Soft music filled the air as Greyson and I sat in the bathtub. His hands were tightly wrapped around my body as I sat on his lap. The water was warm and bubbles covered our bodies. We'd gotten done washing ourselves a long time ago, but we were so wrapped up in one another that we just didn't want to leave.

He kissed my shoulder blade before he rested his chin on my shoulder and looked at me. "What?"

"Nothing," he said with a boyish grin before he kissed my lips. "I'm just really happy to have you."

"I'm really happy I have you too." I gently pressed my lips to his in a soft, intimate kiss. It didn't take long before he deepened the kiss before he swiftly turned me around so that our chests were pressed against one other's as well as "other parts" of our bodies. He groaned before he pressed his forehead on mine.

"Let's go out," he suddenly said.

"And do..?"

"Let's just go on a run or something. I'm feeling spontaneous."

I grinned. "Me too."

We wasted no time climbing out of the tub and drying off before we threw on whatever clothes we could find. As soon as we opened the door, the cool night air wrapped around us like a familiar hug. It reminded me of my first night with Greyson after I'd snuck out of the bathroom and tried to run away, but instead of running away from him, I was running with him. So much had changed since them. Then, I hated him, now words couldn't describe how much I loved him.

And the way he looked at me as he took me by the hand and led me deeper into the woods...there was nothing that rivaled it. His smile, his melodic laugh, his heart, his body, his mind. They were all mine. And my everything was his to hold and keep forever. Just the very thought made my heart flutter.

The woods were silent as the midnight moon hung high in the sky and it felt like we were completely alone, as if the world was wrapping us up in our own little world away from everyone and everything else.

Once we got in the heart of the thick woods, he let my hand go and his eyes shifted as he looked at me. "Are you ready?"

I allowed my eyes to shift too. "Are you?"

He gave me a look that told me we were going to have a lot of fun. "Make me work for it, Little Wolf," he lowly said in a way that made my core quake.

"Catch me if you can, alpha."

I saw something shift in his eyes that caused a smile to grow on my face before I broke into a dead sprint away from him. Greyson's laughter chased me every step of the way and I knew that he was the one that I was going to spend the rest of my life with. This pack was my family.

And I was finally, truly happy.
