Sam and Dean looked around the warehouse as Amara had left. Chuck lay on the ground in front of them, unmoving now. Castiel leaned against a pillar unconscious, and Juno was on the ground unconscious as well.
"Check on him," Dean told Sam as he pointed at Chuck. He himself stood, walking to Cas slowly. He bent down, grabbing his shoulder, expecting to see Lucifer. Castiel woke up with a shake, looking at Dean.
"Dean?" Castiel asked furrowing his eyebrows.
"Cas?" Dean asked with wide eyes. "Hey, is that you?"
"Lucifer is gone. Amara ripped him from my body," Castiel said beginning to sit up.
"To where?" Dean asked
"I don't know," Castiel answered with a shrug. He looked around, his eyes falling on the unconscious girl. "Juno." He stood, walking to her quickly. Dean follow, both of them kneeling next to her. "Juno." Castiel shook her lightly, the girl's eyes opening slowly. She first noticed Dean, then turned to Cas.
"Castiel?" she asked furrowing her eyebrows.
"Yes?" he answered.
"Oh, my god," she said sitting up. She wrapped her arms around his neck, shutting her eyes as Castiel hugged her back. "I thought Amara killed you."
"We thought she killed you," Dean stated. Juno let go of Cas, then turned to Dean. She shook her head slowly, the two men helping her stand up. They began walking towards Sam as Chuck was waking up.
"Are you, uh... H-How do you feel?" Sam asked Chuck hesitantly. Chuck grunted as he sat up to look at Sam.
"You know when you're driving and a bug hits your windshield?" Chuck asked, Sam nodding slightly. "I'm the bug." Juno winced at the analog, shaking her head.
"So, what Amara said about you..." Sam stated trailing off.
"Dying. Yeah, whatever she did to me, I can feel my spark, my light fading," Chuck said, his voice shaking. "And when it's gone..."
"Okay, well, t-tell us how to fix you," Dean asked.
"You can't," Chuck said shaking his head. "I-I-I suppose she could, maybe, but that's never gonna happen." The door slammed, Dean standing up immediately to point his gun at whoever was walking through. Rowena stepped in, being careful at Dean's gun point.
"So that was a gun in your pocket," she lightly joked.
"Well... that was a complete and utter dog's breakfast, wasn't it?" Crowley said walking up to the team.
"I didn't know dogs had breakfast," Cas stated furrowing his eyebrows.
"Cas is back," Dean said looking at Sam.
"Just curious— has anyone bothered to look outside?" Rowena asked. Everyone looked around, Rowena motioning them out the door. They followed her out, Dean first noticing all the ash from the smiting and the demon attack. Rowena grabbed him, turning him to the sky. Everyone looked up to see a flickering in the sky.
"What is it?" Dean asked.
"It looks like the sun is—"
"Dying," Cas finished for Sam.
"Why would Amara do that?" Juno questioned
"The sun is the source of all life on earth. Without it, everything just... just wastes away," Cas said shaking his head.
"Let's get the hell out of here," Dean stated. Chuck snapped his fingers, everyone appearing in the bunker in seconds. Everyone looked around, then Crowley pointed at Chuck.

"You," he stated.
"Still got a few tricks up my sleeve," Chuck said removing his arm from around Sam's shoulder. "I'm not dead y..." He trailed off, fully pulling away from Sam, then stumbling back into him.
"Oh, whoa. Okay. I got you," Sam said catching him. Cas turned, grabbing Chuck's arm to pull him up.
"I should probably sit down," Chuck gasped out.
"Yeah. Come on," Sam said as her and Cas pulled Chuck into a chair. "All right. Okay."
"What do we do now?" Cas asked looking at Dean. He paused, turning and walking into the kitchen. Cas, Sam, and Juno all exchanged a look, walking into the kitchen after Dean. They entered to see him drinking a beer, Sam rolling his eyes.
"Really?" he asked.
"Really," Dean stated. Sam scoffed as he shook his head at Dean. "What? We hit Amara with everything we got, and she walked it off."
"So... So it's last call?" Sam asked raising an eyebrow.
