I open the door to my new homeroom full of new kids who I've never met or seen before. I moved here the other day from Busan due to my father's job.
"Hello! You must be the new student," Mr. Kim, the teacher, says. "Please introduce yourself,"
I bow and stare at all the new faces. I lock eye contact with a cute brown haired boy for a moment before he looks away. I smile and start talking.
"Hello, I'm Park Jimin. Please take care of me,"
I see everyone whispering to their friends around them, probably about me. Mr. Kim claps his hands together and everyone stops talking.
"You can have a seat next to Taehyung," Mr. Kim says. "Please raise your hand, Taehyung,"
I look around the room before seeing the brown haired guy from earlier raise his hand slightly. I walk over to the empty seat on the left of him and sit down, setting my things onto the floor.
I look to the guy sitting at my right and smile, reading the nametag on his uniform. Kim Taehyung. He looks like a nice guy, I want to be friends with him.
"Hey," I whisper to him.
He doesn't respond.
"Hey," I say louder, trying to get his attention.
He looks over at me before looking at the front again, ignoring me.
I frown and rest my chin in my palm, staring at him. I watch Taehyung for most of the class, ignoring the teacher. He glances over at me a few times, realizing that I'm watching him.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to be a creep or anything. I just think he seems interesting and I want to know more about him.
The bell rings for the start of lunch and everyone gets up, leaving with their friends.

Taehyung gets up and I stand up after him, running to his side.
"Hello!" I say once we get out of the room. He looks down at me and I smile. "I'm Jimin,"
Taehyung rolls his eyes.
"Taehyung," He mutters, barely loud enough for me to hear.
I follow him to the cafeteria as he walks towards a table full of five guys. They all look up at me.
Taehyung sits down next to a black haired boy and I smile at everyone.
"Hello, I'm Park Jimin and I just transferred from Busan,"
"It's nice to meet you Jimin," One of the brown haired guys says. "I'm Hoseok,"
I sit down and everyone introduces themselves. Almost all of them are really nice and treat me like I've been friends with them forever. However, Taehyung and the guy sitting next to him (whose name I learned was Jungkook) were ignoring me.
The bell rings, signaling the end of lunch and I follow Taehyung back to our class.
The rest of the day goes by really quick and I leave the classroom to go home.
"Bye Taehyung, see you tomorrow," I say, giving him a smile.
He ignores me and walks away.
I walk out of the building and towards the house my family recently bought that was nearby.
I notice Taehyung ahead of my by a few feet, walking the same way I have to go. I jog slightly to catch up with him and then slow to a walk once I reach the tall boy.
"Why are you following me?" He suddenly stops and turns to face me, an annoyed expression on his face.
"I want to be your friend," I say with a smile, ignoring the expression on his face. "Plus I also live this way,"

He rolls his eyes and starts walking again. I follow him for a few more streets until I realize we're on the street I live on.
I'm about to tell him bye when he turns into the driveway of a house next to mine. My smile grows wider as I walk up to the front door of my house.
"Hey, Taehyung!" I yell, catching his attention before he goes into his house. "It looks like we're neighbors!"
He pauses in front of the door for a minute before walking into his house and I go into mine. His friends seem really nice, maybe if I find a way to get him to stop ignoring me we can be friends too.

Dream Theater
Long casted shadows danced in the background, as a man squibbled and jotted words on yellow papers. A mere novelty, remnant and ghost that was left to age away along with the forgotten theater, a man grasped for inspiration to salvage what was left of his soul. Abandoned in the squalid room, Pxan was left hauntedly in the furthest corners of insanity that bubbled in his mind. No one would listen to his plight, denouncing him and claiming his mind was not right. Even though the world left him with nothing, turning their backs to him, he knew the books would never betray him in the same fashion. Faceless pages and books yet to be read ogled puppy eyes, ready to be penned by the madman. “Pxan! Pxan! Over here! To me!” Clamored the unpublished manuscripts.
