《NEVER LET ME GO ✔️ (COMPLETED)》EPILOGUE

Seven Years later,
'Excuse me...Oops, sorry...sorry.' Aashi kept apologizing to everyone on whomever feet she stamped. Squeezing her way through the stadium seats holding a two-year baby proved tough for Aashi. She huffed and was relieved on finding the seat. She has managed to get the front row. She smiled and looked at her baby.
'Hey, Akanksha. Want to see Papa play?' She asked her baby girl. The clueless baby nodded cutely. Aashi smiled widely.
'And watch your brother play as well?' - The baby nodded again.
'Aww.' Aashi gushed and kissed the girl on her cheek. She made her sit properly on the lap making the girl face the stadium. Aashi shifted little looking anticipatingly at the field.
Soon the players began gathering. Two teams, one team of kids and one of their fathers. Aashi spotted her son, Rishi who stood opposite his father, Rishabh. Aashi was neutral, she hoped the match became a draw. She chuckled remembering how the father-son duo got irritated when she had told them the same. The referee whistled and Aashi snapped out from the old memories. The match began and Aashi concentrated on the match.
The match was very interesting, and both the teams played well. Since it was a school's match it wasn't as long as the adult's match and ended soon. Aashi smirked looking at the scorecard. The match was a draw.
Quickly, she picked up Akanksha in her arms and again squeezed her way through the crowd. Some let her pass, being a woman with a baby has its own advantages. But some irritating people didn't bother budging. Aashi had to push past them. She wasn't allowed in the field and so she waited for her husband and son outside the men's room.
'Nice game, Rishi. You were even excellent than in the trails.' Rishabh complimented his son as the duo stepped out of the room.

'Thanks, Papa. You played well too.' He replied. Rishabh looked at him with his eyebrow raised. Then he laughed and picked up his son. Rishi protested but he doesn't let go. Aashi watched them with a smile.
'Da-Da.' Akanksha chirped and Rishabh looked up. Aashi smiled at him. He smiled back.
'So, how was the match?' Rishabh asked. He held Akanksha's hand and kissed her palm.
'Wonderful.' Aashi replied. She admired Rishabh. He looked at her and smiled.
'Mom, I was better than Papa, right?' Rishi jumped in. Rishabh looked annoyed as Aashi smiled nodding her head.
'Yes.' She ruffled her son's hair.
'Hey!' Rishabh sounded offended. Aashi flashed him a helpless look. To her surprise, he smiled too.
'I win, or my son wins, it is the same.' He looked at his son. Rishi's face lit up with a bright smile. He got even more excited when Aashi suggested he needed to be rewarded for the excellent game he played. Rishabh agreed.
'Yaay! You guys are the best.' Rishi jumped and hugged both his parents, his younger sister got excited as well.
Rishi held his parent's hands. The two looked at their son, who kept talking about buying toys and eating from his favorite fast food joint.
The happy family of four left the school building with a bright smile and a Happy Ever After.
