《"Mx. Delinquent" | Various!Tbhk x reader》CHAPTER TWO

"And then I was, like, boom! And it went like woosh– and then! And then!–"
It was a normal day, a day that was just like any other, nothing weird. Well… except that you were currently walking beside the school prince, chatting away about one of your well awarded baseball matches.
Teru Minamoto, the school prince, was smiling and having a small laugh at how you were describing things. You were adding many hand gestures, even using your baseball bat, and many unnecessary sound effects.
"Well," Teru laughed as he wiped a tear away, walking into his classroom, "this is my stop."
You smiled at him. He was looking at you with those intense eyes and it made you crazy nervous. It was like he wanted you to leave him as soon as possible or he would rip you into shreds – but that was actually the opposite of what he wanted. Teru hadn't had a good laugh in a while and he was enjoying your company.
You glanced out the open door, deciding to leave. Turning back at Teru, you gave him a small smile before giving him your goodbye, "Erm–"
You were interrupted by one of his classmates, "Minamoto!" They called out to him, looking at something.
"Mornin'." Teru said, walking towards the small crowd, before adding, "Is something wrong?"
Everyone was talking, stealing glances from one another. Your interest peaked at this and you stopped in your tracks, wanting to see what this was about.
The students were taking glances at you and Teru, who would've guessed that the School Prince and the Y/N L/N would get along? I mean, yeah, Minamoto gets along with everyone, but L/N? They sure as hell didn't see that one coming.
In everyone's eyes you were always kinda creepy, having such a tense aura, scowl on your face and that baseball bat (that you always seemed to carry around) made you scary to the public eye.
Everyone except for your friends. You were surprised when Aoi came and asked you to hang out with her and Nene.
Anyway.
"Yeah, it's creepy look!–" His classmate responded, Teru looked down at his desk and sweatdropped, "– at your desk…"
You stood beside Teru as he looked at the summer vegetables, some of his classmates moving away from you in the process -which you didn't notice.
You examined the delicious tomatoes and cucumber before your eyes laid upon a small heart shaped note.
You picked it up, 'Thank you for the other day… hmm… could be anyone, he helps a lot of people.'
"Did you help a fox or something?"
"No…"
"I don't think foxes can write." You added before showing them the pink note. The students backed up a little, while Teru took the note out of your hand.
"Yeah.."
In the corner of your eye; you saw two people standing behind the door, hiding. You looked back at Teru and said your goodbye:
"Welp–" you snatched the note from his hand– "better go, my prince…" You bowed, causing the crowd to erupt in small laughs.
You then looked up, still bowing, meeting Terus eyes, and smirked, "It was indeed pleasant to be in your presence." You stopped bowing and gave him a closed-eyed smile and rushed out of the classroom, dragging Hanako and Nene with you.
"That was weird…"
"I agree."
"Hey, Minamoto, why are you even with that weirdo?" One of his classmates asked him. You couldn't see it, but Teru was pissed. Not at you, no, but that people still acuse you of being some sort of creep. In his eyes, you were as harmless as a bunny.

