Ghost, Lana, Cole and I took point in leading the small group of us on our bikes finally on our way to shut Rex down.

It felt so good to be on the back of Cole's bike with my arms and thighs squeezed around him.

I had both of my hands up under his shirt rubbing his warm skin on his abs.

My right cheek was resting on his leather cut, I turned my head and kissed his back.

I felt his hand grab mine under his shirt and rub his thumb back and forth over my hand shooting a little jolt between my legs. Now that I knew I was just being crazy, and Cole wasn't against me, I couldn't stop all the naughty thoughts running through my mind about all the things I wanted him to do to me.

I opened my eyes to see Lana looking back at me as she held onto Ghost on his bike. Her helmet didn't cover her face so I could read her lips asking if I was okay.

I pulled my left hand out of Coles' shirt and gave her a thumbs up then rested my hand at the top of his thigh.

We rode in silence. I'm sure Cole was as deep in thought as I was. Everyone knew what we were heading into. I worried that Bennie shouldn't be here with Ruby at home.

We pulled up to a store front that was on the seedy part of the strip and shut down the bikes.

It's been awhile since I've been on a ride that long and I was stiff.

"My ass" I complained under my breath as I took my helmet off and set it on the seat of the bike.

"Mmm, I'll take care of that ass later baby" Cole playful teased me as he wrapped me up in his arms and squeezed my ass, lifting me off the ground a little making me tingle again.

"You better" I placed my check on his and whispered in his ear as I gave him a hug.

He put me down and grabbed my hand pulling me into the store as everyone else followed us.

When we opened the door, a ding dong chime sounded and an older guy in his 50's greeted us with a smile.

"Cole, What can I do for ya man?" He put his worn, weathered hand out to shake Coles' hand.

"Hey Sully" Cole shook his hand firmly.

"Everyone needs suited up" he gestured to the group of us and then pulled me close to him "this one needs wrapped in Kevlar. Trackers in all vests and hook Diesel up with something special, a big finale. A few small blades, holsters...just load us up" Cole got straight to business.

"You got it man, who wants to go first?" Sully asked

"My girl" Cole put his hand on my lower back and gave me a little push towards the older man "this is Hailey. Hailey this is Sully" Cole introduced us

"I'm gonna step outside baby, gotta make some calls to some of the other guys in the club while Sully hooks you up okay?" He gave me a quick kiss and headed towards the door without even waiting for my reply.

I turned to Sully and smiled, reaching my hand out to shake his

"Hi, Nice to meet you"

"Hello darlin, let's get you fixed up" he turned and walked behind the counter telling me to follow him leaving a younger guy behind the counter of vape and tobacco supplies that the shop fronts as.

He opened a metal door behind the counter and we stepped into a huge room loaded with gear, guns and equipment.

"Branna, we've got Cole and his crew here needing geared up. This is Hailey, Coles' old lady, load her up head to toe" he instructed Branna who must be his wife, but I'm just assuming.

After thirty minutes of strapping me up in a bullet proof vest, a gun holster that laid discreetly against my body and held four different guns in different places. As well as having knives velcro'd and hidden, I was set.

Branna hooked me up with a couple of good hiding places for knives and one small hand gun. She strapped a garter on my upper thigh that had a knife slot and put a small blade securely there.

"They called this a Sgian-Dubh" she held up a small dagger like blade.

"A what?" I giggled at the word she said because it sounded like 'Ski An Do'

"A Sgian-Dubh" she repeated and it still sounded the same.

"It's Gaelic, it means, a dagger that can be concealed. Keep it along that inside thigh and no one will know, until you want them to" she grinned and winked at me.

I turned to look at myself in the full length mirror. There is definitely a couple people I want to feel it. Wearing all this, looking like I do right now, with the people I have behind me, I'm certain by the end of this they will feel it.

"Thank you Branna"

When I stepped back out the door the others all went in two at a time starting with Ghost and Lana.

Cole came back inside the little shop that was filled with vape E-cigs, glass pipes and bongs.

He pulled me into his side and kissed my temple and moved his head down to my ear.

"God Damn, have you seen yourself? He asked in his sexy voice that makes my body hum for his.

I put my arms around his neck and stood on my tip toes and kissed his plump lips.

"Mmhmm, I have a knife between my thighs too" I whispered against his lips when I pulled back.

He gave me a dark chuckle and squeezed my hips that he had a hold of me by.

"You're feisty today. Are you trying to get me back for earlier?" He smirked knowing he got me hot and bothered at Gloria's but gave me no release.

I looked him in his stormy eyes and challenged him.

