The pull, the magnetic pull, ever felt that?

I knew it was wrong, but who would explain that, to the over-excited heart of mine? I audibly gulped my saliva. His dark eyes were watching my every move intensely as if he was doing some scientific research.

''Here, let me taste it'' I mumbled looking at the spoon. My whole body tensed; I don't remember being this nervous ever. He pulled the spoon away from my face when I was trying to take it in my hands.

''Let me'' He rasped and placed the spoon in front of my lips. I raised my eyes to meet his.

Wrong move.

His dark ocean blue eyes were so deep that they reminded me of the ocean at night. I kept my eyes on his eyes and brought my lips on the spoon, his gaze moved towards my lips and then were back on my eyes. 

My taste buds blasted with the euphoric flavor of the fish. It was perfect. I didn't know what expression of my face gave away, but Sebastian's eyes widened, and he exhaled a sigh of relief?

I couldn't help but twitch my lips.

''It is perfect'' I replied, licking away the sauce on my lips.

He was still staring at me but in amusement.

I rolled my eyes when I saw him smirk. Being the self-centered jerk that he was, I knew something that would inflate his bloated ego, even more, was about to come out of his mouth.

And I was right.

''Looks like I am perfect in everything'' He winked. I couldn't help but groan.

''No, stop! For god's sake, you haven't irritated me for the last ten minutes, let's keep it like that'' I groaned while he laughed.

His laughter came to an abrupt stop, and I raised my eyebrow.

''You have something here'' He pointed to the right side of his lips. I nodded warily and started rubbing the right side of my lips,

''Not that'' He chuckled and placed the spoon on the plate beside him, ''here let me help you'' he murmured and stepped closer to me.

He moved closer, leaning his head in, and stroked the left side of my lips. My breathing became heavier, while my chest rose and fell; it didn't soothe the situation much when his chest met mine. His breath fanned on my lips while his eyes were staring intently at mine. I nervously stared at him and unconsciously licked my lips which met his fingers which were already there.

''Don't'' He lowly growled staring at my lips.

''What?'' I whispered staring at his ocean blue eyes.

''Don't lick your lips'' His words caressed my lips while he was brushing the side of it. I didn't know why I was feeling this nervous. I felt like I was going to have a heart attack.

In a fog, I nodded. I felt as though I were mesmerized, entranced by his gaze. I continued gazing at him while he kept staring back at me.

It seemed as if there was a magnetic draw that kept me tugging. I had no idea when he stopped stroking my lips and took my jaws in his palm. He began to lean in, and I involuntarily did as well. It seemed as though something, like a magnet, was drawing us together.

''Fuck'' he cursed and pulled away just before our lips would meet. He rushed in front of the stove and turned it off, placing the burned fish on a plate.

That's when the acrid scent of the fish burning filled my nose, jolting me out of my trance. I screwed up my nose and coughed.

''Oh my god! The fish!'' I shrieked while coughing.

''That's what happens when you're distracting the chef'' Sebastian said coughing in between.

''Excuse me!'' I exclaimed putting my hands on my hips, ''as far as I remember you're the one who asked me to check the taste of the fish!'' I added.

''And you were the one who had sauce clinging beside her lips!'' He exclaimed back.

''And you were the one who leaned in!''

''And you were the one who reciprocated!''

''You were the one who initiated it!''

''You were the one who licked her lips!''

I scrunched my eyebrows,

''So?'' I asked in confusion. While he was breathing heavily. 

''So? What do you mean so?'' He emphasized mocking me.

''I mean, I licked my lips. So what?'' I asked raising my eyebrows and narrowed my eyes at him.

''Nothing'' he grumbled and placed two plates on the table,

''Let's start eating before it gets cold'' He muttered sitting on one of the chairs. I rolled my eyes and sat across him.

We cannot go one hour without fighting, can we?

Ridiculous.

With a scowl on my face, I sliced the chicken steak; his expression mirrored mine.

My taste buds exploded with the delicious flavor of the chicken steak once I placed it in my mouth. I didn't even have to chew it, it was that soft. I hummed in appreciation while chewing on the steak.

''How is the steak?'' He grumbled eating his.

''It's good'' I grumbled back.

He hummed in response looking at his plate but I didn't miss the small tug on his lips. I shook my head with a small smile on my face. 

Talk about the male ego, I rolled my eyes at the thought.

My mind couldn't help but travel to the situation which happened a few minutes ago.

Were we going to kiss?

I looked up at him from my plate to watch his expression, only to see he was warily eating his food without the care of the world.

Of course, it's normal for him.

Of course, it was the silly, abnormal me whose heart was beating crazily.

Of course, it was the ridiculous me who got excited about that unwanted kiss.

Unwanted? Are you sure about that?

I didn't want to kiss him. Yes! I didn't want to kiss him! It was just the result of the heat of the moment.

I shook my head and looked at him again. He looked calm as usual and I couldn't help but be more irritated at myself for overthinking this.

For god's sake, I am a working woman, I cannot be acting like a freaking teenager who was giving away her first kiss.

The sound of my phone ringing brought me back from my inner battle. I glanced at the caller Id and raised an eyebrow. Sebastian raised his eyes for the first time in minutes, I understood he was silently questioning me who it was.

''It's Jake'' I muttered answering the call. His eyes widened a little and suddenly started coughing.

I couldn't help but furrow my eyebrows in concern.

''Drink some water'' I muttered passing the water bottle towards him and placed the phone in my ear. He nodded wordlessly and started pouring water into his glass.

''Hell-'' I couldn't complete my sentence. My ears burst with his raging sound.

''WHY HAVE YOU NOT BEEN ANSWERING MY CALLS!'' Jake exclaimed in the phone making me frown and pull the phone away from my ears.

