《Dare: Love within the student council》Surprising cliche

Jeongwoo had to admit that his impression of Watanabe Haruto had improved by miles. If one had to be blunt, he had never liked Haruto before. Lazy, messy, moody, rebellious and hard to please, that was how he saw the tall japanese before. It might also because he had envied Haruto's talents and genius before thinking that everything came easy for the guy. How lame, he thought to himself.
The treasurer watched the japanese sort his paper work effeciently and sighed. He did deliver his conclusion fast. It was only when he had shared the same apartment that he knew that Haruto was not as lazy as he appeared to be. In truth, he is more of a hard worker than a lazy bone. He religiously wakes up at 3 am and jogs until 4: 30 am. He then practices his swings with the training sword made out of sword for half an hour then showers and goes back to sleep. This exactly the reason why he is so unkempt every morning, he had exhausted his energy with his routing so early in the morning.
As soon as the japanese finished his tasks, he slumped into his desk and exhaustion was notable on his eyes. Jeongwoo remembered that he had spared with Junghwan earlier as part of their weekly routine decreasing his usual nap time. Jeongwoo has become Haruto's caretaker officially. Everyone, even the teachers, comes to him if they have a problem or a request with the samurai.
Jeongwoo exhaled a breathe as he carefully stood up from his seat and crossed the room to brew some tea. He had previously heard from the previous student council president that every members of Kings have an unhealthy love for tea.
As he waited for the water to boil, the treasurer remembered that Mashiho had left them a load of snacks in the office. He recalled Haruto enjoying munching one of the snacks, senbei. He moved to open the cabinets where the snacks are and opened a pack of the rice crackers.
He smiled to himself as he watched the set up on the tray. He served tea and snacks to the members of the student council.

Haruto who was slumped on his seat peeked at the cup of hot tea in front of him and smiled. "Thanks, Woo~ You're always the best!"
"Un" Jeongwoo acknowledge slightly as he gently placed a plate of senbei on the tall second-year work table.
Haruto sat properly and slowly sipped his cup of tea. Jeongwoo returned to his seat acting calm as possible but the side glances he gives Haruto from time to time have not gone unnoticed by the other members of the student council.
"This is yummy" Haruto exclaimed. He noticed that his tea has extra milk in it which was more to his preference. Jeongwoo's ears perked as soon as he heard Haruto exclaimed. A shy satisfied smile crossed his fearures momentarily. "You make nice tea, Woo. Make one at home too~"
Yedam laughed as he saw Jeongwoo burying his head on the papers in embarassment. "I think yours are extra special, Haru"
"It's the same" Jeongwoo defended acting as calm as possible. Asahi let out a smile and signaled Yedam to stop with the teasing. "I just thought that everyone is tired"
Doyoung grinned but had not breathed a word. He is still threading carefully with his position. He glanced at the ent council president who had an indolent look before he dropped his gaze back to his work.
Yedam saw Doyoung's gaze and frowned. What does he need now?
Junghwan entered the room panting, he scanned the room for Haruto. As soon as he found the public morals head, he immediately declared, "Mashiho sunbae has been sent to the sick bay"
Haruto and Asahi reacted faster than the others. Before Jungwhan was able to catch his breath, he noticed that his friend was already rushing out of the room with Asahi.
Jeongwoo saw panic, concern, and fear crossing Haruto's expression as soon as he heard the news and for some reason an air of pure malice seems to choke the air of him. He learned to breathe again as soon as Haruto was out of the room.
Yedam let out a loud slam as he stood from his table. He was smiling but fury was on his eyes. "Hwannie, tell me the details. But before that, Jeongwoo-" black foxy eyes met innocent chocolate ones. "Can you check on them? Haru and Asahi would raise hell if Mashi is really injured. I don't need you to stop them just try to minimize the damage, can you?"

"Y-yeah" the treasurer replied as he rushed out of the room and jogged towards the infirmary.
"Haru!" As soon as Jeongwoo arrived, Haruto exited the infirmary with an expression out for murder. Keita was trying to stop whatever the taller was planning. Asahi sat next to Mashiho refusing to move and Keita was trying to answer someone on the phone.
Jeongwoo remembered Yedam's orders and followed Haruto.
"Hey!" Haruto called one of the seniors that were cackling as he was talking with his friends. Without any explanation, the japanese grabbed him by his collar. "Who told you to give that food to Mashiho?"
"I told you I was ordered by Kim Junkyu from the university"
"Is that so?" Haruto let go of the student's collar and landed a punch to his face immediately. "I don't have much patience with lies and boring games so If I were you, you'd answer my questions immediately" Haruto's voice was cold and furious, and his eyes were filled with nothing but anger.
The japanese kicked the man who was knocked into the ground due to the strong punch by his stomach. Jeongwoo who was watching from behind rushed and stopped his apartment mate from hurting the senior student further. He could already see traces of blood on the body of the victim.
Haruto looked down on the arms hugging him for restraint, he breathed deeply as he pushed down the feeling fire of wrath burning in his heart. He doesn't want to scare the deer clinging on him for dear life further.
Jeongwoo was obviously shaking in fear but he felt as though he needs to stop the japanese now. He felt Haruto's cold hands gently detaching his arms from the waist he was clinging on.
"I'm calm now" Haruto stated running a hand on his hair and assured Jeongwoo with a pat on his shoulder. Jeongwoo nodded and stood next to the black haired japanese. Haruto glared at the guy who was still coughing in pain and warned, "You better tell me the truth now or i'll destroy everything that you hold dear"
The man shivered and remembered who he was against. He coughed lightly and replied, "A japanese man gave it to me. He said to hand it to Takata Mashiho with the note on it and say that it came from Kim Junkyu from the Clinical Psychology Department"
"What's his name?"
The senior student weakly stood up and revealed the perpetrators name. Jeongwoo felt Haruto froze. A look of utter shock crossed Haruto's face. It was shock, despair, and disbelief at the same time. The group of seniors took Haruto blanking out and hurriedly helped their friend up before escaping the scene in a dash.

Jeongwoo gulped at the silence. He had escorted Haruto back to the infirmary and found that Junkyu was inside the room aside from Asahi and Keita.
Keita stared at Haruto who was still out of it while Asahi slapped Haruto to snap him back to reality.
Jeongwoo gasped at the action but it was effective as the tallest japanese blinked his eyes and stared at the silent secretary.
Junkyu, on the other hand, glared at them. "Take your business outside. I'll hear about it later. I still need Mashi to rest. Out!"
They all followed Junkyu's order as soon as they saw the hostility in the eyes of the usual kind looking former vice president.
As soon as they stepped out of the room, Keita and Asahi waited for the youngest to speak. Haruto opened his mouth and no words left his lips.
He blinked once, twice, and tears slowly fell out of his eyes. Jeongwoo felt his heart clench in pain as he saw the drops of waters falling down Haruto's eyes.
"Akito. He said Akito ordered him to give the lunch to Mashiho in the name of Junkyu hyung" Haruto's low deep voice reverbrated with grief.
"That can't be" Keita gasped slightly. Asahi remained motionless but it was obvious that he is also disturbed.
"I'm sorry Haru but we all know that he is-"
"Dead. I know that more than anyone. I know that 'cause I killed my brother"
