Hey!
I'm finally uploading and I don't feel like talking so just ignore me.

Nick's POV
"Nick! Give it to me!" She tried to grab the remote from me and I held it high in the air. She started jumping for it and I laughed.
"No short stuff. I'm watchin tv." She stopped jumping and gawked at me.
"I don't wanna watch football and neither does Oceana." Anna scrunched her face up at Mona and said.
"Speak for yourself short stuff." She groaned and said.
"Gosh Nick. Look at what your doing to her. Come on. Just turn the tv."
"No can do little sister."
"Ugh! Your such a jerk. MOM!" She walked out of the living room and I started laughing.
"Awww. Mona. Come on. I was just kidding around." I shrugged and sat back down.
Unlike Greg's mom. My mom wasn't a great big joy to be around. She was more like a... A... There's not even a name for her. Ever since my dad left she's been so gloomy and depressed. She doesn't even talk to me. I don't know if I should be happy or offended.
"Nick?"
"Yeah?"
"Did you see Abby when she came?" I looked at her surprised and said.
"When was that Anna?"
"When she asked for you? She looked really pretty didn't she?" I chuckled softly and said.
"Yeah Anna. She did." I trailed off on that last part. Thinking about yesterday. It made me sick to my stomach watching someone else kiss her. Someone... besides me.
"Nick?"
"Yeah?"
"Can you take me to the movies?" I laughed and looked at her.
"Why do you wanna go to the movies?"
"I wanna see The Smurfs." I sighed and shook my head.
"Okay. How about I take you... Friday. How does that sound?" She started jumping up and down and yelled.
"Yay! Friday! The day after tomorrow!" She hopped off the couch and started skipping down the hall singing.
"It's friday. Friday!" I laughed and shook my head. Where did she come from?
I turned back to the tv and started flicking through the channels.
Mona flopped down on the couch.
"You know. Abby's having a birthday party right?" I looked at her confused. Why is everyone talking about Abby?
"And how would you know that exactly?" she shrugged and answered.
"Alison told me. I was outside earlier and she was leaving to go home. Then I stopped and talked to her and she told me about this party. Then she invited me." I sighed and said.
"Whatever. Mona." She glared at me and rolled her eyes.
~*~
"Nick. Be honest. Do you want me to keep it?"
"Of course I do. Your not gonna kill it if that's what your thinking." She bent in and whispered.
"Nick! Stop yelling. Someone will here you." I rolled my eyes and said.
"Who cares. Their all gonna find out sooner or later. No offence. But your not gonna be skinny like that forever." Her eyes widened and I tried not to laugh. We were at that very same place I broke up with her at. It's kind weird how she can actually stand to be here.
The waiter brought us our coffee and Megan started drinking.
"Do you really think you should drink that? I mean... What if it hurts the baby?"
"Its coffee."
"I know but... I'm just saying." She smiled and shook her head.

I sat back in my chair and looked around. This is actually my first doctor's appointment with her. I don't know why but I'm really nervous. Lucky for her. Her parents didn't go crazy when she told them. She decided not to tell anyone and I'm contemplating on whether I should tell Greg. She sat up and grabbed her stuff.
"Are you ready?" I nodded and we left.
~*~
"Well...?" I smiled and said.
"Well what?"
"What do you think?"
"About having a boy?" She smiled and said.
"Yeah... A boy." I looked at her and smiled. She was so fragile and all I wanted to do was hold her. We laid there on her couch and did nothing. Just being lazy I guess. It wasn't late and the sun wasn't even showing a sign of going down.
For some reason Megan has become so much more to me. Maybe it is like Abby said. That night. Maybe I will always love her. And maybe I could love them both.
"Nick?" She was lying on top of me and I was staring out the window in front of me.
"Yeah?"
"What do you think we should name him?"
"I don't know what do wanna name him?" She laughed and said.
"He's your baby too."
"How about Eden?" She shot her head up and looked at me.
"Ewww! Gross! Are you crazy?"
"What?" She glared at me and said.
"How about Liam?"
"No. I've always hated that name."
"Tyler?" I looked at her and smiled.
"Yeah... Tyler."