"That's right," Dean said. He took another drink of beer, then stepped forward. Look, man. If you've got something for me to punch, shoot, or kill, let me know and I'll do it. I'll do it till I die. But how are we supposed to fix the friggin' sun?" Dean downed three more bottles of beer in silence, then sighed as he realized he was running out. "You know what? This isn't gonna be enough. I better make a run. No reason to die sober, huh?" He looked at Sam, raising an eyebrow. "You want to?"
"No!" Sam yelled. Dean sighed, pulling his keys from his pocket.
"Be right back," Dean said looking back at Sam.
"I'll stay here, find our Plan B," Sam said.
"Okay. Cas, come on," Dean said nodding at Cas. Rowena walked in, everyone looking at her.
"Teapot?" she asked. Everyone stared at her, dumbfounded that she was making tea right now.
"I'll hitch a ride with you, Dean," Juno said with a sigh.
"The more the merrier," Dean said with a smile. The three going on a beer run walked out of the bunker. They began driving towards the gas station, Juno in the back as Cas and Dean were in the front. "How you doing? You good?" Juno looked up, realizing he was talking to Cas. "I mean, you know, the whole Lucifer thing."
"I was just... so stupid," Cas said with a sigh.
"No, no, no. It wasn't stupid," Dean told him. You were right. You were right to let Lucifer ride shotgun. Me and Sam wouldn't have done that."
"Well, it didn't work," Cas said shaking his head.
"No, but it was our best shot, and you stepped up," Dean told him with a smile.
"I was just trying to help," Cas said looking over at Dean.
"Well, and you do help, Cas," Dean told him. "You know, sometimes me and Sam have got so much going on that...we forget about everyone else.
"Well, you do live exciting lives," Juno said with a slight smile.
"Yeah, that's one word for it," Dean said laughing a bit. But you two, you're always there, you know?" Dean looked over at Cas, glancing at Juno in the rear view mirror. "You're the best friends we've ever had. You're our brother, Cas. I want you to know that.

"Thank you," Cas said with a small smile.
"And J, I know we couldn't protect Charlie, but you forgave us for that. And you've been sticking around, helping us with the Darkness when you could've easily ran and done whatever you've always wanted to do," Dean said with a light chuckle.
"You know, you don't have to blame yourself for Charlie," Juno said leaning forward. "I have a feeling she went out swinging." Juno smiled to herself, knowing Charlie would've put up a fight. That was her sister. "And you know, even if we don't make it out of this, I'll finally see her again."
"Charlie was the sister we never had," Dean said with a light smile. "And so are you, J." Juno smiled lightly, looking up at Dean. "We really do love you, kid."
"I know," Juno said quoting Star Wars. Dean smiled, recalling when he did the same thing to Charlie a few years back. Dean's cellphone started ringing, Dean picking it up.
"Yo?" he asked. Dean took a second, then answered, "Alright. We're on our way." Dean hung up, beginning to turn the car around. "Sam's got something."
*****
"Wait, so now you want to kill the Darkness?" Dean asked, then took his gaze to Chuck. "You're cool with this? 'Cause, you know, last time..."
"Look, Chuck's dying," Sam said interrupting Dean. Chuck gave a sideways look to Sam. "Uh, no offense, God."
"Yeah, no, I— I'm dying," Chuck said with a slight nod. So, we don't really have a choice. I mean, look. Y-You've got darkness and light. Y-You take one side away a-and—"
"It upsets the scales—the whole balance of the universe," Juno said crossing her arms.
"Exactly. But you take both away, and now both sides of the scale are empty, so..." Sam trailed off.
"Of course. It's balanced," Cas finished.
"Right. Yes. Okay. Uh, and look. Hey, I'm game, but how exactly are we gonna do this? I mean, Lucifer hit her with a-a Hand of God, and, well, we saw how that turned out," Dean explained walking around the table.
"Yeah," Sam agreed.
"She does seem impossible to destroy," Cas said with a slight nod.
"Right. Is she, Chuck?" Sam asked looking at Chuck.
"Well, I...I mean, well... I...I-I—"
"Chuck!" Juno and Cas said as Rowena said 'Charles'. Chuck said, beginning to stand up.
"All right. Fine. The Darkness might—might have a weakness—" Chuck said taking the bottle of whiskey from Crowley's hand. "Light."