"I haven't even tried to get you back for earlier yet President Thomas. Let's get home alive-

"Hey" he grabbed my chin and made me look at him.

"I'm not letting anything happen to you and everyone else won't let anything happen to me" a smiled pulled at his lips "you haven't called me President Thomas in awhile, I missed your sass while you were spinning. You were afraid of me" his smile fell "I don't ever want you to be scared of me, I would never hurt you" he looked so vulnerable "I love you" he said softly so just I could hear.

"I'm not scared of you, I love you Cole"

We just held each other's eyes for a minute before I gave him one more kiss and let him go. I dropped my arms from his neck and just held his left hand while we waited for everyone else to get geared up.

"Do you want anything baby?" He nodded to the glass case that had glass pipes and bongs in them.

"Just some of those papers I like" I said

"Okay, I'll go grab some and roll one up for the ride" he let go of my hand and went over to the counter where Sully left the guy running the shop.

Lana and Ghost came out of the room with smiles and Lana was giggling. I was happy to see they were okay too.

"Hey, take this" she held out her hand and showed me a little white pill.

I raised an eyebrow at her

"What is it? Last time I molested Cole on the way to his house when you gave me a pill"

Her loud laugh rang out

"Oh you loved it. This isn't one of those, this one just makes you a little more confident, invincible" She was serious now.

"Seriously Hail, it's not what you took last time. I already took one, I promise" she shook her hand at me and the pill bounced on her hand.

I half glared at her but I took it and swallowed it with no water.

"Ready to do this?" I asked her once I got the pill down but she didn't get to answer because Cole was back from getting papers and whatever else he'd been doing.

"Alright lets go, everyone's ready" Cole announces making my stomach flip.

This is it. I finally get my revenge on Rex.

We rolled up to a club I had never been into before. I was feeling no pain, no fear, no nothing. I climbed off the bike like my body was moving on its own and I was outside watching it.

Whatever Lana gave me kicked in and mixed with the fat blunt Cole and I smoked on the way here, I was floating.

"What did you take?" Cole hissed harshly.

I bobbed my head as I looked up at him struggling to keep it together.

"I don't know but I feel...

He grabbed me, pulled me to him and kissed me hard, his tongue slipping in my mouth easily. He swirled his tongue around my mouth and dropped his hand down between my legs and applied pressure to my clit through the pants I had on.

My body woke right up, my hands grabbed his shirt and I fisted both of my hands in the cotton material as I pulled him to me. Once I whimpered in his mouth he broke the kiss.

I looked at him confused.

"Focus baby, open up" he put his hand to my mouth and when my mouth opened he popped a pill past my lips.

"It will bring you out of it. Stop taking shit from Lana Hail" he scolded me.

"Sorry, I'm good now" I smiled and looked at him so he could see I was trying to pull it together. My body's adrenaline kicked in when he kissed me and was bringing me out of the haze in my mind.

Cole looked at Ghost and exchanged a look before addressing me and Lana, the rest of the group would come in after getting signaled or thirty minutes if we didn't signal by that time.

"We've got about half an hour to try and get them out" Cole scanned the small parking lot and spotted Rexs' bike "he's here" he nodded to the bike.

Cole took my hand in his and started towards to door to the seedy club.

"Don't leave my side in here Hailey I mean it. I have no idea what he's capable of anymore"

"I won't Cole, trust me, I don't want to be alone anywhere with your crazy old man"

When we got to the door Cole gave the bouncer a nod and slipped money in his hand, he was juicing him for something.

Subconsciously I touched the gun on my hip for peace of mind it was still there.

We stepped inside the dark and smokey club and made our way to the bar with Ghost and Lana behind us.

My phone rang and I fumbled to get it out of my tight jacket pocket so long I didn't look at who it was, I just hit the green button and put it to my ear.

"Hello?"

"You finally made it baby. You look sexy as hell" Ryan's evil voice filled my ear "I was thinking I would have to spend Christmas without you... but I will never be without you"

I looked at Cole in fear. I could feel the blood draining from my head down to my toes no doubt leaving me white as a ghost.

Cole locked onto the fear in my eyes and he pulled the phone from my hand.

"You cowardly mother fucker! Come find me you sick fuck, show me how tough you really are. Hailey is mine and you'll never get near my wife again" Cole hung up the phone. I loved hearing him call me his wife, it made my body hum for him.

He pulled me close and wrapped his arms tight around me making me feel safe. I laid my check on his chest and listened to his heart that was pumping hard with adrenaline.

"I gotchu baby. You're safe" he leaned down to kiss me when I tilted my head to look up at him.

"He's hear Cole, in the club. He's been watching us"