Teru gave them his award winning smile, "I don't know…" he took a look at the door you just exited, "Guess there's just something special about them."
"Ehh– you're weird sometimes. Do you know that?" A girl answered.
Teru gazed upon her figure and gave her a closed eyed smile, "Well, I guess I am."
Her heartbeat quickened and she fell backwards into her friend's arms, "He smiled at me, Hori! He smiled at me!"
"I know, I know. Now let's get some tissues, your nose is bleeding..."
***
"Nene…" Your eyes darkened and you had a deadpan expression on your face, "what was that?"
"UWAAAHHH!" She cried out and clinged on your right, "I don't know! I tried to do something nice… but it turned into an unsolved mystery…"
"I think that was pretty good actually." Hanako-kun, who was floating in the air above us, said. "It had the element of surprise."
"Good? Now people practically think that he helped a fox or something!" You retorted back at him, but you weren't looking at him. People around you can't really see ghosts and you didn't want to be a weirdo who talks to themselves (when in reality they're talking to some dead guy).
"Mhm!" Yashiro agreed with you, "from the second he thought I was repaying a kindness, it wasn't good!!"
Still holding my arm, Yashiro cried, "I mean, I know I said thank you in my message, but…"
"A radish's thank you gift." Hanako whispered and Yashiro started to hit him, while wailing like a baby.
People around them started to give her weird looks, even whispering about her, and you weren't having it. You gave the people around you death glares while swinging your baseball bat over your shoulder. A dark aura admitted from your figure and a small scowl was evident on your features.
The people got scared and left immediately, 'So scary…'
"I can't take it anymore… I'm quitting gardening…"
"Now, now, let's not be hasty. You still have other skills." Hanako then fist bumped the air, "Let's change gears!"
Yashiro bumped the air too, but it wasn't as enthusiastic as Hanako-kun's. In the corner of his eye, he examined you…
How did you know Minamoto?
"...Hey, Y/N-san?"
You gave Yashiro a small 'yes', signaling her to continue. She hesitated a bit while asking, "how do you know Minamoto-senpai?"
You turned to look at her and Hanako (-who was also kinda interested to know), "We're friends."
"EHHH?" Yashiro took you by your shoulders, "and you never told me?!"
"You didn't ask–"
"It doesn't matter if I asked or not! You know that I like him!" She cut you off and started shaking you– "why didn't you tell me!"
You were starting to get dizzy, you took Yashiro by her wrists to stop her from shaking you. You gave her a confident smile while answering her question,
"Because I didn't want you to go off and date him, it would be such a pain, not only for me, but for you too. I also, kind of, wanted you to spend more time with me…" you admitted, but you weren't embarrassed, no, you held your confident expression; A kind smile was stretched across your face.
Hanako started to float down the corridor, leaving you and Yashiro behind. He was ready to make his next plan a reality.
It was like Yashiro's whole world was slowed down, hearts and small stars were sparkling around your figure and, to her, you were the most attractive person in this moment. Your smile was like a thousand shooting stars and your teeth were practically shining! Something bloomed within her and a small tingling feeling was spreading through her whole body.

"You are my–"
'Favorite person, crush?!–'
"–Best friend, after all."
And right then and there Yashiro's heart broke into a million pieces.

