She left the storeroom, getting mad at me. This time she wasn't wrong. Maybe I was wrong but, this is what I felt. This was my theory. All my life, I've always had theories that were defied by many people but, it didn't bother me much. I always stuck to them. This time my heart forced to defy my own theory but, my mind was still stuck at it.

My mom always says "Ships don't sink because of the water around them. Ships sink because of the water that gets in them. Don't let what's happening around you get inside you and weigh you down".

But, what happens when you yourself weigh you down. Shehnaaz was that crane in my life that would help the ship stop sinking and bring it back to the dock. My heart wanted to speak to her. It wanted her everything but, I didn't know what to tell. I could just hope she understands.

After leaving there I got back home. The entire time I was blank. My mind couldn't just stop thinking about what just happened. As much as I was furious at him for being so stupid and childlike, at the same time my heart melted at how much he cared for me. It's truly said, "You only know you love her when you let her go".

He loved me so much that he could gather all the courage to keep me away just because he thought being with him would cause harm to me but, this is all delusional. Nothing is going to happen to me if we are together. Kaira is behind the bars now and after this project, we will have to be careful about Manasi not being around us anymore. All that I'll manage, for that matter Rhea and Ahaan can help out as well.

But, what about Sidharth. How am I going to make him understand? He will stick to this over thought logic of his mind. I need to find a way to make him understand that this all is false. He can't just believe what Manasi said.

Today I left the storeroom but, the next time I meet him. I need to have a conversation. Sort it out. I can't let such things come in the path of our relationship. I need to make him understand somehow. It's going to be tough but, I'll do it.

Shehnaaz and Sidharth both were in turmoil. They didn't know what to do. Shehnaaz decided to go and confront Manasi.

"Ma'am there is someone at the gate for you," said the security guard as he showed in the iPad who was waiting via the CCTV camera.

"Yes send her in," said Manasi as she wondered who it must be.

Shehnaaz entered the Mansion. It was huge. The entire mansion was so beautiful, I wish the person who owned had even half a beautiful heart as much as the mansion was.

"Shehnaaz Kaur Gill, welcome to my mansion," said Manasi with an evil smile.

Shehnaaz made a face as she walked in.

"What brings you here," said Manasi.

"Your deeds," said Shehnaaz as she flipped her hair.

"What are you talking about?" said Manasi.

"What did you go and say to Sidharth?" said Shehnaaz.

"How does that matter to you," said Manasi as she tried to act all savage and innocent at the same time.

"You had the audacity to come and interfere in my life. Who the fuck are you go and tell Sidharth that being in a relationship with me will cause harm to me? Seriously?" Shehnaaz told furiously.

"oh so now that you are here, I guess my plan has worked, " said Manasi while she laughed.

"Which plan," said Shehnaaz.

"Shehnaaz Kaur Gill as smart as you act to be doesn't seem like you are. Honey, this was my entire plan to separate Sidharth from you. To be a part of his professional life, convincing him to stay away from. Even if that was extremely difficult. I tried to convince him that you will exactly turn out to be like me. But, that idiot took it in a completely different way. He instead took it as what if he turns out to be the bad one and cause harm to you or hurt you. But, any which ways my plan did work out. Since now he isn't with you" said Manasi with an evil smirk.

"Why would you do something like that? " said Shehnaaz out of curiosity.

"Because even when I was married to Rohan and was just merely acting to fall in love with Sidharth. I actually began to catch feelings for him. He is such an amazing person, who wouldn't have feelings for him. I couldn't see him happy with you. So I made this plan. Now that this plan is successful. Even you both can not be together. " Manasi said with an evil grin.

Shehnaaz knew this can't be the only thing. There is much more to it. How did she get out of jail so quickly and join in into a new company? So she thought she would as her more questions in sarcastic ways and get out the truth.

"I must say, you are really smart but, how did you get yourself a bail so quickly ?" said Shehnaaz as she cleverly led the conversation.

"Oh common, Karan helped me out with that. He told me which company, Sidharth was going to sign up for his next project with. Therefore, I submitted the false resume to take a lead on the ongoing project anyways why am I telling you all of this" said Manasi as she could barely walk.

Manasi was extremely careful with the mind games and tricks she played but, the only drawback she has was her addiction to alcohol. While being under the influence of alcohol she didn't realize, she had given all the statements which were against her and could bring in a lot of trouble. Shehnaaz very wittily recorded everything that Manasi spoke in her phone recorder.

She immediately left the huge mansion and booked a cab to Sidharth's place. As she reached his apartment . She saw his car wasn't parked at the usual place so she assumed that he wouldn't be at home. She felt dejected but, she thought she will tell him about this tomorrow at work. So she went back home. As she went into the elevator. Her mind was constantly working on how was she going to tell him everything and make him hear the recording, how will he be reacting to it. She was excited finally, Manasi would be out of their lives.

As the elevator opened at the floor she lived on. She was shocked to see someone was waiting at the door for her.
