Silver's POV

"Silver?" Rhys' voice traveled through the door as I sat on the seat of the toilet in shock.

"Uhhh, yeah?" I whispered, not exactly sure if he could hear me, but if I spoke any louder I wasn't confident in my ability to stay calm.

"Are you okay? Is everything fine in there?" His innocent voice resonated around the room as I became dizzy.

"No. Not really." I broke down. Tears started to blur my vision as I continued to look at the positive lines.

Rhys opened the door with a gust of warm air and looked around in worry. His eyes finally landed on me and he took in my distraught appearance. His gaze traveled to my hands where he realized I had taken the test. Cursing under his breath he rushed over to me and hugged me tightly against his chest.

"I'm pregnant." I state softly, making sure only he heard.

He didn't reply. He helped me stand and grabbed the test. Quickly, he shoved the stick into his pocket as we heard footsteps. Walking towards the bed he must have noticed the box because he quickly kicked it under a small shelf that was in the bathroom. Some muscular man was walking into the room with his arms crossed as soon as Rhys had got me out of the small bathroom.

"What's going on here?" He growled out glaring at us.

"She fell in the bathroom, sir." Rhys replied looking at his feet.

"Get her dressed. She's going to the boss in a few hours." With that he left the room.

As I settle on the bed I watch as Rhys paces around the room agitated. I couldn't even bring myself to talk because I was afraid that I'd break down in tears. But I also couldn't ignore the fact that I had to meet the man who ordered my kidnapping. Lost in thought I didn't notice that Rhys had stopped his pacing and now stood in front of me. He looked older than his actual age at that moment. And I soon understood why.

"I have to get you out of here." Rhys determinedly set his face into an expression I couldn't quite decipher. "I can't let you get hurt. I need to protect you and your child."

"Okay." I whisper slightly relieved but also worried for his safety. "What about you and your sister?"

Rhys' eyes flashed with panic before they went back to determination. "I'll pick up my sister on the way to wherever you want to go and I'll go on the run with her."

"There's no need for that." I started getting up and hugging him. "I'm sure Ethan won't mind housing you guys till we can stop whoever is behind this. And if Ethan won't then my brother Ashton will and I'll stay with you guys so you're comfortable."

"Are you sure?" Rhys seemed unsure. Probably because his trust had been broken by people who promised to help before. But I won't hurt him. Why would I if he was willing to sacrifice his life to get me out of here.

"Yes. Just get me out of here and I'll make sure you are safe."

With that we started to formulate a plan.

We decided the easiest time to successfully escape was when I was to be summoned to be in the 'bosses' presence. The only kink in the plan was timing. We would have to escape and grab his sister, and get to Ethan's house as fast as we could. And being as Rhys was fifteen he didn't own a car. I could drive, but again, a car. We decided the best way around this was just to 'borrow' someone's car in Rhys' neighborhood. I was a bit weary at first but I could always compensate whoever's car we happen to take.