"He tells us now," Crowley said sarcastically.
"What? I-I just wanted to trap her. I didn't want to murder her," Chuck said sitting back in a chair.
"Okay, but now that we're trying to end her, how much light are we talking about?" Sam asked looking at Chuck.
"I don't know. 10,000 suns set to supernova," Chuck told them.
"Well, y-you're God. So, just God them up," Dean said like it was just that easy.
"Look at me. I'm...not in the best shape right now.
"Okay. Uh, that's all right. Uh, we just need other ideas. Um...Rowena. What about the Book of the Damned?"
"This is beyond," Rowena said with a scoff.
"Okay, Crowley?" Sam asked looking at him.
"Oh, I got nothing," Crowley shrugged.
"This is great, guys. Loving all these ideas," Juno said sarcastically.
"Well, what about souls? They fuel your demon deals," Cas said looking at Crowley. Souls are living batteries. They're full of energy. They're full of light. Each one is as powerful as...100 suns?"
"H-He's not wrong," Rowena said pointing at Cas.
"Okay, so if we got this kind of juice, then what?" Dean asked crossing his arms.
"You get me enough souls... I can build a bomb," Rowena offered.
"Would that do the trick?" Dean asked looking at Chuck.
"Uh...maybe," Chuck answered.
"All right. Plan B," Sam nodded.
"Okay. How many souls are we talking here?" Juno asked.
"The more the better," Rowena told them.
"Even if you could get that kind of firepower...you really think it would work?" Crowley asked standing up.
"I can ask the angels. Heaven is full of souls," Cas offered up.
"Okay. Uh, what else we got?" Sam asked.
"Ghosts," Dean stated. "Well, they're just souls with baggage, right?"
"Yeah, but we would need a whole lot of them," Sam informed him.
"Waverly Hills," Juno said looking up.
"Waverly Hills Sanatorium," Sam said with a slight chuckle. "Of course. Thousands died there."
"Ton of ghosts," Dean said with a nod.
"This is desperate...and stupid," Crowley said sitting back down.
"Well, desperate and stupid's pretty much all we got right now, so..." Dean trailed off.
"Fine. I'll go raid Hell and see what's left," Crowley said propping his feet up.
"Alright," Sam said clapping his hands. "Let's get to work."

Juno and Cas walked out to Juno's car to drive to the gate to Heaven that was in the playground. The ride was mostly silent, neither of them talking. They stepped out of the car, Cas opening the gate. They stepped through, white halls and walls taking over the outdoor scenery.
"You two have some nerve to come back," an angel said taking a blade out of their coat.
"Okay, here us out," Juno said holding her arms up.
"Gather our brothers and sisters. There's something we need to discuss," Castiel told the angel.
"No need, just tell us here," he said. Angels began emerging from around the corners, Juno and Cas turning as they were surrounded.
"Okay, so we didn't talk about what to do if this happened," Juno said as she let her arms fall to her sides.
"We just need them to listen," Cas told her.
"I can do that," Juno shrugged. "Okay, look, God Squad! You may know that Amara is... killing everything. Including God. But we have one final shot at her. God said that if we got enough light, we could take Amara down, kill her once and for all. But we're going to need a lot of souls."
"Define a lot," Dumah said.
"A lot," Castiel answered her.
"We just need you guys to get on board," Juno pleaded. The angels looked at each other, collectively shaking their heads no. "Guys! This is the end! Of everything! Do you want to watch the world that your father created wither slowly, the Darkness taking you last as punishment towards God?"
"We've tried to kill Amara two other times. She's too powerful. We're sealing the Gates of Heaven until the time comes, we will be dying with dignity. We cannot help you," an angel said shaking his head.
"You know what they always says, third times a charm," Juno said holding her arms out. They each stared at her, no one saying anything. "Wow, tough crowd."
"We cannot help you, Castiel. And Juniper, if you would still like to get into Heaven then I would stop invading it," the same angel said looking at her.
"Juniper?" Cas asked looking at her.
"We should go," Juno muttered.
"Yes, you should. No amount of persuasion will make us help you," an angel said. Juno nodded, turning and walking back out through the door with Cas. They landed on the ground, Cas looking at Juno.
"Juniper?" he questioned again.
