Kelsey smiled as she heard Jared and Jensen come through the door. Today was the last day of filming and she knew they were ready to be home. She continued to stir her Texas chili. Her smile grew as Jared's wrapped his arms around her middle. He smiled as he felt the baby kick against his hand. She leaned back and kissed his cheek as he rubbed her thirty week baby bump. He sighed and said," When we get back my parents has asked to come over for dinner. Is that okay?" Kelsey nodded as she reached over and turned off the stove eye. She gently stirred it one last time before turning in his arms. Kelsey looked into his eyes and said," I'd love to. But do they know the whole situation with the baby and everything? I don't want them to think bad of me." Jared nodded and placed his hands firmly on her shoulders. He looked down into her eyes and said," Yes. In fact my mother was amazed you kept the baby considering your circumstances. Plus she's heard how good you with the kids and cannot wait to meet you. I know we fly out tomorrow but we have dinner at their house on Friday, so you have time to rest." Jared gently kissed her lips and pulled away as he heard Odette running into the kitchen screaming," Daddy! Daddy! Daddy!" Kelsey chuckled as Jared ran to Odette and picked her up. He swung her around the kitchen making her giggle loudly. Jensen came into the kitchen grabbing a beer from the fridge as Jared put down Odette telling her to wash up for dinner. Odette ran down the hall as Jensen said," Me next daddy!" Jared rolled his eyes and punched Jensen's shoulder as Kelsey rolled her eyes before she started scooping out chili.

Too soon Friday came around. Kelsey secretly dreaded meeting Jared's family. She didn't want to make a bad impression. Kelsey stood in front of her Jared's shared closet trying to find the perfect outfit. She pulled out a a simple burnt orange maxi dress and a pair of white flip flops. Jared came from the bathroom in a pair of boxers. She smiled as she laid her clothes out on the bed and went back to the closet pulling out one of his green plaid shirts and a pair of jeans. She laid the outfit on the bed beside hers making Jared chuckle. He kissed her cheek as he began getting dressed. Kelsey slipped on the dress only for it not fit around her bump. She sighed and said," This fit two weeks when I bought this." Jared just smiled as he helped her slip out from the dress and went to the closet. She watched him search he pulled out a simple grey t shirt dress and one of her plaid shirts. He helped her slip on the dress an tied the plaid under her baby bump. He smiled and said," Beautiful." He kissed her lips and pulled away looking into her brown eyes as he said," Now we better hurry before we're late and let's hope the kids are ready.

Jared held Kelsey's hand as the kids ran ahead of them towards their grandparents house. Kelsey smiled as she watched the kids hug their grandparents. She was soon spotted by Jared's mother and she waved wildly before pulling Tom into a hug. Jared and Kelsey made it to the front steps Jared was immediately pulled into a large hug. Jared laughed and hugged his mom back patting her back. Jared's father, Gerald, held out his hand to Kelsey and said," You must be the famous Kelsey that we have heard so much. It's great to finally meet you." Kelsey shook his hand gave him a smile. She felt Jared wrap an arm her waist as she said," It's great to finally meet you as well. I hear so much about y'all from the kids and Jared." She pulled her hand away only to brought into a hug. Jared's mother, Sharon, chuckled and said," Oh God, it's about time I met you. I must say you you are glowing!" Kelsey blushed as she and Sharon pulled away. Kelsey stepped back beside Jensen and set a hand on her still growing belly and scoffed. She chuckled and said,"Thank you but if glowing means beached whale you are absolutely right." Jared rolled his eyes and as Sharon waved them inside. Sharon led them to kitchen where Kelsey could smell a million wonderful things cooking. This was something she never had. She didn't have a real Thanksgiving till she was twenty one with Dom's family. Kelsey looked around and found a picture of Jared in a graduation gown and beautiful baby face. She smiled and got closer to the picture. Sharon came up behind her and said," That was his high school graduation. Your nephew is about to graduate too, isn't he?" Kelsey nodded blinking away sudden tears. She smiled and pulled out her phone showing a picture of Noah. She chuckled and said," A couple more years. I swear he's fifteen going on thirty. Gosh, he'll be sixteen next month." Sharon noticed her teary eyes and gently rubbed her back with a hand as smiled lightly. Sharon led her over to where Jared and Gerald were talking. Gerald noticed them approaching and said," I say we sit down and eat. I'll go grab the kids."

