In evening .

Ananya is very excited for dinner with dabu.. After her college.

She reached home and dashed to her room. After taking a shower she got ready. The pale gold silk of the evening dress made a perfect foil for her creamy pale almost translucent skin. The thin spaghetti straps baring her long slender neck, shoulders and arms. The V – scalloped neckline gave a tantalizing view of a visible shadow above it. Her slender but shapely legs appeared longer than usual, paired with gold heeled sandals that added a good three inches to her petite frame. She looked radiant, tempting – in one word 'stunning'.

She had curled her hair. Down her delicate perfectly shaped ear where small dangling crystal winked whenever light fell on it. She had draped a matching shawl around her shoulder as the night air was chilly.

Well in med college for her beauty she was always admired and approached by boys around her, same in her middle school and high school life, which caused other girls' jealous and that's why she didn't have much friend in med school. Yeah she had two or three friends in first year and other girls weren't rude to her as they always got her help in study because of her excellent explaining capability. Only for that reason they always surrounded her but they always talked behind her back. Even those three girls whom she thought her friends, they also talked behind her back when they thought that she wasn't around. So though she was surrounded by so many people, she always felt lonely there.

After that she always kept her distance from them and didn't talk to them if not necessary. At the end of her second year dev became her friend. They were very good friends as they had so much in common and he understood her well. He never tried to flirt with her and she was not glad about that. Because she really loved him but always gets sad thinking that he will never love her the same way she did.. She is beautiful, smart, good, kind hearted, and sometimes rude but only with people she don't like.. Even after having these qualities he does not love her.. She is also very tired because of her hectic schedule.. And right now she is very excited to meet him..

So after changing her clothes . Exiting her room she turned to go towards the hall but to her surprise she found none other than dev , her love . A smile quickly came to her face and her eyes which had been lackadaisical for the past couple of hours lit up.

As he stopped in front of her she asked,

Ananya : "When did you come?"

Dev : "5 minutes before "

he responded while putting his hands in his pant pocket, not wanting her to know that he had been waiting for her for almost two hours. (after devki ji takes vivan with her for going to a park he came here but she was in her room). As he watched her closely, he realised how tired she looked. He suddenly felt the urge to touch her face but contained himself with an indifferent faced.

As ananya's eyes subconsciously fell on her watch she realized how late it was. She turned towards him to say something but he beat her to it. He had been looking at her face closely and her tired face made him somehow restless. As his curiosity got better of him he finally asked the question he was debating in his head whether to ask or not.

Dev :"well you are looking very tired "

She was surprised at his sudden question. She could also see curiosity in his eyes which somehow made her heart swell. So after pursing her lips she replied with a nod,

Ananya :"Yeah, as you know I'm studying very hard that's why I'm a bit tired . Why do you ask?"

She asked the question directly looking at his face, wanting to see more of his expressions.

after a pause he replied with a straight face and looked away, feeling a little bit embarrassed.

Dev :maine notice kiya isliye puch liya. You are my friend. Ab friends ki care to krni padegi na.

"Ah," she chuckled. Although he is a bit rude towards her because of her habit of irritating him , she was glad that he still noticed it.

She looked around and realized that they were the only ones there. Well it was late at night after all but it made her self-conscious. When he looked at her, he found her fidgeting. Somehow realizing her unease he didn't linger there and said, "Let's go."

He was walking ahead of her and she was following behind him silently. She was glad that they got to meet today but it was too silent which she didn't like. It's not like it's their first meeting but why couldn't she talk to him normally and got awkward every time?

Well because she loved him and he doesn't that's why their conversation gets awkward sometimes.

After few minutes of thinking about him she slapped her cheeks lightly and was pleased to find the temperature of her cheeks normal. Now she thought to fill the silence with something.

So she spoke first.

Ananya : where are we going for dinner?

Dev : you will know very soon.

Dev's pov

Listening my answer

She stopped walking and stood there pouting. Now I noticed her. She is looking absolutely… well he couldn't find any word. 'Is this the same girl I met some months before ? She is much more beautiful!' Then he stopped abruptly. 'What was I thinking?'

Dev : ok

Again he started walking ahead. With a pounding heart she followed him. They would be eating together and this was the first time it's just the two of them. She must say she was excited. When she saw him outside her door though she was pleased, she was also a bit sad that they would part soon. But as they were going to eat together, that means they would be together for a while longer.

As they reached his car like a gentleman he opened the door of the passenger seat for her. She slid inside and he closed the door for her. When he got into the driving seat she had already fastened her seat belt. After doing the same he drove off.(he have a car now as you remember now his memory is back he can go back to his normal life)
