Many things can cause this feeling,

too many things,

and I wonder why it's so.

I linger on this feeling of sadness,

and that pain becomes carved into my heart.

And then,

the pain of that sculpting,

leaves me with a feeling that's hard to describe.

A feeling as if my heart have been beautifully shaved to dust by an artist,

maybe that's a reflection of myself,

but either way my heart and feeling now slip through my hands like sand.

You might think people would not want to talk about this feeling,

this feeling of emptiness,

of numbness and confusion,

of sadness,

and if you do you might just be right.

For some it's so,

for we all experience and take sadness differently,

But for others,

they'd actually like someone to hear them,

to hear them speak,

shout!

To be heard.

To express.

To share.

To relate to their feelings of sadness,

but they do it silently.

As for me I don't know what I want...