Kelsey sat beside Jared as they sat by a fire in the backyard. The kids were roasting marshmallows and the adults were laughing amongst themselves embracing the conversation. Kelsey's hands sat on top of her rounded belly as Jared had an arm around her shoulders. Sharon held a sleeping Odette as she said," Kelsey, have you thought of any names?" Jared was curious as well as he looked down to Kelsey. Kelsey smiled she began rubbing a hand up and down her belly feeling the baby kick in response. Kelsey sniffed, tearing up slightly as she said," If it's a girl, I'm gonna name her after my sister, Jennifer. If it's a boy, Noah has asked if we can name him Kane." Sharon nodded in approval as she gently ran a hand through Odette's dark hair. Gerald cleared his throat and said," Speaking of your sister, where's your nephew Noah? We made sure to tell Jared that he was welcome." Kelsey giggled and rolled her eyes as thought of her nephew's begging this morning when he wanted to go to Nolan's to play video games. She smiled and said," He begged for a good hour and a half this morning to go play a new video game his friend Nolan had. I kept telling him no but I gave in." Sharon chuckled lightly and Gerald smiled as he looked over keeping an on Tom and Shep, playing basketball. Sharon suddenly stood and carefully handed Odette to Gerald. Jared scrunched his eyebrows in confusion as his mother ran inside. He looked his Dad but he only shook his head, not knowing either. Jared noticed Kelsey winced lightly and said," I swear if they're not a kicker for the football team, I'll be amazed." Jared chuckled as Kelsey rubbed her belly hoping to calm her little monkey down. Sharon came back with a small wrapped box with a bright pink bow. She handed it to Kelsey and said," I saw it and had to get it for you. Jared his siblings gave me one. I gave one his sister when she had her children. Every mom needs one." Kelsey smiled and blinked away the tears as she slowly unwrapped the gift box. She smiled as she found a simple necklace with a dainty heart, with mom beautifully engraved on it. Kelsey let a few tears fall as she stood and pulled Sharon into a hug. Sharon chuckled lightly and held her tight. Kelsey never had a mother who cared about her but sharon hadn't even met her and she cared enough to buy her a necklace. She held back sobs and Sharon said,"Oh honey, it's just a necklace." Jared chuckled slightly and stood. He lightly rubbed Kelsey's shoulder as Kelsey pulled away, wiping her eyes. Kelsey smiled and said," My mom really wasn't a mom. My sister raised me and I lost the only thing close enough to a mom I ever had, she was my best friend. I never thought I'd have that with anyone else again but this evening all you've treated like I'm your own and this necklace means everything. Thank you." Sharon blinked away tears and pulled Kelsey into a side hug. Sharon looked over to Gerald and he gave her a small nod as he smiled. Sharon looked back to Kelsey and Jared and said,"I'm glad sweety. You make our son and our grandkids so happy and that means everything to us. If you need anything you call me and I'll be there. I especially want to be there when you bring that baby into the world, if you'll let me." Kelsey nodded as she wiped at her tears still streaming down her face. She smiled and said," Please. I'm gonna need all the help I can get." Sharon just nodded and kissed her cheek. Jared just smiled as he watched Kelsey and his mother interact. It was the best thing he could've asked for today.

Kelsey couldn't sleep. The baby kept kicking her ribs and she had to get up and pee every few minutes. She finally got up, careful not to wake up Jared as she went down stairs. She sat down on the couch as she picked up the TV remote. She turned on the TV and began watching a Hallmark movie. She felt be baby begin kicking again and began rubbing her belly, hoping that it would calm the baby. She heard footsteps and looked up to find Noah coming down the stairs. She smiled till she heard a small sniff from him. He'd been crying. Kelsey frowned and said," Noah, you okay?" She watched as Noah rounded the couch and sat beside her. He just shook his head and put his face in his hands. He sighed and said," I screwed up Aunty." Kelsey rubbed a hand down his back as he said," I have something to tell you and I don't want you to freak out." Kelsey smiled and pulled him closer to look in his eyes. She smiled pushed the hair from his face as she said," You know you can tell me anything." Noah nodded he reached out for his Aunt's hand and she gladly took his, trying to give him the support he needed. He sighed and said," I'm gay." Kelsey's smile grew as she pulled him in for a hug. Kelsey rubbed a hand up and down his back as she said," Oh honey, I know. But I'm glad you told me." Noah pulled away and frowned. All he could think was, 'how could she know.' Kelsey as if reading his mind said," Your mom told me. She said you begged her not to tell me or your uncle Dom. But I'll support you no matter what." Noah pulled her back into a hug and squeezed her tight. She chuckled as more footsteps came to her ears. They both pulled away to find a half asleep Jared behind them. He smirked and said," Why wasn't I invited to the party?" Kelsey giggled and patted the couch beside her. He came around and plopped down beside her as Noah snuggled into Kelsey's side. Jared wrapped his arm around her shoulders and put his feet up on the coffee table. Noah smirked," Jared, I'm gay." Jared's eyes grew as he nodded. Jared felt Kelsey lay her head on his chest as he smiled. Noah was finally opening up to him. Hopefully one day Noah would be family. Jared firmly nodded and said,"I'm happy for you Noah. Thank you." Noah smiled as he laid his head on his Aunt's shoulder. They all focused back on TV, all falling asleep.

