"Look, Mr..." Faith trailed off as she looped a black belt through her whitewashed blue shorts and fixed her tucked in a fitted black tank top. She grabbed her shoulder bag and looked at her mother's executor.

"Mr. Andrew," the man said.

"I don't really care about my mother's will," Faith began. "You should leave and I'm late for school."

"But Ms-"

The man didn't get to finish as Faith dragged the man out of the house. She showed him a strained smile before closing the door in his face. She rolled her eyes before disappearing from the house and reappearing at Mystic Falls High School.

"I was wondering where you were."

She turned around and grinned at Rebekah. The blonde looked at the raven-haired girl with an annoyed expression with her arms crossed. She humphed and turned around in the direction of History class with Faith following after her.

"I'm going with the Salvatore brothers weren't as welcoming as you wanted," Faith guessed.

"After my brother made Stefan turn off his humanity, he's been rude," Rebekah complained.

Faith shrugged with an amused smile. "He had his humanity off when you met him in the '20s."

"How do you know that?" Rebekah looked at her with questioning eyes.

"Your brother told me," Faith answered.

Rebekah had a surprised expression as Faith walked inside the classroom. She watched as the siphoner showed her mischievous smile at the History teacher before sitting down in front of Stefan. Her surprised expression disappeared as she entered the classroom with a smirk.

"What about the Vikings?" She asked as she sat down on the desk in front of Faith.

"There's no evidence that Viking explorers actually settled in the United States," Alaric explained with a confused expression. "Who are you?"

"My name's Rebekah. I'm new and history's my favorite subject."

"And my friend, Ric," Faith plastered a sweet smile on her lips. "So I would be nice to her," she shrugged and made a sad face. "I mean, my mother did die a few months ago and she's been helping me cope."

She smiled, mischievously as Elena and Alaric shared worried glances.

"Figured you'd feel comfortable here."

"Who are you talking to?" Faith questioned with her arm crossed. A joint was lit between her fingers as her eyebrows were raised at Matt.

She took a drag before the smoke escaped from her lips. Her eyes narrowed on the blonde male who seemed to look at something beside him, but no one was around them. She stared at him for a few seconds before Matt raised his head and looked at her in the eyes.

"Last time I checked you were the good Donovan and whatnot," Faith smirked. "Or are you finally joining the dark side, Matt?"

Matt smiled and shook his head. "Nah, just this place reminds me of Vicki, you know?"

The siphoner didn't let her suspiciousness get to her as she smiled, halfheartedly. Faith was always good at telling when someone was lying or hiding something. It was something she picked up on after the many years she learned to lie. "I thought you've moved on from Vicki's death?"

Nervously, Matt glanced beside him where his sister's ghost stood. Vicki looked at her younger brother. "Don't be obvious, Matty. She's good at telling when someone is lying. Just tell her the same thing you told me this morning."

Faith waited for his response as she took one last drag of her joint. She blew the smoke out of her lips as her eyes were narrowed on Matt. She let the joint fall from between her fingers before stepping on it.

"It's the first day of school," Matt began with a shrug. "Last year, I was freaking about seeing Elena and she gave some advice."

Faith hummed and slowly nodded. Her eyes then traveled to behind the blonde where Jeremy walked up to them.

The brunette smiled at the two. "Hey, what are you doing here?"

"I could ask you the same question," Matt countered back.

Faith grinned at the Gilbert. "Come on, Matt. Jeremy used to be part of the stoner club. He has full access to the stoner pit."

Jeremy smiled back at the raven-haired girl. "Yeah. Well, see you around."

He left and Faith turned to Matt. "I gotta go. My mother's freaking executor keeps calling me. So I'm going to see what that sociopath left for me in her will. Don't die again, Matt. You're making it hard for me to keep my promise to your sister."

"What promise?" Matt called out as the siphoner began to leave.

Faith smirked and glanced over her shoulder. "Why don't you ask her? I mean she's right next to you."

The shocked expression on the blonde just proved her theory.

The corner of Faith's lips tugged down and her eyes narrowed on the executor across the table from her. "So you're telling me, my mother, Circe Everly, left me with her business, her money, and the house?"

"Well, the business and the house was your father's," Mr. Andrew explained. "Since you were eighteen when he died, it was passed on to your mother until you were of age. The money from the business was supposed to be yours to keep but obviously, your mother used it as her own."

She scoffed in disbelief before she let out a laugh. She continued to laugh which caused the executor to grow worried. "Miss Everly, are you feeling okay?"

She waved her hand in dismissal and took a deep breath to relax. "Yeah," she cleared her throat. "Yeah, I'm fine. I do have one question."

"Please," he motioned the young girl to continue.

Her expression turned serious and the air in the room grew tense. Her blue eyes seemed to visibly turn darker before she spoke. "Who do I tell to burn that fucking house down?"

"Uh, well," he stammered.

"And I want to shut down the business," Faith continued. "Circe already tainted it with her fucking hands. I don't want it anymore. Also, I want her sociopathic body removed from the Everly Mausoleum and put somewhere far from it."

