Audrey was enjoying the waterfall shower in her new bathroom while jamming out to music. Klaus had speakers in each corner of the bathroom so her music was bouncing off the walls vibrantly. She was relaxing under the steaming water when a pair of muscular arms wrapped around her waist. Instead of screaming bloody murder like she wanted to, her body was calm. The tingles against her skin told her exactly who was behind her as well. Klaus brushed his lips against Audrey's neck causing her to gasp. "You taste delicious love. I barely got away from you that night at the warehouse. I was so close to really getting a taste of you,"

"Do you realize how perverted this is?" Audrey asked.

"As soulmates it's our job to get comfortable with each other. Just be happy it's a dream and not real life," Klaus smirked teasingly.

"You should be happy this is a dream too," Audrey smiled sarcastically. "Because when I wake up, I'm going to kill you," Klaus laughed loudly but it got weaker and weaker until eventually, Audrey couldn't hear anything at all.

Audrey shot up in her bed panting heavily. She looked around in panic to see it was barely morning and she was in fact not naked in the shower with Klaus. Her hand covered her chest as she calmed herself down. When she was fine, anger began to set in. She aggressively got out of bed and stormed out of her room and over to Klaus's. She didn't even bother knocking before bursting into his room. Once inside, Audrey took a moment to admire his massive and extravagant room before glaring at him. Klaus was awake and smirking at his soulmate as she frowned at him. To him, she resembled an angry kitten. "You are perverted and weird, and if this is how it's going to be the rest of the time I stay here than I'm moving rooms," Audrey growled, crossing her arms over her chest.

"Oh relax love," Klaus snickered. "I didn't see anything. I was just having some fun and it's not like it won't happen eventually," He winked at her. Audrey blushed furiously at his words.

"Uh-um," She stuttered. "I'm gonna go back to my room," Before Klaus could respond Audrey practically sprinted back to her room. She was still blushing when she walked into her bathroom. The thought of being intimate with anyone, let alone Klaus, terrified Audrey. It wasn't the sex part that scared her, it was the fact that she had no clue what to do. Audrey shook her head and decided to stop overthinking. After taking a quick shower she walked down to the kitchen to find Elijah and Klaus talking. They immediately stopped when she entered the room. "Am I interrupting something?" Audrey asked as she looked in the fridge for something to eat.

"Nope," Elijah chuckled as he eyed his brother. "So what are you planning on doing today?"

"Well, since it's Saturday I probably won't do a whole lot," Audrey sighed. "I'll most likely stay here for the day since I don't want to run into my sister or her faithful pets,"

"I still can't believe your own sister would say something like that to you," Klaus muttered.

"That's funny, coming from the man who daggered his siblings," Audrey teased playfully. Klaus smirked at her. His hands itched to touch his soulmate. "Damon will apologize eventually because once Elena does so will he. I don't care if Stefan does or not. He's hell bent on ending your life for all the shit you put him through and honestly, I don't blame him," Klaus chuckled at her and walked over to stand behind her.

"You are being very rude, soulmate," Klaus mumbled into Audrey neck as he placed a kissed. Audrey froze as he took over her body. Elijah observed the couple and smiled. He was proud of his younger brother for finally being happy with someone.

"I'm trying to eat," Audrey muttered when she finally snapped out of Klaus's trance. Klaus chuckled and placed one last kiss on her cheek before stepping away from her. "Oh! Before I forget, we're having a movie night,"

"Oh really?" Klaus smiled suggestively.

"Yeah, but it's not just us. Rebekah and Elijah are joining us too," Audrey smirked. "Think of it as a family night,"

"Alright, but what movie is it?" Elijah questioned playfully.

"That's a surprise," Audrey winked. "But I promise you all will love it!"

"If it's a chick flick-," Klaus started.

"It's not! I promise," Audrey giggled. "I think you'll like it a lot honestly. It's one of my all time favorite movies," Klaus opened his mouth and was ready to say something but the knock on the front door stopped him. Everyone paused but the knocking got more persistent. Klaus sped to the front door and pulled it open to reveal a furious blonde bombshell.

"Where is she?" Caroline demanded.

"I don't-," Klaus began.

