"Sidharth?" said Shehnaaz as she was shocked.

"Oh hello, you came home so early? " said Sidharth sarcastically as pretended to look at his watch which showed the time as 1:00 a.m.

"What are you doing here?" asked Shehnaaz ignoring everything he just said.

"Where were you till 1:00 a.m," asked Sidharth ignoring what Shehnaaz said.

"Are you my mom?" said Shehnaaz as she made a whatever face at him and removing her house keys to open the door.

"Wait? I've not been waiting here for the past 2 hours here so that you throw attitude on me " said Sidharth while rolling his eyes.

"Oh please, I went to your place only to find you not being at home! Do you realize how much did I overthink " blurted out Shehnaaz?

"Why did you go to my place?" asked Sidharth.

"Don't you think there are too many questions?" said Shehnaaz making a confused face.

"Umm.. yes you go first," said Sidharth as he totally forgot about what he had come to her place for.

"Yes, so I went to Manasi's place 2 hours back," said Shehnaaz.

"oh okay go on...Wait WHAT!? " said Sidharth.

"Relax Sidharth," said Shehnaaz.

"Shehnaaz do you realize that could be dangerous. She is a psychopath. She could do anything. She could kidnap you..." said Sidharth in a breath.

"Sidharth relax! I'm not a kid," said Shehnaaz to calm him down but, he didn't listen to her.

"Shehnaaz are you crazy. what was the need to go there? For what had you gone there ha? Donkey. You aren't a kid? Then what are you some WWE fighter ha? Do you realize she hates you if she could plan something so evil for me and trap me! What could she do to someone so innocent to you" Sidharth continued to rant.

Shehnaaz tried to stop him but, he didn't.

So Shehnaaz not to lightly almost slapped him. Sidharth stopped speaking.

"Duffer! How much you talk?" she said.

Sidharth just sat down making a puppy face.

Shehnaaz's slap was a little hard but, Sidharth for some reason didn't react. Otherwise, this hulk monster would have pounced on anyone who even lightly tried to hit him but, this wasn't anyone it was Shehnaaz.

"Now listen to this carefully," said Shehnaaz as she played the audio recorded on her cell phone.

" Shehnaaz Kaur Gill as smart as you act to be doesn't seem like you are. Honey, this was my entire plan to separate Sidharth from you. To be a part of his professional life, convincing him to stay away from. Even if that was extremely difficult. I tried to convince him that you will exactly turn out to be like me. But, that idiot took it in a completely different way. He instead took it as what if he turns out to be the bad one and cause harm to you or hurt you. But, any which ways my plan did work out. Since now he isn't with you" played the audio.

The Audio suddenly, stopped as Shehnaaz received a call from her mother.

Shehnaaz got up saying "Just a minute " as she got up spoke to her mom. Sidharth took a deep breath as he hit his head on the back of the sofa pillow.

How could I be so stupid? How can I fall into her trap all over again? Am I that stupid?

Instead of saving Shehnaaz from getting hurt. I like an idiot fell for it and hurt Shehnaaz even more. How can I be such an idiot!! Cursed Sidharth to himself.

Shehnaaz came back in 4 minutes.

"I'm sorry, it was mom had to take the call," she said as she resumed playing the audio.

Sidharth decided he will listen to the entire audio and then apologize and confess every single thing he felt about her.

Shehnaaz played the audio from where they had stopped it.

" Oh common, Karan helped me out with that. He told me which company, Sidharth was going to sign up for his next project with. Therefore, I submitted the false resume to take a lead on the ongoing project anyways why am I telling you all of this" the audio clip ended.

Sidharth looked at Shehnaaz in shock. At the same time, he felt proud at how she had come through once again. This amazing person had a solution for everything. How amazingly did she manage to sort out everything not just professionally but, even personally? Sidharth was just too clueless to react to it. So he decided that he will think about it well and tell everything to her.

"We will talk about this tomorrow in the office," he said and got up and left Shehnaaz's house leaving Shehnaaz in absolute confusion.

"I thought I was the most unpredictable person but, this guy has proved me wrong, " thought Shehnaaz as she shut the door going back to bed and thinking what was he going to do tomorrow at work.

Shehnaaz walked out of the elevator as she began walking towards her cubicle. Suddenly, she felt a huge hand pulling her into the fire staircase while covering her mouth.

"Hello," said Sidharth as he gave a geeky smile and raised his two eyebrows.

He still had his hand covering her mouth so that she couldn't shout.

"Okay, now I'm taking my hand but, don't you dare shout okay?" he said as she nodded to agree to what she said.

"Are you mad? You know I was petrified " Shehnaaz almost shouted.

"Who else other than me was going to pull you out of nowhere? And please talk softly" said Sidharth.

"So why are we here?" said Shehnaaz

"So that I can tell you about a new date I have found for you," he said as he fake smiled.

"You know what you just want to fight with me" pouted Shehnaaz.

"No No No," said Sidharth cutely which almost made Shehnaaz's anger melt.

"We are here because I want to apologize " he continued.

" Oh wow finally, please continue I wanna here the hulk monster apologize," she said as she let out a giggle.

"No, I'm really sorry for being such an idiot. Listening to a stupid and useless person which led to affecting our relationship. I promise I will never push you away from me ever. I'm sorry "he said as he cutely held his ears just like a 10-year-old kid.

"Awww it's okay," she said as she almost went to hug him but, the sound of the staircase door opening got them alert as they saw someone coming in.

"I know, I know guys. You'll were just going to have a cute I love you moment and I'm very sorry to spoil it but, Manasi will be up in the next 5 minutes the security just informed me. So let's first expose Karan and her and then you'll continue" said Ahaan as he chucked.

"You can turn any damn situation into a funny one," said Sidharth as he smacked his head and moved towards his cabin along with Shehnaaz and Ahaan.
