"Mike and y/n sitting in a tree K I S S I N G!" Max chants, a few of the others joining in.
I can't believe he just said he liked me!
"I'm sorry y/n it's just.."
"No don't be sorry." I smile at him and we both turn bright red.
"Oh get a room!" Will yawns.
"You never said that to them!" I gesture over at Max and Lucas who are in their own world giggling and holding hands.
"Let's carry on." Dustin suggests. He gives Max a dare to sneak into Nancy's room and spy on her. Max goes upstairs and we continue with the game.
"Y/n truth or dare." Lucas asks me.
"Dare."
"Hmm. Kiss Mike."
"Okay. Mike is that fine with you?" I ask.
He nods. Am I really going to do this?
"Oh and by the way this is a dare and nothing more!" I quickly lean in and give Mike a kiss which lasts longer than I expected. I pull away and take a deep breath.
"Woah!" Dustin smiles.
"Max is gonna wish she was here for that." Lucas remarks.
"Shut up. This game is boring." I try and change the subject but look over to Mike who has turned bright red and smiling all over the place. "You alright Wheeler?" I ask.
"Yea yea..."
Everyone goes back to what they were doing. Max returns from spying on Nancy and she said she was making out with Jonathan receiving a disgusted look from Will. Lucas obviously explains the kiss.
Me and Mike are left alone once again.
"Sorry about the whole kissing situation." I lie. I'm not sorry. I'm glad Lucas asked that.
"Yeah I'm sorry about saying I liked you."

"So you don't like me?"
"Um. Do you like me?"
"I asked first."
"Fine. I really like you. From the day I met you I thought you were really pretty but once I got to know you I realised there was so much more to you."
"Wow Wheeler thanks for the speech." I smiled before continuing. "I like you too but let's remember we only met a few days ago. There's a lot you don't know about me." I quickly walked away.
"Where are you going?" Mike asked, following me.
"Home. It's getting dark."
"Aren't you gonna go with Max?"
"Don't think she's ready to leave yet."
"Max I'm going!" I shouted from the top of the basement stairs. Receiving no reply I headed to the doorway.
"Can I walk you home?"
"And leave them unattended at your home?"
"Yeah. I want to make sure you get home safe."
"If you insist."
I hopped onto Mike's bike and wrapped my arms around him. I guided him to my home and we rode steadily in the wind.
"I like it being just us." I whispered.
"Huh?"
"I prefer it with you Wheeler." I ruffle his hair a bit.
"Thanks."
We arrive at my home and I hop off.
"Thanks for the ride. Are you gonna be alright getting back?"
"Yeah I think I remember the way. Just one problem."
"Yea?"
"I really need to piss."
"Of course you do."
We snuck through my corridor.
"If my Aunt and Uncle catch me up at this time with a boy they are gonna freak after last time."
"After last time?"
"Never mind. Here's the toilet don't stink the place out."

He rolled his eyes and I headed to my room. He can remember his way out.
I begin closing my curtains and getting ready to sleep when Mike walks in.
"I thought you went home stalker."
"Sorry. I wanted to say goodnight."
"Goodnight." I waved him off."
He stepped towards me, a gush of confidence entering him. And kissed me passionately.
"Nice one Wheeler."
He shrugged and made his way outside. I opened my curtain slightly and watched him walk to his bike and hop on. A part of me wanted to follow him and tell him to stay with me. The smile plastered on my face faded when he left and I fell into a deep sleep.
It was still dark when Max woke me up. She was hovering above my bed.
"What the hell are you doing?"
"Uh I'm home?"
"Go to your room then."
"But... I dumped Lucas."
