Stokeley and I ran to the car we made it in just in time. They surround my car banging on the window. I started breathing heavily and putting my hands on my head "Jersey it's ok calm down" he said grabbing my hand "I'm gonna run these bitches over stokeley" I said putting my hand in the stick shift and reversing "be careful Jersey" he said. I got out of the parking lot and sped off into the street.

"JERSEY AND STOKELEY PIERCE GET IN HERE RIGHT NOW" dad yelled

me and Stokeley looked at each other and shrugged

"when I was 3 I was at daycare, and everyone had already left except me and Jersey. I thought my parents were just late, so I wasn't really worried until jerseys parents came and I was the last one there. They were gonna hand me over to the police, but jerseys parents vouched to take me instead. They lied for me and said that my parents and them were siblings so I could just stay with them until they get back, but they never came back. At least that's what I was told. They abandoned me" stokeley said. I tried to put my hand on his back to comfort him but he moved away a little, and said "I'm finna go smoke, you wanna go jah?" "Yea" he said "bye Jersey" "bye" I said waving. They closed the door and I went up to my room and took a nap.

4 hours later

I woke up from my nap and stretched. I patted the empty spot next to me, and looked at the clock I looked out my window to see if he was still outside, but he wasn't. I checked the bathrooms, the game room, outside, the theater room, the living room, and every room in the house except the training room. I heard grunting "stokeley?" I said opening the door I gasped. He was punching the punching back, but his knuckles... they were bleeding.

"Stokeley" I said wide eyed "what happened" I said tearing up "leave Jersey" he said "y'all to me baby what happ-" "I SAID LEAVE" he yelled. I flinched and walked out slamming the door behind me. I ran back up to my room and slammed that door too. "This is all your fault Jersey" "you shouldn't have talked about what happened earlier" "but I didint jah did" "well you should've stopped him" "whatever" after I finished arguing with myself, I went to bed.

9:01 am

I woke up to dad sitting on the edge of my bed "good morning sunshine" he said I screamed and fell of the bed "seriously" I said groaning "why are you so clumsy" dad asked laughing. I smiled and went to the restroom to go freshen up, and that's when I saw him... stokeleys dead body lying in the bath...