~*~
"Have you really been with Megan all morning?" I nodded my head and smiled.
"Yes I have. Is there a problem?"
"No there's no problem. Its just... Everytime I spend more then an hour with Cassie. People think I'm crazy." I laughed and said.
"That's only because your obsessed with her." He laughed and said.
"Whatever man. Can you order a pizza?"
"And why can't you do it?"
"Because I'm busy." I looked at him and the game controller in his hand and shook my head.
"Yeah. I can tell." I got up and heard the door open.
I wasn't really paying any attention as I was looking for my phone to order lazy Greg some pizza.
"How do I look?" I turned to face the door and I was lost for words.
Abby twirled around and smiled at Greg. (I will not describe what she is wearing anymore so just use your imagination)
I scanned her body and got stuck on her boobs. Man! Was she always this hot?
"Well?" When she said that I brought my self back to reality and looked at her. She was looking at me in a really weird way and I started back looking at my phone. I really hope she didn't see me staring at her.
"You look pretty." She laughed and said.
"You didn't even look."
"I'm busy." She started whining and said.
"Greg! Please?" He groaned paused the game and turned around.
"Like I said. Where you going anyways?" I found my phone and dialed the pizza place down the street.
"I'm going out with Abe." I looked at her and my phone slipped out of my hand.
It was a touch screen so of course on their wood floor... It cracked.
"Shit." Greg started laughing and I picked up my now screwed phone.
"Explain to me... How this is funny." I looked at Abby. I don't know if I was more pissed about my phone or Abe.

"Well I'm gonna go. Are you sure I look okay?"
"Abigail for the last time you look like an angel. Can you order some pizza?" She narrowed her eyes at him before saying.
"Fine."
~*~
"Why do you have to go out with Abe? Why can't you just stay home?"
"Because. Greg. Tomorrow is friday and Abe is my boyfriend."
"You know Abe is a cheater and cheaters never win." She laughed and said.
"Is that supposed to be funny?"
"Could you at least let me take you?"
"He has a car."
"Then let me pick you up." She rolled her and started eating again.
I looked at Abby and she half smiled at me. I smiled back at her but mine was more of a 'your so hot and I'm the loser who has a crush on you' type.
She started back eating and I didn't even realize I was still staring until my phone started ringing.
I blinked a few times and looked at Greg .Who ws unfortunately alreeady looking at me and I realized he caught me staring at his sister. How was I gonna talk myself out of this one?
I pulled my phone out of my pocket and answered it.
"Hello?"
"Nick. I don't feel so good. Do you think you can come over?"
"What. Now?"
"No next week. Yes now!" I hung up the phone and got up. One day her mood swings are gonna give me a heart attack. I was just asking a question.
"Well. I guess I'll see you guys later."
~*~
"Nick! Wake up! Its 6:21 and you said you were gonna take me to the movies at seven. So get up. Its getting dark already!" I slowly opened my eyes and looked at Ocean.
I had every intention on taking her earlier but I was so tired. Megan kept me up all night! Between throwing up and kicking me while I was trying to sleep.
She was standing there with a pout.
"Okay. Anna I'm up." (Her name is O-si-anna in case you were wandering)
"Finally! Now go brush your teeth so we can leave." I smiled but went anyways like a good little boy.
~*~
"That was amazing!" She jumped up and down as we walked out of the movie theater. And I shook my head and laughed. I didn't totally dislike it. I just don't think animated things should fall in love.
"You want some ice-cream?" Her eyes widened and she said.
"I love ice-cream! Can we go to Friendly's?"
"Yeah." We started walking and when we got in front of the place my smile faded.
There was Abby and her not gonna say the B word.
Before I could turn around and suggest we go somewhere else. Anna saw her.
"Abby!" She ran up to her and hugged her. I lingered in the background and saw them talking. Then she pointed at me and I said a few unholy words in my mind.
I put on my greatest smile and walked up to them.
She smiled at me and said.
"Hey you. Loose something?" I looked down at Anna who was still clinging to Abby and said.
"No. She just kinda got ahead of me."
"We were going to get some ice-cream from Friendly's."
"Really?" She smiled and nodded and then looked at me.
