It would be a complete understatement to say that Jimin was scared. No, Jimin was petrified. The fox hybrid opened the small box and stared at the content inside before closing it and stuffing it into his pocket.

Was it too soon? Probably. But, Jimin knew for sure that he wanted to spend the rest of his life and even after that with you.

So, why not make it official?

Jimin sighs and exits the room he shares with you and goes into the kitchen, where you were eating a ramen cup while scrolling through the YouTube account he and you had made. The Hybrid Only content was a hit, which made you and Jimin happy. Jimin still got to do the things he loves, he still made bank from doing it, and he was free from all of the pointless rules of companies.

Life was great.

"Hey baby, do you want to go to the beach today?" Jimin asks nervously, scratching the back of his head.

"The beach?" you question, looking up from your phone.

"Y-Yeah." Jimin avoids eye contact.

"Okay!" You grin and hop off the stool you were sitting on. "Let's go now!" Jimin nods and you both speed away to get ready.

Once you both were changed into your special shifting swimming suits, you grabbed all of the things that you would need for the beach. Jimin called an Uber.

"Y/N! They're here!" Jimin called after some time.

"Okay! I'm coming!" you replied.

The ride there was oddly silent. You noticed that Jimin was pretty fidgety about something, but you decided not to comment on it. If it was important, he'd tell you.

Soon enough, you both arrived at a pretty secluded part of the beach. There were still a few people around, but you both honestly couldn't care less. After all, you both were free!

You and Jimin walked to a nice spot on the beach and set your stuff down.

"Race ya to the beach!" you yell excitedly. Jimin groans and pouts.

"Yah, that's not even fair!" He crosses his arms.

"I'll give you a head start," you smirk. Jimin rolls his eyes and jumps, shifts midair, and takes off running towards the water. You laugh maniacally before shifting and running after him.

Jimin peaks behind himself and jumps five feet into the air and yelps loudly when he sees how fast you were barreling towards him and how close you were. His fear makes you run even faster until you were right on his tail. Jimin shifts back into his hybrid form and throws sand at you, causing you to topple and for him to win.

Jimin cheers and jumps around happily while you shift into your hybrid form and pout. It wasn't fair! He cheated!

"Baby, look! I won," Jimin laughs.

"You cheated, you sly fox!" you hiss.

"There were never any rules about sabotage!"

"There shouldn't have to be! That should be automatic!"

Jimin walks over to you and picks you up bridal style before running back towards the water and tossing you into it. You hiss at him and tackle the boy into the water.

You and Jimin play well into the evening. The sun was starting to set and the sky began to turn orange.

Currently, you both were playing tag in your animal forms. Obviously, you won every time.

Then, Jimin ran away from you and went towards your stuff. You sit back on your haunches and cock your head to the side confusedly while Jimin dug around his bag and grabbed something out of it before padding back over to you.

Jimin placed a small black box down. Your eyes widen. Could it be. . .

Jimin opened the small box up with his teeth and sat back on his haunches, avoiding eye contact.

A ring.

The ring was beautiful; your favorite gem complemented the silver band, with small diamonds around the gem. You'd never seen a more beautiful ring before.

You shift back into your hybrid form and stare at the ring with your mouth wide open. You glance back up to Jimin's small form and watch as he shifts back into his hybrid form, sitting with his arms in between his legs and his legs up, much like how he was back in animal form.

"Y/N. . ." he starts, "I know this might seem a bit early, but I truly love you with all my heart. Without you, there's no way that I would've been able to get through all that shit with Jungkook, and I'll forever be thankful for that. I honestly can't see myself with someone else," Jimin picks up the box and gets on one knee. "Y/F/N, will you marry me?"

You stare at him for a few moments with tears in your eyes before tackling your soulmate in a hug, giving him kisses all over his face.

"Why would I ever say no?"

Jimin smiles the widest smile you've ever seen on him before slipping the engagement ring on your finger and pulling you into a passionate kiss. Your tails wrap around each other's waists as Jimin deepens the kiss.

"Oh my gosh! That was so cute!"

Yours and Jimin's eyes widen and your heads snap over to a small crowd that had formed behind you and Jimin. Most of them had their cameras out and were recording.

"This was supposed to be private," Jimin whines. You snicker before using your speed to get you both and your stuff away from prying eyes.

You both make it back home and decide to shower together. While you were bathing each other, you both decided not to have a wedding and to just elope. A wedding would mean reporters and paparazzi and you both most certainly didn't want it to be ruined by antis and sasaengs. So, you both wanted to have a small service with your closest friends in another country.

You were thinking Mexico. Some parts of Mexico were beautiful.

The first people you told were obviously Suho and Jamie while Jimin told Taehyung, Seokjin, and Hoseok, who told TXT. Jimin also told his parents. They were, after all, going to be the only people invited to the wedding.

In your bed that night, you admired the beautiful ring Jimin had given you while Jimin kissed and sucked on your mark. How'd you get so lucky?

"I love you so much, Jiminie," you whisper, eyes tearing up.

Jimin wiped your tears. "I love you more, baby."

"Impossible!"

"Keep believing that, then."