"Cut the crap and tell me where the hell Audrey is," Caroline growled menacingly. Klaus frowned at the blonde and stepped forward to intimidate her.

"Caroline?" Audrey asked as she walked into the front room. Caroline glared at Klaus before pushing past him to meet Audrey. "What are you doing here?"

"Why isn't your phone on?! I've been trying to call you since last night!" Caroline shouted angrily.

"Sorry, I just didn't want to deal with anyone," Audrey answered sheepishly. "Did Elena tell you?" Caroline sighed and nodded.

"She told me her side of the story which is basically her saying how sorry she felt," Caroline explained with an extravagant eye roll. "Now I want to hear your side, and don't you dare leave anything out," Audrey glanced at Klaus before dragging her best friend into the living room. Once they were seated, Audrey explained everything. Caroline listened carefully and showed no signs of judgement. After Audrey was finished she waited for Caroline to freak out.

"Wait, so why are Elena and Damon mad? It isn't your fault that Esther decided to make you Klaus's soulmate," Caroline stated. Audrey shrugged and looked down at her hands. "This is so messed up. If anything Elena is taking her anger out on you. Damon turned Bonnie's mom last night to stop the spell and now Bonnie is pissed at Elena,"

"Oh my god!" Audrey gasped. "Is she...mad at me too?"

"No," Caroline answered. "I mean, no offense, but if anything Damon did it to save Elena. It's always about her remember?" Caroline shook her head and leaned back on the couch. "Elena is always first priority and we're all supposed to accept that. If someone we love dies because Elena's life is on the line than we can't say anything because technically it isn't her fault. Please," Audrey looked back up at Caroline and sighed.

"I know that things happen to save her but I don't want anyone to resent her for it. I don't want anyone to resent either of us," Audrey smiled sadly. "We can't control the chaos that seems to revolve around our lives,"

"Jeez, you're too good of a person," Caroline grumbled.

"I know," Audrey laughed.

"So are you staying here until things cool off?" Caroline asked with a smirk. "Because you could've stayed with me, ya know,"

"I know that, it's just Klaus was there for me last night," Audrey answered. "He was so sweet and comforting with me last night," Audrey whispered so the hybrid couldn't hear her. "My heart was freaking swooning,"

"Awe!" Caroline squealed. "As much as I hate him, that is so cute. I think you're going to be good for him," Audrey blushed and laid her head on Caroline's shoulder.

"Every time I look at him my heart goes crazy and the other night when we kissed-," Audrey started but Caroline quickly cut her off.

"What?! You kissed!? When? Where?" Caroline asked frantically. "Was it hot? Did you guys take it any further?"

"Oh my god, Caroline! Calm down," Audrey laughed. "We kissed at the ball and it was more passionate than hot, I guess," Caroline's smile widened. "I keep thinking about it and all I want to do is kiss him again," Audrey groaned as she covered her face and laid in Caroline's lap.

"Do it then," Caroline chuckled. "I mean honestly, there's no point in fighting this soulmate bond. You two are going to end up sooner or later and if you want to be with him now then do it. Forget what Elena and Damon think and focus on what you want," Audrey uncovered her face and looked up at her friend.

"Thanks, Care," Audrey smiled.

"You're welcome," Caroline smiled back. "This better mean that I'm your maid of honor for your wedding now,"

"Of course," Audrey chuckled, rolling her eyes. Caroline winked at her friend before standing up from the couch.

"Alright, so now that I know you're okay, I need to go check on Bonnie," Caroline announced as she grabbed her car keys. "Call me if you need me!" As she got to the front door she saw Klaus watching her. "You hurt my best friend and I'll cut your dick off," Klaus's face instantly paled. The blonde smirked to herself and left. After Caroline's threat, Klaus walked into the living room and sat down beside Audrey on the couch. Neither of them talked for a moment.

"So...how-," Klaus started but Audrey cut him off by climbing in his lap and placing her lips on his. Klaus was taken back at first but soon he was taking over. His hands gripped her hips tightly as their lips moved against each other passionately. Klaus flipped them and quickly yet gently laid Audrey on the couch without breaking their kiss. Neither of them had ever felt something so good before. Audrey tangled her hands into Klaus's hair and tugged lightly. Klaus moved down Audrey's neck and began to suckle the skin there while grinding his hips into hers. He smirked at the little sounds she was making and started nipping at her neck.

