Jungkook didn't visit him for five days. The sharks were the only visit he got, delivering things towards the small pond Taehyung was taking from them, a few more attempts to leave the cave but all of them stopped by Jungkook's little slaves. Everything was just like before, the same circle repeating and repeating and Taehyung now could understand why Jungkook has gone insane.

Because he was about to go insane as well if he was going to stay any longer here, alone in the dark cave only illuminated by a few saved flashlights and candles. The little raven felt miserable enough already, curled up in his sleeping spot under many thankfully dried blankets. So he wasn't really anticipating the moment when Jungkook showed up.

"It pains me to see you like this", were the first words Jungkook has spoken to Taehyung, elegantly lifting his body out of the water to sit on the edge of the pond. Taehyung felt his dark stare on his body and he shivered, pulling the blankets closer over him to shield himself from the greedy eyes on his frame.

"Then maybe you should stop putting me in such situations", Taehyung replied back in a whispered voice, still facing the stone wall away from Jungkook. "You wanted this. Everything could've been fine if you just came with me peacefully. I didn't have to put harm upon you and leave to calm down", Jungkook replied back heatedly and only then, Taehyung turned around.

"Don't accuse me of things you put me through! I'm nothing but your prisoner anyways, you can shove around like you please! You say you love me but I mean nothing to you", Taehyung hissed back fiery, eyes filled with anger he has held in so long. Jungkook on the other side seemed to soften, his eyes flickering over Taehyung's frame.

Allowing the other to do the same with him. Taehyung noticed how drained and tired Jungkook looked, the dark rings under his eyes but he was too angry to care. He really didn't want to care at all about this cold hearted murderer but from the time he has stayed with Jungkook on the island, he noticed how starved the man was of affection, basically shining from happiness whenever Taehyung offered him a nice word.

It only happened with Taehyung though, it was always Taehyung who could make Jungkook shine brighter then the sun. And it was always Taehyung who could make Jungkook feel the worst. All because the blonde island boy has lost his heart to the little raven and didn't want to let him go.

A dangerous obsession taken as true love.

"I'm sorry, okay? But please don't think you're my prisoner, Baby. You're more, so much more and I'm only trying to protect you. I'm taking care of the both of us, just trust me and I take care of everything", Jungkook pleaded, eyes shining with despair.

Only then, Taehyung allowed himself to take a closer look at his appearance. "You look tired", he noted, sitting up on his comfy mountain of pillows and blankets and Jungkook smiled weakly before waving it off. His entire skin complexion looked more grey than the usual natural golden glow he wore. "It's nothing to worry about, my Beautiful."

"Tell me."

"There wasn't a ship crash in a while and it weakens the island and my power. Don't worry, it's nothing I couldn't handle. I'm a pro at that, the power will soon be restored", Jungkook explained briefly and looked over to Taehyung who didn't look like he was relaxed. "So the circle is going to start soon? Is this why I'm here?", Taehyung whispered out and Jungkook's eyes flickered over his petit frame. "Yes, you'd try to come into the way like always and as cute as you are, I don't have time handling you the same time", Jungkook said honestly.

One thing Taehyung hated and kinda liked about Jungkook- whenever he was with him nowadays, he was always honest with Taehyung. Jungkook didn't have to lie to the raven since no one was either going to believe Taehyung or would stay alive to tell anyone. Taehyung was the only one to know his secrets and Jungkook would make sure it was staying this way.

"How charming", Taehyung scoffed and turned away from Jungkook abruptly. "Tae Baby, don't be like that. It's not like I have a choice, it's either them or me and I'd prefer it if it's them", the blonde sighed and stared at the frail back facing him. "You had the choice when you decided to stay on the island", Taehyung spat out and heard a growl coming from behind.

"My ship mates have turned into cannibals! I was twenty-four, I wanted to live! What would you do if you were in my situation? I had the chance to save my life and I took it", the upset blonde hissed out and Taehyung's shoulders visibly started shaking. "P-please j-just go", Taehyung whispered and Jungkook sighed.

"I'll come and check up on you whenever I can. Tell the sharks if you need anything", Jungkook sighed and there was a splash coming from behind. "Taehyung? You know that I love you, right? I would never hurt you." There was no answer and Jungkook sighed before sinking back into the water and throwing one last glance at the petit boy curled up under the blankets.

Another splash and Taehyung was left alone again.

The raven heard rumors, loud thunder even noticeable from inside the cave and Taehyung shivered, pulling the blanket protectively closer while staring up to the ceiling of his cage. He knew what was about to happen, what Jungkook has caused. The blonde after all has already looked ashy which was never a good sign, the energy of the island fading so Jungkook had to get another ship to make sure of the island's survival and his own.

While Taehyung didn't feel different, Jungkook did, he of course has stayed longer on the island so he was going to feel the differences sooner. It was already a theory of Taehyung that the island was extending his life span since he didn't looked like he aged at all. And coming from what Jungkook has told him, he must've arrived on the island during the early 20's.

The curious boy then decided to walk to the small pond, throwing the blanket away a bit before briefly dipping his head into the water to look around for any signs of new humans.

Taehyung looked up to see figures in the water surface above his head. He gasped, letting go of the blanket wrapped around him and he stretched himself a bit more to see that stranded people were trying to get on the beach.

A whimper left Taehyung's lips by the sight.

It has begun again.