"Can Abby get some with us to Nick?" She looked at me hopefully and I looked up at Abby.
"Only if she wants too."
"Will you? Will you please?" She bent down and said.
"Well... Oceana you see this is my... Ride. And we were just leaving." She pointed to Abe and he waved at her.
She looked said and then looked as if she had an idea.
"I know! Nick can take you home! Can't you Nick?" Why does she keep putting me in the spotlight? Then it hit me... I don't want her alone with Abe. This is perfect! Thank you Anna.
I smiled and looked at Abby.
"It depends. What was Abby gonna do when she left here?" She looked up at me and glared.
"We were gonna go over Abe's and... Watch Tv." Yeah right.
"You can watch tv at your own place. Why his?" She stood up and glared at me again. Knowing she couldn't say anything in front of Anna she just smiled and said.
"I'm choosing his because I can." That's when Abe stepped up and said.
"You know what. I just remembered I have to go put..." He trailed off and smiled at Abby then left.
She stared at him until he was gone then looked at Anna.
"Okay. Let's go get ice-cream."
~*~
Ice-cream was surprisingly fun. Minus the part where Abby was mad at me.
We were sitting in the car on our way home. Anna was in the back sleeping. I think everything we did put her to sleep thank God. She always puts me in uncomfortable situations.
"Abby?"
"Nick."
"Why are you mad at me? I didn't do anything?"
"Didn't do anything?" She yelled at me and I looked back at Anna.
"Could you keep your voice down?" She narrowed her eyes at me and reverted to a whisper.
"Nick. I don't wanna fight with you."
"It doesn't have to be a fight if you don't make it one." She scoffed and said.
"You knew full. Well. That I was on a date with Abe. You just couldn't stand the thought of us being alone together. You just had to show up and ruin what could have been the most important night of my life." I looked at her and said jokingly.
"Was Abe gonna ask you to marry him?"
"Oh-Ha ha. No." Then what the heck was he gonna- Oh no. If what I think was about to happen was aabout to happen then I'm glad I showed up when I did.
"Are you saying you never-" I trailed off not really wanting to say it and her mouth dropped.
"Don't be rediculous." She looked out the window and I pulled up in her driveway. Thank goodness.
"Okay I was about to say. Not stiletto wearing, miss sexy, flirt with every guy on the planet Abigail." She looked at me in shock and whispered in a yell.
"Excuse me? Flirt with? Nicolas... Just because I'm not one of your penny loving, dingy brain, mini skirt wearing, easy to get into sluts doesn't make me the good time girl." She slapped me on the arm and I turned the car off. I looked at her glaring at me and she picked her bag up and said.
"Now I am going to put it like this... GOODBYE." She opened the car door and I stopped her.
"Hey Abby wait. I'm just saying. You've never actually-"
"FINE! Okay I admit. I'm a virgin. Now is that a sin?"
"Well... No."
"Okay I didn't think so."
"Geez... Calm down I was only asking a question." But she didn't calm down. Instead she closed the car door and turned to face me.
"Nick. I have HAD it with you. You make me sick." She looked at me with pure hate and I just sat there and acted like a coward. I didn't want her to hate me. I wanted to her to love me.
I looked down on the ground for a minute before looking back at her.
"Abby I'm sorry." She looked shocked for a minute. What was she expecting me to yell back at her? Yeah cause that'll happen.
She sat back in her chair and I turned and looked out the rear view mirror. Anna was still sleeping like a baby.
"I think its really sweet that your spending time with your sister." I looked at her and she smiled at me. She hugged me and kissed me on the cheek then said.
"Good night Nick."

New York's criminal underground uses couriers for similar reasons. This gives the hundreds of couriers in NYC steady work. After weeks of not finding a job while living with her aunt and cousin, Zoe turns to her slicing skills to steal credits from the Purity Church and turns to the mob so she can get a loan to pay for the internal secure storage space a courier needs and a frame for herself. After making an unlicensed run or two, Zoe finds employment with a transport company and truly starts her life as a courier. This story is a mix of light scifi, cyberpunk, slice of life, a dash of action, and a smidge of fantasy. Slicing is what hacking is called in this story. Credits are currency in this story.