Kelsey and Daneel sat on the patio as the guys and the kids played in the pool. Daneel looked over at Kelsey's bump and said," Are you ready to have the baby or have you reached that stage yet?" Kelsey groaned as she looked down at her bump herself. She was bigger than most women were she was just hoping the baby wasn't bigger than what she thinks that she could handle. Kelsey smiled and said," Yes and no. I love being pregnant, this my miracle baby. But at one in the morning and all I want to do is sleep, they kicks me in my ribs, that's when I want them out." Daneel laughed and Kelsey joined her. Kelsey had the sudden urge to use the restroom, she awkwardly stood up and made her way inside. She was almost to the bathroom only to hear the doorbell. She walked over to the door and opened it to find Dominic practically in tears. She let him in as he said," I don't what happened but I swear when I found out who did it, I'll kill him." Kelsey still couldn't quite understand but Dominic kept going," I got a call from the cemetery today. They had a break in, last night. They think it was was bunch drunk kids but they desecrated Walker's grave. The guy I talked to said they spray painted his tombstone and several others." Kelsey felt the tears come to her eyes as Dominic led her to nearby chair. Daneel came in to check on Kelsey only to find her and Dominic crying in the foyer. Kelsey caught sight of Daneel and went to her. Daneel brought her into a hug as Dominic said," A bunch of drunk kids desecrated Walker's grave last night." Daneel sighed and gently rubbed her back. Helped her sit back down and said," I'll go grab Jared." Dominic nodded as Daneel ran back outside. It wasn't long a soaking wet Jared came inside and immediately went to her. Dominic sighed and said,"They want us to come in tomorrow at Eleven to pick out a new tombstone. No cost." Jared nodded as he looked up at Dominic. He gave him a sad smile as he rubbed Kelsey's back. He nodded and said," We'll be there. I'm sorry, I know this is hard on you." Dominic just gave him a quick nod of gratitude before giving Kelsey a small pat on her shoulder and left. Jared kissed her temple as she leaned against him.

The next day the three of them met at the cemetery. Jared could tell Kelsey wasn't going to take this well. He held her hand tight as they entered the main office. They were welcomed by the director and taken back to his office. He pulled out a book and said," These are all the options we have, don't worry about the price the were covering the costs. We've already taken down the old stone but last stone had an dove emblem plated on the front. We were able to save that and clean it up." He pulled the emblem from the drawer and said," We'll have it replated and placed on the new stone if you'd like." He held it out and Kelsey took it in her hands. She smiled lightly and quickly thanked him as she looked over the small emblem. Dominic looked over her shoulder at it and she handed it towards him. He held it in his hands as he thought of their son. Kelsey looked into the book and began turning the pages. Jared noticed her pause as she looked at small, simple black tombstone and turned the book back to Dominic. He nodded in approval and gave her a small smile. Kelsey handed the director the book back and said," We like this one." The man nodded his head and pulled out a piece of paper and began writing everything down. He passed the paper to Kelsey and said," Now if you could write your son's name, you'll be done." Kelsey nodded as she took the pen from his hand. She promised herself that she wouldn't get emotional but tears streamed down her face as she wrote 'Walker Brian Murphy'. Kelsey put the pen down and immediately pulled herself into Jared. Jared wrapped his arms around her as she sobbed. Jared noticed that Dominic had walked out, as he rubbed a comforting up and down her back. They soon left themselves to find Dominic at Walker's plot. Jared stayed behind as Kelsey went and stood by Dom. Dominic wrapped an arm around her shoulder as they looked down at the disturbed ground. Dominic nodded and said," I'm glad you're having a baby. You're going to be a good mom." Kelsey wrapped her arm behind him as she focused more on the ground before them. She nodded back and said,"You've been a great father to Noah and one day you'll find a beautiful woman and have a baby with her and be an amazing dad again." He smiled before kissing her temple and they walked back to Jared. He pulled away from her and said," Y'all take care." Kelsey and Jared bid him goodbye as Kelsey led Jared back to the car. Jared gently kissed her and said," You okay?" Kelsey just nodded as she pulled him into a hug. Kelsey looked up into Jared's eyes and said," I'm perfect. I have an amazing man with my amazing family. Why wouldn't I be." Jared smiled and brought her in for one last kiss before leading her to the car.