''I was showering'' I answered scowling.

''WHATEVER! YOU SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME BACK!"

''What on earth is wrong with you?! I would have called you back! In case you forgot, let me remind you, it is you, who doesn't call or call back. So stop being a hypocrite!'' I gritted my teeth in anger, exclaiming on the phone.

Sebastian awkwardly stood from his seat and walked towards the sink to wash his plate.

I guess he was finding this weird. I wouldn't lie, I would find this hella weird and awkward as well if I was in his position.

Jake sighed on the phone, calming down.

''Look, I am sorry alright. I will call you more often and call you back whenever you call. It's just I am under a lot of pressure these days'' He softly told.

''It's fine'' I grumbled, ''But, kindly tell me what was with that confounding greeting'' I narrowed my eyes on the wall, imagining his face.

''Oh that?'' he emphasized raising his voice.

''yes that''

''Arabella Oliver Brown, who have you been fucking?'' his question not only caught me off-guard but blew my mind with rage.

Black dots and red, that's all I see.

''What the fudge do you mean by that Jake!?'' I exclaimed on the phone.

''It means who have you been having sex with?'' He bluntly replied making me scrunch my nose in disgust.

Idiot Jake I know what fuck means.

''No one!'' I roared.

''Ells, stop ly-''

''I am not lying!'' I roared again, my body was shaking in anger.

''But-''

''Who told you?'' I asked calmly, staring at the devil's back in front of me, who was calmly washing his plate until it tensed hearing my question.

''Tell me'' I demanded.

''Seb-''

''You are so dead'' I said the man in front of me standing up from my sit. I hung up the call and approached the devil who turned off the sink's faucet.

So, this is what this all was about, he regretted saying things to Jake. At least, I hope he did.

''YOU!'' I exclaimed standing in front of him, ''what the heck is your problem'' I crossed my arms on my chest.

''What?'' He innocently asked turning around, with his eyebrows furrowed in confusion.

''Don't. Mess. Around. With. Me'' I greeted my teeth.

''I am not-'' I pulled him by his collar cutting him off.

''Mind your own fucking business'' I whispered looking dead in his eyes. Something flashed in his eyes, amusement maybe but it was replaced with his infamous smirk.

Did I just curse?

''I will not, what will you do about it?'' He whispered back, his breath caressing my face, while his eyes glinted wickedly.

My breath got heavier, and I became aware of the closeness between us; this was too near, too close for my liking. My chest lifted and sank as I maintained my firm determined expression. I will not step back, no matter how much I wish to put some distance between us, I. will. not. step. back.

''I will-'' I couldn't complete my sentence, he slammed lips on mine.

His hands went to my waist tugging me closer while his lips hungrily devoured mine. I wanted to push him back, but I couldn't, I wouldn't, I didn't want to. It felt as if I had lost all my power, all the control over my body, my mind. Circling my hands on his neck, I furiously kissed him back, unleashing all my frustration, anger, and irritation I held for him.

His tongue swiped mine while I sucked his lower lip, making him emit a guttural growl. I tucked him closer while he held me tight in place. His hands lowered from my waist to my ass raising my legs and wrapping them around his hips. Without breaking the kiss, he carried me towards the kitchen mountain and placed me there. Parting my thighs he stepped in between them.

He sucked my tongue while his rough hands moved around my body making me arch my back in ecstasy, he smiled in the kiss sucking my tongue again; I felt hot. I felt hot all over again.

Tugging my shirt up his hands roamed around my hot stomach. He bit my lower lip making me release another unholy moan.

I tugged him closer while he held me tightly, his hips grinded against mine and something hard met my core making me loudly moan in the sudden contact. My inner thighs shook while an undeniable ache burned between them.

I pulled away to catch my breath while he did the same. It felt like I was breathing after eternity. I looked at him in dazed while he stared back with hooded eyes,

Before I could open my mouth his mouth was back on mine, kissing me tenderly as if he was savoring every moment. He removed his hands from my stomach under the shirt and held my waist tightly, it felt as though he was scared that I was going to run away.

I wanted to, but I couldn't, I was late.

He peppered my face with kisses and kissed my jaw. I didn't say anything; I was just quietly savoring everything he was doing. It seemed like he himself didn't know what he was doing. Holding me tight in my place, he nipped my earlobe growling lowly making me giggle.

I tried to push him away. Keyword tried but he wouldn't let me, emitting a low growl he tightened his hold on me and nipped my earlobe again.

''Stop'' I giggled.

He nipped again with a playful chuckle. I wrapped my hands on his neck once again and sighed while bringing his forehead against mine.

''Don't ask me to forget this'' he whispered, closing his eyes. I couldn't help but be astounded.

He remembers. As if he understood my astonishment, he smirked opening his eyes and pecked my lips.

''I won't'' I sighed closing my eyes.

''You remember?'' He murmured, tenderly tugging my hair behind my ear. His eyes glinted with something I couldn't decipher.

Just two days after that intoxicating night, my memories were back and filled my mind with the unholy things I told him.

''Yeah'' I muttered looking away, my cheeks tinted with a red hue remembering the conversation we had. He chuckled looking at me with a smirk.

''You want to suck me off?'' He whispered with a smirk nuzzling his nose in my cheek. My cheeks heated in their accordance while I huffed and narrowed my eyes at him.

''You are hot when you're angry '' he added chuckling.

''Of course'' I rolled my eyes while he laughed. The sound of his beautiful laugh seemed like music to my ears making me smile.

What was happening to me?

My heart thudded in my chest staring back at his ocean blue eyes which crinkled with amusement.

''In case, you think I regret saying Jake about that fucker Maver, I don't'' He emphasized with a smirk.

I rolled my eyes and shook my head with a small smile on my face.
