Me and Clint just got back from a mission and I couldn't wait to fall on the bed and cuddle with my girlfriend

But when I got to our room she wasn't there like she usually is when I get home. I shrugged it of thinking she was probably away doing something and headed into the shower

After a long and warm, very well needed shower, I got dressed but I still hadn't seen my girlfriend.

I decided to finish the mission report I hadn't been able to finish on the way back and then a dropped it of in Furys office

It had been two hours since I got back and my love hasn't tried to see me at all. So I started walking around the compound asking for her

Thor said he hadn't seen her since yesterday. Sam did she worked out this morning and then left for a walk. And Bucky said she had been sneaking around in the kitchen. So I made my way there

I searched through the kitchen but didn't find anything. So I was about to leave when I heard a bark. I think

I slowly had my way over the the couches on the other side of the room. I could see anyone but when I got closer I could she the dark blonde hair of my girlfriend

"Y/n?" I asked. She quickly peaked over the side to see me and she quickly stood up

"I didn't know you were back. I have missed you" She said clearly trying to hide something. She hugged and kissed me which I returned but then I looked at her seriously

"What are you hiding"

"Nothingggg" I gave her a look but she doesn't have time to answer before another bath was heard. I pushed her out of the way while she was distracted to find a small dog behind the couch

"Who bought a dog" I ask looking at her

"No one" She quietly answers

"Then where did it come from" She stayed quiet. "I said where did it come from"

"I found it and it was hungry and I couldn't find an owner or a number to call so I took it in and it has been her three day now" She blurred out

"You what?!" I exclaim. "You just took in a stray"

"How could you not. He is so cute" She exclaimed and the dog barked happily

"We are taking him to a shelter" I said going to pick the dog up but she throw herself at me trying to stop me

And an hour later I am laying on the floor as she begs me not I take him while he just sits and looks at us. "I am begging you my beautiful, loving, amazing and so charming girlfriend please don't take him. I will take care of him. I promise"

"You can barely take care of yourself"

"Please Natasha. Please" I lay my head back and close my eyes sighting

"Fine" She goes to cheer but I speak up again. "BUT he is your responsibility AND he is not sleeping in the bed AND he is not getting in between our sex"

"I love you so much" She say kissing all over my face before getting off of me and grabbing the dog walking away. "I'm naming you Shadow" I can hear her say before I just try to wrap my head around what I just let her do

And let me tell you that didn't end up sleeping on the floor. What it did end up doing was take my place as little spoons and bout half the bed
