It was our day of and I was on the beach with Alexia. We are soccer players. More specifically for FC .

Any way it was our day of and we were at the beach doing the usual. Swimming, sun bathing and playing soccer of course. Right now tho we were sitting down just talking as we observed the other people on the beach.

"¿Cómo te va con el chico amante?" I say looking at her sun glasses resting on both our faces. (How is it going with lover boy)

"Voy a seguir llamándolo así de todos modos" I say shrugging as my eyes land on six people playing beach volleyball not to long form us. (I'm going to continue calling him that anyway)

She just gave me a look and stood up before taking my arm and pulling me to my feet before see started to walk in their direction. "¿Qué estás haciendo?" ( What are you doing)

"Estoy tratando de conseguirte una cita. Ahora ven aquí" (I'm trying to get you a date. Now come here)

I follow behind her as she walks up to the woman and I big guy standing next to her. I can hear her start to talk with her horrible English and the two seems to understand nothing so I have to step in before she embarrass herself to much. "I'm sorry for my friend she was horrible English" I say too the two

"Ohh. It's okey. What did she want"

"Join" She just say pointing at the two pars playing at the time

"You two could join why not" The lady say. "I'm Scarlett by the way and this is Chris" She say motioning or the man and I give him a smile. "I'm y/n and that Alexia"

Soon we found ourselves playing against the man and the woman and they weren't bad but being two top athletes and more exact soccer players we won with easy

We continued to play a few more games until Alexia needed to leave because of lover boy. I was going to leave too but one of the guys invited me to join their dinner and so I did

"So where are you guys from" I finally ask as I walk next to Scarlett the boys in front of us trying to follow google maps

"The US"

"That's why the English is so good" I say

"Yea. And I guess you are form here around"

"Yea. Born and raised in . Would love to see more of the states. I have only been once and that was for three games so we didn't get to see much"

As the night past Scarlett and I talked more and more and when I found out they were staying for another week we made plans to see each other three more times

We had learnt a lot about each other. She had a daughter. Her favorite food was chicken wings.

I told her about how my mom left when I was seven and how I was bullied in high school

Right now we were sitting on my couch at home. We had just eaten dinner and watched a movie as we made some small talk. I knew it was the last time we would be able to see each other before she left and then we would probably never see each other again but I had hope

"Where did you get that ring from. It's beautiful" She say taking my right hand into hers as she looked at the golden ring with three small diamonds on it

"My dad bought it to me when I turned 18. He has one two so we always have each other even tho I travel and we can't always see each other" I was looking at her beautiful face as I was talking while she was looking at the ring

When she looked up at me our eyes meet and we just stared as the tension started to build. With out thinking we started to lean in I moved my free hand to her face as our lips meet softly

It was a slow kiss. Nothing rushed. She pulled me with her as she laid down on her back me automatically ending up on top of her. My tongue slowly found its way to her lips and she just slightly opened her mouth so I could explore it

When we pulled away. We took some deep breaths before she went to pull me in again but I stopped her. "We cant"

"Why not?" She asked as her hands lost themselves in my hair. "You are flying to the other side of the Atlantic in 24 hours. I don't want to get wrapped in a girl I won't be able to see"

"Hey. We will call and text. And when we have breaks we will see each other. I have a break in one month. I will fly here. I promise"

"You would?" I ask not believing what this woman said after knowing me a week

"Yea. You give me this feeling the no one else does and it makes me feel safe and happy and I would love to see where it goes and just because it might be hard I don't want to let you go with out a fight. Yea?"

"Yea" I say before kissing her again. "You make me feel safe too" I say when we pull away again

"Good. Now I would like to keep kissing you before I have to leave"
