Nathan POV

3 days.

Thats how long Trinity has been out for. Liam came the next day after the accident and asked me to leave to have privacy with her, which took 2 hours and 5 minutes. How long does it take to talk to someone that possibly can't hear what you're saying? After he was done I went back in and held her hand not wanting to let go.

Robert and I spoke and he wanted to go through the surveillance footage of the hall to see if there were any suspects, we decided to avoid getting the police into it. But as soon as we know who it is thats when all hell is breaking loose.

The doctor came a few minutes to check if anything has changed within the time he wasn't present, sadly it hasn't.

I began speaking to her. "Hey Trinity, it's been 3 days since you've been in the coma, everyone is worried about you. Please wake up." I was just about to get up and leave since I have been sat here for the past 4 hours but I heard a groan and turned to see Trinity slowly opening her eyes.

I quickly rushed to her side. "You're awake."

She just raised her eyebrows and stared at me and said. "And you are?"

Trinity POV

Beep.

Beep.

Why won't my alarm stop beeping, I try moving my arm towards it but I couldn't move. I tried once again but failed, someone begins to speak. "Hey Trinity, it's been 3 days since you've been in a coma, everyone is worried about you. Please wake up."

Why is Nathan asking me to wake up can't he see I'm awake, I try opening my eyes but again fail. What the fuck is going on, thats when everything rushes to me. The party.

I start recapping Nathan and I dancing then there was a sudden pain, my babies. I can't move my arms so how am I suppose to check on them, suddenly a sharp pain goes towards my bellybutton, their defiantly okay.

I remember drinking some juice that had tasted funny and told Liam to bring me another one since he was conversing with some people I never got a new one. Which resulted in Nathan and me dancing, then suddenly everything went black.

While recapping moments Nathan lets go of my hand, and I hear the sound of his shoes across the floors. I try saying something but it was useless until finally, my eyes open up. I groan from the sudden brightness that shot into my eyes. Slowly adjusting to the light Nathan walks towards me and says, "Your awake."

Instead with replying with a 'what happened' I decided to mess with him a little, even in the hospital I'm being a bitch.

"And you are?" The look on his face was priceless, I kind of felt bad at the same time.

"Trinity it's me Nathan, the father of our kids, the guys you use to date. Common you can't lose your mem-" I cut him off by bursting into laughter. "I'm kidding doofus I remember you."

He sighed in relief. "You scared me. You know I could've had a heart attack, and I'm too young for that!"

"26 is old."

He just scowls, "So how are you? Any pain anywhere?"

I shake my head no and say, "Nope but I think we should call the doctor in."

"Oh right." He presses the assistance button, and we waited for the doctor in comfortable silence.

The doctor finally walks in "Hello Ms. Lancast I am doctor Robinson, how are you feeling? Any pain, nausea?", I shook my head. "No everything is alright I'm just wondering about the two in the womb, and a brief explanation on what had happened to me."

He nods, "I'll call a nurse to bring in the ultrasound machine." He scribbles something on the clipboard in front of him, "so you had a drug in your system which was slightly overdosed on, now thankfully it wasn't too strong to kill you but enough to put you in a coma. To make sure everything is alright with yourself let me put you through a brief check-up to see how everything is going with you." I nod and he proceeds, Nathan seemed a little awkward being in the room but I gave him a comforting smile and he visibly calmed down.

By the time the doctor had finished my checkup the nurse came in with the machine, she turned on and sat beside my bed on a wheelie chair, she looked at me and said, "Hi I'm Cindy hope you are enjoying your stay. I just need you to lift the gown up so I place the gel on it."

I nod pulling up my gown, thank god I had underwear unless that would've been awkward especially with Nathan in the room, 'I mean it's not like he hasn't seen anything before', I thought to my self. After the nurse puts the gel on she turns on the machine and places the probe on my belly, and thats where I got to see my children.

Nathan grabbed my hand, I gave it a light squeeze. The nurse began speaking again. "Your children are perfectly fine, and thankfully none of the drugs went through to them. So if you did not know you are 30 weeks pregnant, since they are twins there is a possibility of you giving birth to them any second which is completely normal." I smile at her, "Thank you so much."

"No problem, if you need anything just press the button ill hope to be the one to assist you two."

With that, she wipes my stomach, gathers the monitor, and leaves the room. I turned to look at Nathan staring at me.

"What?" I say

He just shakes his head. "Nothing, its just.. nothing. Anyways at least they are alright and thats all that matters."

"Yup. Nathan, can you please explain to me exactly what had happened? If you know who has done it?"

He sighs, "I think it best if we speak about this after you get out of the hospital, and as to who it is the person is still unidentified. Your father and I decided to check the security cameras, but only with your permission."

Just as I was about to answer the door suddenly burst open revealing Liam, I quickly move my hand away from Nathan's.

Liam quickly runs to my side hopefully not noticing Nathan's hand, he wraps his arms around me giving me a hug.

"Oh my god you're okay, you know I've been worried sick. All I could think about was what is I lost you?" I pulled away from the hug and kissed his cheek. "You can't get rid of me that easily, and the best thing is that the kids are great."

He just looked at me, his face gave away a furious, relived, upset emotion. "Thats great babe, just great." His phone suddenly goes off and he looks back at me. "Sorry babe got to take this, its work." I just nodded and he left the room.

Nathan cleared his throat, I totally forgot he was here. "So I guess since Liam's here I'm just gonna head out."

"It's your choice I don't mind you staying." He just shakes his head and says, "It's fine, my mom's probably waiting on me." I raised my eyebrows in surprise. "When did that happen?"

"A few days back while you were unconscious, but I promise to explain everything once you're all better." He gets up missing my forehead, "Take care, all 3 of you. If you need anything just call me."

With that, he as well leaves, what's up with guys and not letting me have the last word in any conversation. I sigh lying back down on the pillow deciding to take a nap while I'm at it, all I could think was what a morning...

Nathan POV

I had just left the hospital and on my way to Trinity's father's office. He asked me to go over to him to discuss what well be doing about the situation.

I was kind of hesitant at first because I never actually asked Tri if we could retaliate against this situation, but at the end of the day, we're trying to do what's best for her.

Within 20 minutes I reach the office and park my car. I make my way towards the elevator and made my way up to Roberts office. The elevator dinged signaling my arrival to the desired floor, I walked towards the front desk and asked: "Hi, I was wondering where is Mr. Lancast's office?"

She looked at me as if I've grown a second head.

"Sir do you have an appointment."

"No, but I do have an unscheduled meeting. So let me through."

"I'm afraid I can't do that si-"

A clearing of a throat cut the conversation short. I look up to see Robert, he says, "I was wondering why I was hearing chaos outside my office, Lisa let 'Mr. Spark' through."

At the mention of my name her eyes widen and her mouth shuts, finally.

I walk towards Robert and we make our way towards his office. We finally reach and he sits on his seat behind the desk while I sat o the chair in front of it.

He speaks up. "Let's get to business shall we."

With that our plan began its toll.
