"Ouch" cried Shehnaaz as she fell down while being tied to chair as she was fighting hard to get saved from Kaira injecting her the injection into her hand.

SHEHNAAZ POV:

I tried to protest as much as I could but, it felt like something had gotten into Kaira. She was behaving differently. She was almost ready to kill just so that she could get the post at the firm which I had and of course she wanted to be with Sidharth.

Within 30 seconds as I fall down the chair, Kaira moved towards me in haste to inject me but, she wasn't successful. As I tried to bend my neck to see what had happened, Kaira had dropped the injection since a medium size stone had hit her hand. I was astonished.

I felt a hand removing the rope around me, It was Sidharth.

"Shehnaaz, don't worry I'm here," he said while untangling the rope around me.

The last thing I could remember was Ahaan holding Kaira tightly and I saw 4 policemen and lady police entering my garage.

I guess I lost my consciousness after it.

Shehnaaz was taken to the hospital. While Kaira was arrested. Shehnaaz was taken to the observation room as Sidharth and Ahaan waited outside for the doctor to arrive.

"She is fine! She fainted as her head hit the ground hard. There is nothing to worry, you can take her home after, finishing off the formalities " said the Doctor.

"Thank you so much," said Sidharth as he proceeded towards the ward to meet Shehnaaz.

"I'll go and finish off the formalities," said Karan and left.

Sidharth entered the room.

Shehnaaz immediately smiled as she saw him. He went up to her, held her hand.

"Are you feeling better?" he asked.

Shehnaaz nodded her head with a faint smile.

"The police want to meet the patient along with the doctor, can they come in?" asked the nurse.

"Hi, It's important to inform you guys," said the police inspector.

Sidharth and Shehnaaz both nodded as they listened to the police inspector and doctor carefully.

"Kaira has BPD which is Borderline Personality Disorder. She was on medications since, the past two years but, as per her reports, the doctor says she had stopped taking her medicines since, the past 6 months." said the police as he looked at them to understand.

"What's exactly BPD," asked Sidharth as looked at the doctor curiously.

" A mental disorder characterised by unstable moods, behaviour and relationships. The cause of borderline personality disorder isn't well understood. Generally, patients with this disorder get extremely impulsive and have a chronic feeling of emptiness among the other symptoms. Here, in Kaira's case the feeling of emptiness and her crazy love for Sidharth made her do all of this" said the doctor.

"No need to worry now. She is in the hospital under proper supervision. There is no way she can cause any harm to the both of you" said the doctor as he assured them and left.

"Shehnaaz, I'm coming along with you at your place today, you are still a little weak," said Sidharth.

Shehnaaz agreed. She absolutely loved it when Sidharth would get so protective about her and take so much care about her needs.

They left the hospital as Sidharth drove and Shehnaaz sat beside him quietly.

After reaching home, Sidharth helped Shehnaaz to lay on her bed and he sat on the couch that was present in her room. Shehnaaz didn't have much energy to speak, very soon Sidharth could hear tiny snores which made him smile as he realized Shehnaaz had gone to sleep.

It was 1:00 a.m and Sidharth was still awake. He saw Shehnaaz was mumbling in her sleep. He went her near her, woke her up, gave her some water and helped her sleep again. Shehnaaz was not much in her senses due to the tranquillizer she had been given.

Next day, in the morning Shehnaaz wakes up only to find Sidharth wasn't in her room. At night when she had woken up to drink water around 4:00 a.m, she saw him sleeping on the couch. She thought he might be outside but, to her surprise when she went outside, she found a tray on her dining table with coffee and a note.

" Hey, Hope you like coffee. See you at work. Hope you are feeling better :)"

The note immediately brought a smile on Shehnaaz's face. She was excited to finally go to work, without any problems to solve now.

She decided she had to tell him now. She had to tell that she liked him and felt for him much more than a friend.

Shehnaaz was someone who believed in fairy tales. Where everything in a love story always works out. She wished her to be like one as well. But, then as any stereotypical girl mind works, that the guys should be the one to who confess it first. She held the thought for a minute.

But, Shehnaaz wanted to be different. So she decided that she will tell him first, breaking the stereotype.

Well, so she decided she will leave a note on Sidharth's desk saying she really likes him and watch his reaction they decide if she should tell him face to face.

She quickly left for the office.

Shehnaaz was all smiles as she reached the office. She saw towards Sidharth's cabin only to find that the blinds were down.

She was surprised. Sidharth would never shut them. She would always first look that side and give him a smile and he would always wave at her and smile back.

She didn't pay much heed to it. After about 20 minutes Sidharth left his cabin and walked towards the conference room with Ahaan. Sidharth passed by Shehnaaz and didn't even look at her. He just ordered Tina to pull up the blinds before he is back in his cabin.

As soon as Tina, pit up the blinds and left his cabin. Shehnaaz sneakily went in and left a note.

"Hey, the Coffee was amazing. Don't want to beat around the Bush. I really like you :)"

She kept it under his laptop and left.

After a while, Sidharth got into his cabin. Shehnaaz kept looking inside his cabin to catch a glimpse of his reaction.

SIDHARTH POV

I lifted my laptop in order to find my paper clip but, I was surprised to see a folded pink coloured paper.

As I opened it read:

"Hey, the Coffee was amazing. Don't want to beat around the Bush. I really like you :)"

I could literally hear it in Shehnaaz's voice but, I didn't give any reaction. My heart was smiling from within but, I still maintained a poker face. Neither did I react nor did I look at her. I was damn sure she was looking at me through the glass.

After reading it, Sidharth just crumpled the paper and threw it inside the bin.

Shehnaaz was heartbroken.