Her glare made the older man nod without thinking. "Of course, Miss Everly."

"You alright there?" Stefan asked the two girls at a barrel of beer.

"I thought Tyler would be here," Rebekah answered as Faith handed her a plastic cup of beer.

"You're into Tyler now? That's kind of fickle," Stefan taunted.

"When you're willing to give me the time of day again, then we'll talk. Until then, a girl has needs," she remarked.

"Good choice," Faith agreed. "He's great in bed."

"Excuse me," they all turned their attention at the doppelgänger as she poured herself a beer.

"Elena, hi," Stefan greeted. "What are you doing?"

"I'm having fun, Stefan. You have a problem with that?" Elena countered before drinking a whole cup of beer.

Both Stefan and Faith raised their eyebrows at her actions.

"Alright, take it easy. We all know you're kind of a lightweight," Stefan pointed out.

"Really?" Elena ridiculed. "You think I'm going to let a blood addict tell me how to drink?"

They watched as Elena walked away from the barrel. Faith finished her beer and started to serve herself more. "Careful, Stefan. She's trying too hard, don't let your guard around her. She's planning something."

"Noted," Stefan said as he took a drink from his plastic cup filled with beer.

"Now," Faith smiled, teasingly at Alric as he hurried to place Stefan inside the car. "What's the hurry? Afraid someone might notice him gone?"

"Faith," Alaric said in a warning tone. "You don't have to do this."

"That's where you're wrong, Ric," Faith stepped closer to him. "I kind of do. I mean Klaus is one thing, but I quite enjoy ripper slash non-humanity Stefan."

"We're not letting you."

Faith turned around and saw Elena with a crowbar. She swung it in the siphoner's direction. Before she could react, the crowbar made contact with the side of her head. Her body crumpled to the ground with red liquid flowing down the side of her head.

"I didn't kill her, right?" Elena peered at the knocked out siphoner.

She glanced at Alaric. He had a shock yet proud expression. "No, but quick thinking."

"Fucking hell," Faith groaned. Her blue eyes opened slowly and looked around inside the dark car. Stefan was sprawled next to her as she tried to sit up, gripping her pounding head. "I'm going to lose brain cells at this rate."

Then, the smell of gas and burning rushed all at once. She began coughing as she began inhaling the smoke. Her eyes darted around her while panic began to settle inside her. Elena was panicking in the front passenger seat as Alaric tried to break the window open.

"What the bloody hell, Elena?" Faith glowered, her voice thickened with an English accent. "At least kidnapped us fucking right without burning us alive."

"Now is not the time to be criticizing my kidnapping skills, Faith," Elena snapped back. She still had her worried expression as she tried to make her way to the back of the car. "Stefan!"

He woke up at her yell. His green eyes traveled to observe his surroundings. The fire became more intense as Elena almost collapsed while Faith felt it harder to breathe. Acting quickly, Stefan managed to break the trunk open with his feet.

Immediately, Alaric at the back of the car with arms reaching inside. "Hurry up before it blows!"

Faith quickly rushed out of the car and unconsciously teleported a few feet away from the car. She was still coughing and trying to breathe in the clean air. She glanced behind her at the burning car. She saw Elena and Alaric pulling Stefan out of the car. They ran away and made it next to her side just as the car exploded.

"Fucking Stefan," Faith looked at the unconscious vampire. "I told him to keep his fucking guard up and what does he do? Fucking nothing."

"Since when were you British?" Alaric questioned before coughing.

"Since the fucking beginning," Faith glared at the History teacher and Elena. Her English accent was still thick in her voice as she spoke. "And for the bloody hell, up your kidnapping game. It's quite pathetic, really. But that's to be expected from anything involving you."

The brunette glared at the siphoner. Faith smirked, "Nobody likes a pouting girl who isn't younger than six years old, Elena."

Her temper went loose as she ran up to the siphoner. She yelled in frustration as she only hit thin air.

"I totally saw that coming," Faith teased after Elena and Alaric left as she walked toward Stefan, who got two wooden stakes wedged inside his abdomen.

"Will it hurt for you to help?" Stefan grunted after pulling one of the wooden stakes out of him.

Faith rolled her eyes but complied with helping him. Nonchalantly, she pulled the wooden stake out of him. She eyed him, teasingly while waving the bloody stake in front of him before letting it drop on the floor. "There. Now, do you need me to help you with your wound like a mother?"

She raised her eyebrow as Stefan straightened up. They looked at each other and the air slowly grew tense. Faith let out an amused scoffed. "Are you that sexually frustrated? We just got out of a burning car and you want sex?"

Entertained, Faith stepped closer to the vampire and placed a hand on the side of his face. His green eyes studied her blue eyes for a moment. She let out a gasp of surprise as she was suddenly pushed against a wall. Green eyes stared into her own, intensely. Faith slipped a small smirk on her lips before pulling Stefan closer to her until their lips met.
