We arrived at the conference room on the lower levels. Excited chatter coming from everyone around me.
We get in and everyone sits down.
I drag MJ and Ned to the back and sink into my chair wanting the world to swallow me.
5 minutes later all; and I mean ALL my family arrives on stage.
Dad aka Tony Freaking Stark walks forward and says "Hello young people I would introduce myself but you know me so. Questions".
Every hand shots up even MJ's but not mine.
After 20 minutes Flash is picked.
Oh god help me.
Flash looked at me and smirked, dad and aunt Nat seeing this and looking over and catching my eye.
They smile at me and soon my whole family has seen me.
Oh no.
Flash speaks up "can high schoolers get an internship here" he asked.
Dad looked at me but replied with "No you must be in college or above."
Flash turns and looks at me before screeching "I KNEW IT PENIS PARKER. HOW COULD YOU GET AN INTERNSHIP. YOU LYING BITCH."
All eyes turn to me and I pray to uncle Thor above that I could vanish, but alas here I am with all my family holding murderous looks in their eyes.
"What did you just say son," Steve asks coldly.
Flash seems pleased and unaware of the glares he is receiving.
"Well you see. Penis over there said he had an internship here and I needed to prove him wrong to save your company. Why would anyone want him when you can have me," he replies smugly.
I look over and see Bruce a bit green and leaving. Steve holding Bucky back looking conflicted. Fury building in dad's eyes. Thor with lighting sparking around him. Loki and Wanda have magic dripping from their hands. Nat holding her knives and twirlling them.

Oh lord Flash is gonna die.
"What did you say," auntie Nat says in a sickly sweet voice.
Flash turns and smirks at me but then he sees Tony walking toward him.
He roughly grabs Flash by his collar and brings him to the front.
Dad shouts "HOW DARE YOU SAY THAT ABOUT MY SON!"
Flash visibly pales and is now shaking like a leaf in a hurricane. "Y-y-your son-n," flash stutters.
All eyes go wide at this news and look to Peter.
"Yes my son and their nephew," he points to the avengers all glaring and let me tell you if looks could kill he would be at the bottom of hell.
I stood up and went toward my family trying to calm them down. In less then a second I am engulfed in hugs.
Dad looks to the class then the teacher and says "I hope you have good lawyers, all of you out now. And Peter is staying."
Mr Harrington only nods quickly and walks out with everyone on his heels.
Ned looks at me and smiles and MJ looks and smirks.
Everyone turns to me and makes me explain.
So I do; I tell them everything.
We all hug and go to the penthouse having pizza and movie night.

Moonblood
Five moons rise over Evanir, each in her own cycle, and each moon is also a god, one of five sisters. Many gods create spirit attendants and companions, brought forth fully-formed. Long ago, the moons worked together to create a lineage that are, instead, humans transformed by the mingling of blood. They intended them to be long-lived and to draw their strength directly from the light of the moon who chose each individual. The five sisters had different goals in mind – one wanted it to be a blessing for scholars and artists, to give them more time and fewer physical distractions; another wanted them to have an animal form, different for each, to keep them more in tune with nature so they could serve as guardians of the wilderness. There are drawbacks to their children having human lives and personalities before being chosen: not all share the goals of their divine mothers, and some choose to put their gifts to darker uses. Those carrying the blood of one woman, fleeing the corruption in search of a quiet life, take a different path. -=-=-=-=- Moonblood isn't so much a novel as a series of adventures of varying length. They involve a core group of people, which does grow over time. They take place in a fairly low-magic world, but despite that, our core cast are directly connected to the moons and have various abilities, including limited shapeshifting to a single individual animal form. As with all my work, unless gender, orientation, or other aspects of sexuality are explicitly stated, I suggest not making assumptions. Probably most significant, I think, is a major trans character who appears about 80K words in - no spoilers, just a note for those who care about that one way or the other.

Having failed to manifest any attunements on the Testing day, Elias is disowned and cast out from his clan, the royal clan of the Holstein kingdom. Unwilling to stay down and to accept the clan's view of unattuned individuals having no power, Elias seeks to grasp onto and change his fate. If he can't move mountains with his fist, can't he at least move mountains of gold? Elias would show his clan and the world that even an unattuned individual is worthy of respect, even that given to the strongest. This is his journey. Darius proved his mettle and showed everyone his potential when he attuned to both the aspects of fire, the royal element, and blood. With a fast-track to general all but guaranteed, the only thing he could have hoped for was for his twin, his dearest brother, to join him by his side. Unfortunately, Elias tested as unattuned, the level that was reserved for weaklings that deserved to be cast out and trampled. Or at least, that's what the clan says. If his brother couldn't hit with the strength of a legend, didn't he just have to hit twice as hard to compensate? Darius would show the weaklings around him just what the apex of diligence and talent looked like. This is also his journey. Caelum-Since our writer is unreliable, I will finish this. This story at its core is just a fun rump, focused on action, adventure, and a lot of comedic dialogue and exchanges.
