They thought we won't break

If they pushed just a little bit harder.

They thought we would say something

If they pushed it too far.

But, everybody, we won't.

We won't say a word,

Or a sentence,

Or a paragraph.

We will sit in pain,

Quiet.

Because, it's selfish to say that you're hurting.

It's selfish to say that you need someone.

Because, everybody thinks that you're just fine.
