Virgil was super excited since today was the anniversary of him getting together with his boyfriends. He had bought them presents and even made dinner. He knew they got off work at 6 so he waited till 6. When they didn't show up, he started to worry. Then the hours went by 7:00 , 8:00 , 9:00. Virgil laid on the couch, curled up in a ball. He thought this day was special to them just like it was to him.
At 9:30 the door opened, revealing a soaked Remus and Janus. "Spider? You in here?" Remus asked softly. Virgil looked over at them, his makeup all smeared and his eyes puffy. "Oh spider...what's wrong?" Janus frowns, then it hit him. "Oh spider! We didn't forget I promise. We were getting you gifts when the storm hit and it took awhile to get back. We're so sorry." Janus frowns more. Remus looked confused. "But I messaged him so you should of known right?" Virgil shakes his head. "I didn't get a message..." Janus sighs. "We had no internet connection Rem"
Janus went and picked Virgil up. "How about Rem goes and takes a warm shower while we get the food warmed up?"
Virgil nods and smiles softly. He was just glad to be with them.
Remus nods and goes upstairs to take a shower.
~time skip~
Remus walks downstairs and smiles, seeing Janus giving Virgil tons of light, loving kisses. Janus looks over at Remus and smiles. "Come eat love" Remus nods and sits down at the table. Virgil helps Janus get the food onto their plates. Once they finished eating it was time to open the gifts.

"Rem can you go first?" Janus asked with a smile.
Remus nods and opens Janus's gift first, smiling brightly when he noticed it was a new house for his pet rats. "Thanks so much!! They'll love it!"
Remus then opens Virgil's gift and finds a couple t-shirts. "Thanks so much spider"
Virgil smiles softly. "Jan! Your turn"
Janus nods and opens Virgils gift first. He smiled softly when he saw that it was a terrarium. "Thanks vee but Um what's it for?"
Remus smiles. "Just open my gift!" His gift wasn't really in the form of a gift. Janus shrugs and opens it. His eyes and smile widened when he saw the small snake. "you got me a pet snake!" Remus and Virgil giggled softly.
"Your turn spider" Remus smiles. Virgil opens Remus's gift first and looks at it confused before pulling it out. "Awe it's one of your hoodies. And some of my favorite food" Virgil smiles brightly. "Thanks Rem!" He then looked at Janus and smiles. Janus smiles. "So my gift needs to be opened outside.." Virgil nods, even though he was worried since both Janus and Remus looked really nervous. The three walked outside. Janus and Remus looked at each other and smiled. "So Virgil..this gift is really special and we understand if you don't want it.." Virgil tilts his head confused. "Why wouldn't I want a gift for you?" Remus bit his lip, nervously. Janus grabs something out of his back pocket and looks at Virgil. He gets on one knee and opens the small box to reveal two rings. "Virgil our spider will you marry me and Remus?" He asked softly. Virgils eyes widen and he hugged Janus, almost knocking Janus over. "Yes!" He smiled brightly. Janus put one ring on Virgil and the other on Remus, smiling brightly.
