Stark had thrown a party and of course I was there. Free alcohol

The avengers was chilling on the coach like always occasionally a few getting up to grab new drinks or talk to a few people, well more like flirt, before sitting down again

I was talking to Nat who was telling me about her vacation with Maria and how good the lovely dovely couple had it while we sip on iur beers

It made me think of my girlfriend. We haven't seen each other that much recently. With me going to space and now when I was back she had a lot of work but she said she got an invite to the party and was going to show up

No one knew we were together. I hadn't told the team so they wouldn't get all in my business so when she walked in all eyes landed on her

She had a short black dress on. Very short and very tight making her look extremely good and I wasn't the only one who thought so. She quickly spotted me and signaled she was grabbing a drink before coming over

And when I looked to my side Nat, Maria, Clint and Tony were the only once left on the couch. "Where did everyone go" I ask looking at them

"To the good looking girl who just walked in" Clint said

"You're married bird boy" Nat said

"She does look good tho. Why aren't you over there" Tony asked looking at me considering it was kinda my thing to flirt with girls before I met y/n

"She will come over here it's fine"

"Like the confidence Danvers" Maria said laughing as I sipped the last in my beer bottle placing it on the table

I looked up to see t/n smiling politely at Wanda before she started walking in our direction with the avengers close behind making me smirk

I got to the party a little late but no one would notice I thought to myself as I got in the elevator. I fixed my dress before I reached the floor the party was held on

I stepped out and quickly spotted Carol sitting with who I think is the avengers. I recognize the redheaded girl and a blonde dude

I walked to the bar sitting down as I ordered a glass of wine and a beer I knew Carol would want

I barely got to order tho because a guy with a metal arm...kinda strange...and a dark skinned guy came over

"Hi I'm Microsoft. Can I crash at your place tonight" The dark skinned guy asked making me chuckle

"That's a horrible pick up line" The other said and then they started to bicker back and forth as a few other came over

A guy named Bruce introduced himself as well as the blonde who's name was Steve Rogers. Then another man made out of metal and this really nice girl Wanda

We chatted a bit back a forth as I waited for my wine and the beer. When it came a sipped the wine and excused myself from her with a small smile as I walked diver to Carol

I could hear the people who had tried to get my attention follow behind making me giggle a bit as I walked over to my blonde. She smiled at me as she saw me walk over.

When I got to her I put the beer in her hand and sat on her lap as I kissed her for the first time in about a month. "Thank you sweetheart" She told me against my lips before she pulled me in again

"I missed you" I whispered when we pulled back for air making her smile at me

"I missed you too and we are going to make the most of the time we have together before I have to go back to space"

"When" I asked sipping my wine as we both ignored all the stares

"I don't know yet but I'm her at least two weeks"

"Good. Because my finger ain't doing the job anymore"

"Well is that so" She said stroking my cheek. I nodded as an answer before she peck my lips again

She spun me around so my back was pressed against her front as she went to introduce me to her friends who was a bit shocked she had a girlfriend. She also gave a few the look telling them to stay away which made me smile because I like her protective side. It's kinda cute:)

For the rest of the night she held me close placing small kisses on my back or shoulders as I talked to a few of her friends

I really was falling in love with a superhero. But most important she was my superhero
