《OUR LOVE》Chapter thirty-four

I snuggled deeper into the duvet, sighing in content. I groggily opened my eyes and my heart nearly stopped when I realised my surroundings. Why the hell am I in Aaron's room? I immediately got up from the bed and looked down at my clothes, or more so his clothes. Where did my clothes go and why was I wearing his? I looked around the room but there was no sign of him.
I walked out of the room and made my way down to his kitchen where I found him tapping furiously at his phone. His back was turned to me and I could see he was playing a game. Beside him were my clothes hanging off the back of a chair. After a few more seconds of me standing there he still didn't notice me I cleared my throat. He turned around in surprise. shoved his phone in his pocket.
"Hey you're awake" he said and shoved his phone in his pocket.
"Why am I Here?" I questioned completely ignoring his greeting
"Well I tried waking you up earlier because you fell asleep but you didn't and I was looking for your keys and I couldn't find them" he explained.
My keys
I groaned in annoyance when it dawned on me. I walked over to the chair that were supporting my clothes and grabbed my keys from the back of my jeans pocket and dangled them between my fingers.
"Ok you couldn't have expected me to find them if you were sitting on them" he laughed trying to make a joke out of it, but stopped when he realised I wasn't laughing.
"Why the hell am I in your clothes and not mine?" I growled
"Ok don't get mad but you were literally drenched from the rain and I didn't want you to get sick so I changed you" he shrugged like nothing was wrong
"So you saw me naked!?" I yelled
"Of course not! You had you're bra and panties on"
"You're unbelievable! Why does it matter if I got sick!!" I screamed
"Because I Still care about you" he yelled back
I shook my head and pursed my lips. "I'm leaving". I snatched my clothes and made my way to the foyer where my bag and shoes were.

"I'll drive you" he said from behind me and grabbed his keys from a bowl on a table by the door.
"I can walk" I simply answered and slipped on my shoes.
He let out a dry laugh. "Sierra you do realise it's at least a thirty minute walk to your house"
"Fully" I answered briefly glaring at him.
"Fine you can walk then" he smirked and folded his arms across his chest.
I rolled my eyes and opened the door. My face fell when I was met by lashing rain. There was no way I could walk in this and was it really raining for this long?"
"I'll meet you in the car" he whispered from behind me and walked past me.
God help me.
I ran to the car, trying to shield myself from the rain. Once I got in he drove out and made our way to my house. "You might want to check your phone it rang at least twenty times while you were asleep" he said.
Shit it must be Veronica
I was right. Veronica had left 50 text messages and 30 miss calls. I called her back and on the first ring she picked up. "WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU? I TOLD YOU TO TEXT ME AND YOU NEVER DID. WHERE THE FUCK ARE YOU?" she screamed. I pulled the phone away from ear and heard Aaron chuckling. I gave him a knowing look which instantly made him stop.
"Vee I'm fine. I'm sorry I didn't text you it completely slipped my mind and..." I looked over at Aaron who was drumming his fingers to the song playing on the steering wheel. "I'm with Aaron"
"HOW DOES THAT SLIP OUT OF YOU'RE MIND I- wait Aaron? You're with Aaron? Tell me everything"
"I will but not now. I gotta go. I'll text you tomorrow"
"Fine but answer this or I won't be able to sleep tonight" she started
"Shoot"
"Are you guys dating again?" She questioned
"What? No! Of course not don't be silly" I exclaimed shocked that she would even ask me that.
"Ok then I'll talk to you tomorrow. Bye love you"
"I love you too" I smiled and cut the call off. I dropped my phone in my lap and looked back out the window for the remainder of the journey. It was once again quiet. The only difference between this car ride and the one we had earlier was music was softly blaring from the radio. After five more minutes we pulled up at the front of my house. My mom's car wasn't parked in the drive way which meant she wasn't home yet. I unbuckled my seatbelt and opened the door before halting in my actions. I let out a breath before turning back around to face him. He was leaning back in his seat and had his right hand propped on the steering wheel.

"Thanks for taking me to see my dad and bringing me back home" I said chewing on the inside of my right cheek.
"No problem"
I gave him a curt nod and opened the door again but was once again stopped. Except this time it was because of him. "Wait" he grabbed my arm pulling me back into my seat. "I know you're going through a lot right now but if you need someone to talk to, I'm a really good listener"
Is this a joke
"I'm good thanks" I said pressing my lips in a firm line.
"Sierra I know we aren't on good terms but really just call me if-"
"What part of 'I'm good thanks' do you not understand huh?" I asked narrowing my eyes at him. "Bye" I barely audibly said. I slammed the car door and ran inside to my house as it was still raining. I knew he was still waiting outside for me to get in because I didn't hear his car drive off. I opened the door and quickly closed it behind me before pressing my back against it. I closed my eyes as I replayed what just happened.
Maybe I shouldn't have been so harsh on him.
I realised that he was only trying to be nice and comforting despite everything that happened. I dragged my feet across the floor and up the stairs to my room. I dropped my bag on the floor and removed my shoes. I looked down and remembered I was still in his clothes. Truth be told I didn't want to take off his clothes. I would be lying if I said I didn't miss him. His smile, his jokes, his smell. Everything. I shook my head from my thoughts and changed into an oversized tshirt.
I got under my duvet and laid there waiting for the moment my body would shut down. It never came. I let out a big puff of air as I tossed and turned. It's been forty minutes and I still couldn't sleep. I stared at my ceiling in boredom acting as if it was the most interesting thing I've seen. My eye caught the red hoodie that was laying over the back of chair by my vanity. I got up and walked over to it. I picked it up and stared at it. That's when I got my crazy idea.
I walked into my closet and fished out all the hoodies I had ever taken from him and threw them on my bed. In total I had eight including the one I was wearing earlier. I ran downstairs not caring that I was making so much noise and it was only me in the house. I rummaged through our storage closet looking for a box that was big enough to fit his hoodies inside. After finding a big enough box I made my way back to my room and placed it on the floor. I threw all the hoodies in and stepped back. I was now engulfed in his scent.
Something was missing
I stared at the box with a hard glare. I picked up the first hoodie and held it out in front of me. That's when the idea came to me. I grabbed my body spray that was sitting on my shelf and began spraying away at his clothes. If I was going to be a bad bitch and send him his clothes back, I may as well do it right and with that I continued spraying away.
Heyyyyy lovelies. How are you all today?
I hope you all enjoyed this chapter.