"Hey, what do you two think you're doing?" You said, looking at two second years. They were going around assaulting some first years until you came around.
Hanako and Yashiro were standing behind a pillar, waiting 'til the school prince came around the corner so they could finish their "operation button of love". Hanako watched as you very (not) kindly asked the second years that question.
They turned around, finished with assaulting another person, and looked at you with fear in their eyes. A dark purple mist was spreading around you and you were smiling, a shadow across your face. Staring into their eyes, you asked them, "Do you think it's funny mocking people that's younger than you, huh?"
Teru was walking, together with some background character, while looking at the commotion before him: You were dragging both of the second years down to the principal's office, holding both of them by the ears.
"Ow, ow, ow, owwww!"
"Shut up before I bash the brains out of you!!"
The blond smiled, and too caught up by you, Hanako snatched one of his buttons.
It was another failed operation… but hey! at least you got some extra credit for taking the bullies to the principal's office!
You were walking down the hall to your nexta class and you saw Teru walking Infront of you, back turned, with something in his hands. It was a bento!
"Where are you going with that?" You asked him, jogging towards him so you could walk together.
He gave you a side glance and smiled, "I think someone dropped it, I'm taking it to the lost and found."
"Are you sure that someone didn't give it to you?" You questioned, "you have alot of admirers, Y'know?"
He looked down at the bento in his hands before passing it to you, "You can have it."
"Really?!"
"Mhm."
"Ah! Thank you so much! I forgot to bring my lunch today and–..." You continued to ramble about how you keep forgetting to pack your lunch in the morning, unaware that a certain ghost and radish was watching you two from afar.
Operation failed, once again. But, you got some really nice lunch!
Fun fact: Y/N loved the scary (but cute) monsters in the small bento box!
Operation corner of love!
Failed. You were the unlucky person to be hit by Yashiro. At least the two got some bonding after being rushed to the nurse's office.
Yashiro groaned, "This is so hopeless!–" she touched her throbbing head– "and that last one had nothing to do with my skills…"
"Eh heh heh." Hanako cheapishly scratched the back of his neck.
"Don't 'eh heh heh' me!" She shouted at the ghost, before continuing, "Besides, I think we're being way too indirect. There must be a faster way…"
"Hmm, okay then," hanako floated upside down above yashiro, pointing at her forehead, "why don't you just tell him you like him?–"
"Nene!–" you came running into the bathroom, a bandage around your right arm– "they said I'm free to go now! Wait–" you paused.
Hanako was holding a doll in his hand, but after being interrupted by you, he dropped it.
Thinking it was some kind of ball you grabbed your baseball bat and swung it, making the doll fly out the open bathroom window.
Hanako-kun shouted out in despair as it flew out the window with a great force.
"Sorry, reflexes."
While you and hanako argued (-well Hanako was just yelling at you as you looked at your phone) Yashiro found a small bag on the floor.
Thinking that Hanako-kun dropped it, she took one of the belongings out of it, "Hanako-san, what's this?"
"That's matchmaking—"
"Matchmaking?!"
You were just laughing at some memes you came across on your fyp, 'heh, funny…'
After you laughed at some more tiktoks you finally noticed the commotion before you–
"You're a liar, Hanako-san!!" Yashiro ran out of the bathroom and Hanako and you were left alone.
It was quiet for a while before you finally spoke, "That was harsh…"
You put a hand on the ghost's shoulder, "Don't listen to her, she's just being dramatic. Plus," you walked Infront of him and gave him a closed eyed smile, "didn't you say there was some kind of curse? She'll be needing your help!"
You turned your back at him and began walking out of the bathroom, "Welp, gotta go! Kou's waiting…" you muttered the last of your sentence before taking your leave.
'That felt oddly… familiar'
"And then he jumped off the building like the psychopath he is–"
"Hey, Y/N, how's your arm?" Kou asked you as you were getting your shoes changed, "you did fall down a staircase…"
"Oh, this?" You pointed at your bandaged arm, "it's nothing! I– hm?" You noticed that something was missing.
"I– wait, where's my bag?!" You frantically began looking around you, but to no luck, you didn't find your bag anywhere.
"Wait here, Sunshine-boy! I think I left the bag in one of the classrooms, I'll be back!!" You called out to him as you ran towards the old school building, leaving behind a blushing Kou.
You never really call him that, it got kinda old after a couple of years. Hearing you call him by that nickname made his heart do a flip inside his chest, and his face heated up - he was like a walking tomato.
He began to walk out the school building, giving you a text saying that he left already.
Back with you.
You were currently sprinting down the hall and when you reached your destination, you swung the classroom door open. But what you were met by wasn't really the usual boring room, no, it was a big as a monster in it! And– wait, is that yashiro?? Why is she a fish?
"Y/N!" Yashiro called out to you as the mermaid was about to take her away. You quickly threw one of the nearby chairs at the big mermaid, making it scream in agony.
You stumbled across the room and swept the bowl Yashiro was in into your arms. It was now in a secure hold as you swung your baseball bat at the big mermaid, hitting it right in the face.
Yashiro looked at you with admiration, you surely are like a knight in shining armour!
The bat made a hole in the mermaid, "How could a puny human have so much power…?" It looked directly into your eyes, "curse you humaaaaan!"
The mermaid evaporated into thin air and the classroom was back to normal. You put down Yashiros bowl and looked at Hanako (who was completely awestruck) and said:
"Have you seen my bag?"

Elania, Arachne in a different world
Does have GL subplot later on. Warning: Since some people do not seem to get the slice of life idea, this story is SLOW. There is action and I intend to write more of it but don't come here expecting it to be the focus 24/7. A young woman from Earth wakes up in a cave, disoriented, confused, amnesic and with her lower body replaced by that of a giant spider. She has no idea what she stumbled into and all the extra sensations were definitely not helping. "Did I get reincarnated into a fantasy world?" She's not quite sure. But, the goblin, the troll and (soon enough) the hot elf all suggest "yes." As much as it creeps her out, her new body is powerful and flexible in some very interesting 'spidery' ways as she slowly learns to live with it. Combined with what modern knowledge she can still remember, the newly christened Elania soon finds herself building a new life as an adventurer among the elves. Who knows what awaits her? Maybe, just maybe, she might even find happiness along the way. There will be a fair amount of errors in writing up until chapter 43 (where I got a proper proofreader/editor to help me out.) Chapters 1-20 or so will at some point receive partial rewriting because I don't quite like the flow and feel there are some parts that don't make as much sense as they should. Please don't suggest edits for chapters up until 43, anything after that, feel free to in case we missed anything. Find me on discord at : https://discord.gg/TqFjdv8uaE
