"Klaus?" Audrey asked, still hanging from his shoulder. When he didn't reply she kept talking anyways. "I think I'm gonna puke so could you stop the room from spinning please?" Klaus laughed loudly and finally put the girl down. Once on her feet, Audrey started to sway. Klaus caught her before she fell and picked her up again. Only this time he carried her in his arms rather than on his shoulder. She looked up at him with puffy eyes, worn out from crying. He would never say it aloud, but she was still breathtaking to him. He looked away from her to look up. They had finally reached their destination. Klaus let Audrey down, steadying her so she wouldn't fall before looking around. He saw Rebekah wasn't in her coffin anymore and the guard by the door was dead.

"Rebekah...It's your big brother. Come out, come out, wherever you are," He called out stepping forward. Out of nowhere a blonde girl appeared with a dagger in her hand. She stabbed Klaus before he could react earning a scream from Audrey.

"Go to hell, Nik," She snarled.

"Oh my god! People can't keep doing that!" Audrey screamed holding her hand to her chest. Rebekah looked over at the girl and frowned. She could tell she was human and that she was also beautiful. Why was she hanging around Klaus? Was she his personal blood bank or something? After thinking of possibilities she got bored and gave up. She turned back to Klaus just as he was pulling the dagger from his chest.

"Don't pout. You knew it wouldn't kill me," Klaus growled.

"Yeah, but I was hoping it would hurt more," Rebekah huffed. "And what's with the human?"

"I understand that you're upset with me, Rebekah. So I'm going to let that go. Just this once. Brought you a little peace offering as well," Klaus explained. Rebekah looked at Audrey and raised an eyebrow.

"I've already ate, but I could have a little more," She smirked stepping toward Audrey. Klaus sped in front of her and backed Rebekah away.

"No not her. You can come in now!" Klaus yelled looking at the door. Stefan walked in slowly, eyes widening when he saw Audrey.

"Stefan," Rebekah said in shock. Audrey was confused though. How did Klaus's sister know Stefan if she's been dead for more than half a century? Klaus sped in front of Stefan and looked him in the eye.

"Now you remember," Klaus said compelling Stefan. Stefan blinked a few times but looked at Rebekah.

"Rebekah," He said quietly. He stepped towards her.

"Stefan," Klaus said getting his attention. Stefan looked at Klaus and everything came back to him.

"We were friends," Stefan muttered.

"We are friends," Klaus smiled. Audrey stood off from everyone and frowned.

"Wait, what is happening right now?" She asked. "So you all know each other?"

"Why the hell is Audrey here?" Stefan asked speeding to her. He looked back at Klaus who was now smirking. "We had a deal remember?"

"Damon and I have been tracking him. Obviously, that wasn't the smartest idea..anyways this is a consequence of that," Audrey explained shrugging casually.

"And you're not freaking out?" Stefan asked shocked.

"I got all of that out on the way over here. Right Klaus?" She asked looking at him. He held his smirk and nodded. "Plus I'm still a little tipsy,"

"Alright, enough chit chat. Now, the reason you're here. Gloria tells me you know how to contact the original witch," Klaus stated looking at his sister.

"The original witch?" Rebekah asked.

"What do you have that Gloria needs?" Klaus asked eyeing his sister. Rebekah rolled her eyes and touched her neck. When she felt nothing there she began to panic.

"Where's my necklace? What did you do with it? I never take it off!" She screamed racing in front of her brother. Stefan got a look of realization when he remembered that he gave Elena the necklace.

"I don't know. I didn't touch it!" Klaus yelled back.

"We need to find it, Nik. Now, I want it back!" Rebekah screeched.

"Tell me that's not what she needs, Rebekah!" Klaus shouted angrily. Rebekah raced to her coffin and looked all over it. When she found nothing she threw it to the ground.

"Whoa!" Audrey said walking over to Rebekah. Both Stefan and Klaus tried stopping her but she ignored them. She placed a cautious hand on Rebekah's shoulder. "We'll find it okay? What does it look like?" Rebekah was crying now and breathing heavily. Klaus knew exactly what she was like when she got upset. If Audrey said one wrong thing Rebekah would end her. Bekah looked at Audrey and instead of draining her blood like Klaus thought she would do, she began explaining what her necklace looked like. Audrey listened to the original carefully, knowing how upset she was. When Rebekah was done talking Audrey began looking around. Crawling on the ground even, just to look for something that wouldn't be found. Rebekah had always despised human girls. She was jealous that they could find love easily, have kids, and grow old with the one they loved. As much as she wanted to hate this human girl she couldn't. Not after the kindness she showed her. Klaus was surprised by Audrey's actions too, but it was hard to focus on that when her ass was on display as she crawled around the floor. "Alright, so I didn't find a necklace but I did find a lot of dead mice," Audrey said standing up finally.

"Why do you want to help me?" Rebekah sniffled.

"I lost my stuffed animal when I was like five and it was emotionally scarring," Audrey explained. "I know how much it sucks when you lose something you love," Rebekah smiled at the girl and shook her head.

"There has to be more to this dress," Rebekah whined from her dressing room. Klaus took a drink of his champagne and shook his head.

"There's not," He chuckled, watching as his sister stepped out of the dressing room in a short black dress.

"So, women in the 21st century dress like prostitutes, then? You know, I got dirty looks for wearing trousers," Rebekah scoffed.

"You wore trousers so women today could wear nothing," Klaus snickered.

"Where's Audrey? I want to see what I picked out for her looks like," Rebekah said looking around. Audrey was staring in the mirror at herself contemplating whether or not she should actually go out there. "Audrey!" She stepped out of her dressing room and blushed when all eyes turned on her.

