your epic love! You weren't supposed to let Damon weasel his way into your confused newbie vampire heart," Caroline whined.
"Well that's exactly what I am, Caroline, confused," Elena sighed. "Ever since I became a vampire It's like I'm a whole new person. It makes sense, the human part of me died when that car went into the water and I'm coming to accept that. But only because Damon has helped me through everything. I felt something for him before I turned and now its amplified. I love Stefan and I always will but I don't know...,"
"Well, I for one, am totally for team Damon," Audrey chimed in. "I love Stefan and I owe him my life, but I see the way you are with Damon and he's good for you. Just like you're good for him. I know you two better than anyone else and I honestly wouldn't mind if you got together,"
"Really?" Elena asked her sister curiously.
"Really," Audrey smiled.
"Oh come on! You're so biased. Of course, you're team Damon," Caroline huffed.
"Oh like you're not just as biased towards, Stefan!" Audrey argued.
"Of course I am! Stefan is the sweet one! He's the hero and Damon's the villain," Caroline shot back.
"Damon is not the villain! He's the anti-hero. Ya know, the good guy who tried to play off as the bad guy," Audrey defended.

"Okay! Believe it or not, you two bickering is not helping!" Elena shouted over the two friends. The girls rolled their eyes but they dropped it. Professor Shane walking down the steps of the house stopped them. Audrey observed the man carefully, she had heard about him from Bonnie and Jeremy, but she still was skeptical about him. Shane immediately noticed this.
"I'm sorry, I'm supposed to be judging contestants somewhere," Shane chuckled smoothly. "I seem to be a little lost,"
"You're professor Shane," Elena commented with slight shock.
"Yeah, that's right. Professor by day, pageant judge by other day. In spite of being absurdly unqualified, I'm apparently awarding a scholarship,"
"Uh, inside by the parlor," Caroline instructed with a fake smile.
"Right in here?" Shane towards a hallway.
"Mhm," Caroline nodded.
"All right, I'll just follow the scent of hairspray and world domination," Shane joked awkwardly. The three girls laughed quietly and watched as he walked away. Once he was out of sight Elena turned to Caroline.
"He's the one who told Damon how to break the hunter's curse," She stated.
"He's also the one that has Bonnie so obsessed with practicing magic that she bailed on pageant prep," Caroline added in.
"And now he's judging Miss Mystic Falls?" Elena questioned. Audrey cocked an eyebrow.
"Jack of all trades or kind of creepy?" Audrey asked causing the girls to snicker. Caroline glanced down at her clipboard right as a truck was pulling up.
"Okay the flowers just arrived. Audrey come with me to make sure the girls know where to put the flowers, Elena go check the back and direct them to the right spots," Caroline instructed strictly. Elena and Audrey looked at each other and shared the same expression. Caroline could become quite the control freak. "Come on!" Audrey quickly scurried after her friend to the front yard. Caroline and Audrey stood in the middle of the yard surveying the scene. Once Caroline spotted something she walked off leaving Audrey to stand alone bored. She caught herself in a daydream and didn't see anyone sneak up on her until two strong arms grabbed her.
"I have missed you, my love," Klaus purred into her neck. Audrey smiled widely and nuzzled against him.
"I've missed you as well," She hummed. Klaus smirked and placed a light kiss on her shoulder.
"This dress I bought you looks exquisite," Klaus sighed as he grabbed her hand tightly and spun her out of his arms to view her. The white lace dress fitted to her perfectly, just like Klaus had imagined it too. It fell to her thighs and had long lace sleeves. The bodice was tight and it showed a fair amount of cleavage.
"Ya know I was just thinking that," Audrey giggled spinning back into his arms.
"I've come to the conclusion that there is no one who could ever match your beauty," Klaus flirted happily. Audrey giggled and wrapped her arms around his neck.
"And why are you so dapper today, my love?" Audrey questioned curiously. Klaus was unusually happy for no reason which slightly worried the human.
"It's a gorgeous day and my girl looks riveting," Klaus smiled. "Why wouldn't I be happy?"
"You're so full of shit!" Audrey laughed seeing right through his facade. "You're trying to butter me up so I won't be mad at you for turning innocent people into vampires just so my brother can kill them,"

"It's for the greater good, love, I promise," Klaus assured with a smile. Audrey rolled her eyes but decided not to comment.
"Audrey! What are you doing? You're supposed to be helping not fooling around with your boyfriend! Get back to work!" Caroline instructed strictly.
"Lighten up Caroline!" Audrey pouted.
"Don't worry I was just leaving. I have vampires to create and all," Klaus smirked causing Audrey to frown. He leaned down and kissed her forehead.
"I hate you," She muttered and huffed like a child.
"Liar, you are unconditionally in love with me," Klaus teased with a smirk.