"Klaus," Audrey gasped, tightening her hold on his hair. They were slowly getting lost in each other and didn't notice the surroundings around them. It wasn't until Elijah cleared his throat loudly that they pulled away from each other. Audrey was blushing madly as she sat up on the couch while Klaus was smirking smugly.

"Yes?" Klaus asked his brother.

"Audrey has some company," Elijah said. Audrey was confused because she didn't hear knocking on the door or anything, but then again she was a little busy. Elijah looked behind him and motioned for someone to step forward. Damon appeared from the hallway surprising Audrey the most.

"Damon?" She asked confused.

"What is he doing here?" Klaus growled at his brother.

"He has assured me that he's simply here to make things right," Elijah answered. Klaus ignored his brother and sped in front of Damon before grabbing him by the throat.

"Give me one good reason why I shouldn't kill you now," Klaus threatened. "You blamed her for something she can't control and now you expect forgiveness after the crap you said to her,"

Before Damon could respond Audrey ran over to Klaus. She grabbed his arm lightly. "Klaus, it's okay. I want to hear what he has to say," Klaus looked at Audrey to see she was being sincere. He dropped Damon angrily and turned to face his soulmate.

"If he hurts you, I will kill him," Klaus stated seriously. Audrey smiled up at him and nodded her head. Klaus leaned down to kiss her forehead before leaving her alone with Damon.

"You better be here to beg for my forgiveness," Audrey said as she crossed her arms over her chest.

"That's exactly why I'm here, little bird," Damon replied with no sarcasm for once. "I overreacted and saw red last night. I didn't let you explain and I realize that this isn't your fault. I'm sorry Audrey, I really am," Audrey cocked an eyebrow at him. "You know I suck at apologies, little bird," Finally, she cracked a smile.

"You're so lucky I love you too much to stay mad at you," Audrey chuckled. Damon smiled and opened his arms for her. Audrey hugged her friend and buried her face into his neck. Damon spun her around before setting her down. He kissed her cheek and brushed her hair back.

"So, this is a thing now. You staying here?" Damon asked, trying to hide his disgust.

"I don't know," Audrey admitted.

"Well, I just want you to know that even though I still want to kill Klaus, I want you alive even more," Damon smiled. "I honestly don't know what I would do without you,"

"Damon," Audrey whispered, her eyes tearing up.

"You're not just my best friend, Aud. You're the love of my life," Damon smirked. "Ya know, in a non romantic way,"

"Oh please, you so wish it was romantic," Audrey laughed through her tears. "If Klaus wasn't my soulmate you'd be begging to be with me," Damon smiled and hugged her once more. They held each other for a long time. When Damon pulled back he wiped away Audrey's tears. "Is Elena still mad at me?"

"I don't know," Damon answered. "She's mad at both of us I think,"

"Yeah I heard about you changing Bonnie's mom," Audrey pointed out.

"I did it to save you, little bird," Damon snickered as he wrapped an arm around her shoulder.

"Yeah, okay," Audrey chuckled rolling her eyes. Together the duo walked to the front door. "I'm glad to have you back, Evil Spawn,"

"Me too," Damon laughed. When they reached the door they stopped. Damon stood in front of Audrey and held her face in his hands. "I love you, Audrey Gilbert,"

"I love you too, Damon Salvatore," Audrey replied. Damon leaned down to kiss her forehead before leaving. Once he was gone Audrey turned to see Klaus watching her. She stared back at him and sighed. "I don't want to fight this anymore," Klaus walked forward to stand in front of her.

"Neither do I," He muttered truthfully.

"Promise me you'll stop hurting everyone. Just because we're linked together doesn't give you a free pass to taunt my friends," Audrey stated looking into his brilliant blue eyes. Klaus cupped her face and kissed her before he could say anything. Audrey forgot everything and focused on the him. Every time they kissed it felt magical and Audrey secretly wished that it would always feel like this.