"I feel like I'm wearing nothing," She grumbled looking down at her dress. It was a white, long sleeved, silk dress that reached down to her knees and clung to her body tightly. Klaus admired the way it showed off all of her curves and how the white made her seem angelic. Rebekah gasped as she examined Audrey from head to toe.

"You look so ravishing," She stated.

"I agree," Klaus smirked worsening Audrey's blush.

"What is this music?" Rebekah asked with disgust. "It sounds like a cable car accident,"

"It's dance music," Stefan answered.

"People dance to this?" She questioned bewildered.

"Hmm," Stefan hummed as an answer.

Klaus was still staring at Audrey when he asked. "Are we done?"

"And why are you so grumpy?" Rebekah asked crossing her arms at her brother. Audrey looked over at him to see him still staring at her. Their eyes met, but neither of them said anything to each other. Finally, Klaus looked over at his sister.

"I needed one thing from you for my witch to find out why my hybrids are dying, one thing. Your necklace. And you lose it," Klaus growled.

"I didn't lose it. It's just been missing for 90 years," Rebekah stated unamused. Audrey laughed at Rebekah's remark and walked back to change out of her dress.

"Love, don't change just yet. I want to enjoy the view a little longer," Klaus smirked hoping to make Audrey blush. When she responded the way he wanted he leaned back and winked at her. She blushed even worse and stormed back into the dressing room. She couldn't be around him when he was like that. She was already feeling a pull to him and she wanted nothing more than to stop it. It didn't add up to her. Why would she feel an attraction for the man who not only kidnapped her, but killed her aunt and tried killing her sister? She shook it off after a while and attempted to get undressed. The only problem was she couldn't seem to get out of the dress she was in.

"Rebekah?" She called out. She didn't get a response, only the curtain opening. She glanced back and frowned at Stefan. "I called for Rebekah for a reason,"

"Did you forget I've already seen you in your bra and underwear before? Besides, it was either me or Klaus," Stefan grumbled pulling the dress off of his friend.

"What do you mean you've seen me in my bra and underwear before?" She asked crossing her arms.

"Remember that night you thought you could out drink Damon and failed miserably?" Stefan asked. Audrey nodded at him and cocked an eyebrow. "You got so drunk that Damon convinced you to play strip roulette. You decided that there was no point to playing the game and took off your clothes anyways. Elena and Caroline had to restrain you from stripping anymore but yeah," Stefan awkwardly explained. Audrey's cheeks warmed and she looked away from him. Now that he mentioned it, she did remember that night. At that time she had thought she liked Damon but that all changed when she realized he was better off as a friend. At the thought of her friends her heart sank. When would she finally be able to see them again? Stefan exited the dressing room so Audrey could dress herself. She put on the clothes from the night before, groaning again at how short her shorts were. She walked out to see Stefan nowhere to be found and Klaus casually staring her way.

"Why is it every time I look at you, you seem to be staring at me?" Audrey asked with obvious disgust.

"Your beauty captivates me," He flirted. She rolled her eyes trying her hardest not to blush, but of course her body betrayed her. "What? You don't believe me?" She decided to ignore him and looked around for Rebekah.

"Where's Bekah?" She asked. "Her company, I could at least enjoy,"

Klaus laughed at her. "Ooh, I like them feisty," He knew exactly what to say to bother her. He knew if he kept flirting with her she'd just keep getting more and more annoyed with him.

"Bekah! Your brother is harassing me," Audrey whined. Rebekah sped out of nowhere and glared at her brother when she reached Audrey's side.

"Nik, this is the first time in centuries I actually like a human girl," Rebekah stated to her brother. "Ruin that and I'll find a way to kill you," The sickly sweet smile Rebekah gave to her brother frightened Audrey. Klaus on the other hand rolled his eyes. If he wanted Audrey, Rebekah couldn't stop him. Klaus always got what he wanted but truth be told he didn't want Audrey. She'd be a nice shag for him but settling for mortals was a weakness he didn't want. It was easy to be hated and have no weaknesses. No one could hurt you when you didn't have anything to be hurt with.

"Find whatever clothing you need Rebekah," Klaus sighed with boredom. "But hurry, I don't have all day,"

-

"You left us," Rebekah pouted as Stefan walked into Gloria's bar. Audrey lifted her head to see her friend but slammed it back on the bar when she noticed he was fine.

"Yeah, sorry. Retail therapy was making my head explode," Stefan said walking over to sit beside Audrey.

"Tell me about it," Klaus groaned. When Stefan noticed Gloria he frowned with confusion.

"What's she doing?" He asked.

"She's failing," Klaus snapped glaring at the witch.

"It's hard to find something when you don't have anything to go on," Gloria spat back.

"So use me. I only wore it for a thousand years," Rebekah replied.

"See?" Gloria asked looking at Klaus. "Now this one offers a solution," Rebekah stood from the bar and walked over to the table Gloria was at. "All right, give me your hand," Rebekah did as told.

"She's-uh she's looking for the necklace, huh?" Stefan asked trying to hide his panic. Klaus nodded. Stefan silently cursed himself but thoughts of the necklace left his mind when he saw Audrey go limp. She nearly fell off her bar stool but Stefan was quick to catch her. "What's wrong with Audrey?"

"Hmm? Oh sleep deprivation. She hasn't slept in 24 hours apparently," Klaus answered uninterested. Stefan rolled his eyes and picked his friend up bringing her over to a couch in the corner of the bar. When he laid her down he realized how much she resembled Elena. That thought alone tore his insides apart.