"Yes, Juniper is my full name. Can we please not discuss it ever again?" Juno asked with a slight laugh. "And don't tell Sam or Dean."
"I won't," Cas said with a small smile. They walked to the car, Juno going to get into the drivers seat. Cas grabbed her wrist, turning Juno back around. She looked up at him confused, then Castiel leaned down and kissed her. He wrapped his arms around her waist, Juno slipping her arms around his neck. Cas pulled back slowly, looking into her eyes.
"What was that for?" Juno asked furrowing her eyebrows.
"Just... In case," Cas answered with a sigh. "And Dean told me to."
"Of course he did," Juno muttered with a small laugh.
"And you kissed Lucifer," Cas continued.
"That was... Not what I wanted to happen," Juno sad pointing at Cas.
"I still felt it," he said with a slight nod. "And it felt like.... a million suns bursting all at once in my stomach."
"Most people call them butterflies or fireworks," Juno said with a slight shrug.
"That is a more accurate depiction," Cas said with a nod.
"But, the world is ending and Heaven won't help. So we should probably..." Juno said trailing off.
"Right," Cas said with a nod. He let go of Juno, letting her walk to the drivers side this time. The two got in, Juno starting the car to go. "Juniper."
"That's never going away," Juno said with a sigh. She put the car in drive, then drove away from the park.
*****
"The angels are—Heaven won't help," Cas explained to Dean.
"They know that this is the end, right? Of everything," Dean said waving his hand in the air.
"Yes," Cas nodded.
"And they don't care?" Sam asked.
"No, it's not that. It's..." Juno sighed, trying to explained it better, "They know—They know God is dying and they don't think we can win this. Souls or no souls. They're sealing Heaven, and they're 'dying with dignity'."
"Well, that's awesome," Dean sighed.
"All right, Crowley. What about you?" Sam asked glancing at him.
"Well, I had all the souls we needed," Crowley answered him.
"What do you mean 'had'?" Dean asked.
"While I was indisposed, a few of my demonic pals decided to raid my stash," Crowley said with a snap.
"Well, what we have— it's not enough," Cas said with a sigh. The lights began flickering, all of them turning red.
"Well, that could be nothing but good news," Crowley stated. Cas pulled out his angel blade as Sam, Dean, and Juno all pulled out their guns. The door to the bunker opened, Billie stepping inside.
"Nice digs," she said with a slight nod.
"Billie?" Sam questioned.
"Who's Billie?" Rowena asked.
"Reaper. Wants us dead," Dean said as the three lowered their guns. "Tons of fun."
"Hey," Billie said smirking at Crowley.
"Wait a second. H-How did yo— What are you doing here?" Sam asked furrowing his eyebrows.
"I saw you boys at Waverly Hills, and call me a curious kitten, but with, you know, credits about to roll, I gotta ask—why you boys busting ghosts?" Billie asked looking between Sam and Dean.
"Why do you care?" Dean snapped.
"Dead folks—kind of my thing," Billie said stating the obvious. "So... spill." Sam and Dean exchanged a glance, Dean nodding at Sam to tell her.
"We're collecting souls to build a bomb," Sam informed her.
"To blow the Darkness to hell," Dean finished.
"Okay," Billie shrugged.
"Okay?" Dean questioned. "Uh, w-what does that mean, 'okay'?"
"Means way things are going, I'm about an hour away from reaping God himself," Billie said taking her gaze to Chuck.
"So you're here to help us?" Juno asked.
"Little tip—you want souls, call a reaper," Billie said with a smirk.
*****
Billie held the bomb out in front of her as she claimed she had something to get more souls inside of it. Currently nothing was happening.
"Well, this is exciting," Dean said with a sigh. The bomb sparked, white little balls of light beginning to come from everywhere. They went towards the bomb all at once causing it to shine even brighter than before. Souls stopped flying in, everyone taking their gaze to the bomb.
"How many souls are in there?" Cas asked.
"A couple hundred...thousand," Billie told them. "I raided The Veil. Like I said, dead folks—kind of my thing." She then took her gaze to Rowena. "We good?"
"Very," Rowena said taking the bomb from Billie.
"Super," Billie said turning to eave.
"See you around," Dena told her.