"Yeah, something like that," She sighed rolling her eyes playfully. Klaus wanted to kiss her but he knew if he did, he wouldn't be able to stop. She was radiating today, something subtly off about her but Klaus loved it. It drove him mad with lust. "I'll see you later, love,"
"Yes you will," He gave her one last smirk before walking away. "Nice seeing you, Caroline,"
"Wish I could say the same!" Caroline called back sassily. Once he was out of sight she turned to her friend. "You two are exceptionally lovey today,"
"I don't know, I can't explain it, but lately whenever I'm around him I just feel so happy. Like I can't stop smiling. He may be an ass sometimes but God do I love him," Audrey explained blissfully.
"Awe, that's actually really sweet," Caroline smiled. "Now back to work," Audrey smiled sarcastically and flipped her friend off before walking away to do her job.
-
After a long day of Caroline bossing her around, Audrey was happy to be home. She ran upstairs to her room and began to undo her dress. When she couldn't pull the zipper all the way down she groaned with frustration.
"Need a hand?" A cocky voice asked. Audrey turned and cocked an eyebrow at her best friend.
"What are you doing here lurking about?" She sassed. His grin widened.
"I was in the neighborhood and figured I should stop by, you know make sure the place didn't have any unwanted guests," Damon lied with obvious sarcasm.
"You're such a creep sometimes," Audrey giggled, before turning her back towards him. "Since you offered, unzip me please," Damon chuckled but moved her hair off her shoulder and pulled the zipper down her back. Once his job was done, Damon stepped away. "Alright now turn around, I'm not wearing a bra,"
"Ooh scandalous," Damon teased but turned around like he was told. Audrey chuckled and quickly let her dress fall off her body before throwing on one of Klaus's shirt's and gym shorts.
"Okay you can turn around," She said as she began to gather clothes into a duffel bag. Damon turned back around and hopped onto her bed. "So what's the real reason you're here?"
"I was patrolling, in case little bro decides to go crazy," Damon answered.
"What do you mean? Why would he go crazy?" Audrey asked stopping her actions immediately.
"Don't worry, It's just a precaution. I don't know anything about this whole hunter's cure," Damon assured. Audrey eased a little but she was still on edge. What if Jeremy does go crazy? "I got this little bird, you have my word,"
"You're so lucky I trust you," Audrey grinned before continuing her packing.
"Oooh why so much underwear?" Damon smirked as she threw a couple handfuls of bras and panties into her bag.
"Well, Klaus likes to tear them off. He gets a little rough sometimes, not that I mind," Audrey answered shooting him a wink. Damon frowned, his plan to make her embarrassed backfired.
"Gross," He huffed.
"You asked," She laughed. Once she threw the rest of her necessities into her bag she zipped it shut and hung it on her shoulder.
"You moving in with him or something?" Damon asked with slight worry.
"No, although I do basically live with him," Audrey smiled happily. "I'm just staying a few nights,"
"You really love him huh?" Damon swallowed. Audrey noticed the change in his voice and set her bag down. She sat beside him on her bed and leaned her head against his shoulder.
"Yeah, I really do," She answered. "But I love you too," Damon rolled his eyes. "I do, you are such an important person in my life, Damon. You were there for me when I needed someone the most. You've always sorta been my rock," Damon still didn't say anything. "You're my person. The Meredith to my Christina,"
"Why am I Meredith? Christina is way more badass," Damon argued causing Audrey to laugh. Damon smiled and wrapped an arm around her. "You're my rock too, Aud. You believe in me, something nobody has ever done before. I would give you the world if I could, because you deserve it,"
"I love you, evil spawn," Audrey chuckled, feeling tears well in her eyes.
"I love you too, little bird," Damon said holding her to him. After a few minutes, Audrey pulled away.
"Wanna walk me to my car?" She suggested.
"I would love to," Together they stood up and walked out to their cars. Damon embraced his friend one more time before letting her go. She waved him off as she got into her car. He watched her drive away and sighed. As long as she's happy, he told himself over and over again. Once Audrey got to Klaus's mansion she practically ran inside. He greeted her at the door, slightly startling her.
"I've missed you," She gasped.
"I've missed you too," Klaus smirked. He stepped forward engulfing her in his arms and crashing his lips onto hers. Their bond took control of them and in seconds they were in Klaus's bedroom. Klaus pushed her against the door of his room, lifting her up by her thighs. He ground his hips into hers and began kissing down her neck.
"I've waited for this all day," She moaned loudly.
"Well then, love, let's not keep you waiting," Klaus growled before tossing her on his bed. She smirked as he climbed over her devouring her lips once again. Audrey was content, this is where she belonged. A warmth settled inside her and blossomed as Klaus began tearing off her clothes, kissing her skin as it was exposed. Audrey moaned and mewled against him as Klaus worshiped her body. Yeah this is definitely where she belonged.
