>Franky started to lean down, closer to you, but stopped just before your lips touched. He looked into your eyes and you into his, you could feel his breath hitting your lips and you were now really eager to get him all to yourself. He leaned down and...
"Whose there?!" A light hit your faces and you both turned to look at the figure walking towards the two of you. You felt how your cheeks got red and you tugged Franky's shirt. "Umm.. Franky, you're still on me." You looked at his face as he turned his gaze to you and blushed lightly. "Oh, sorry." He got up and reached his large hand for you to take, helping you up. You smiled up to him and thanked silently. You then turned to look at the person coming closer till you recognized him. "George, is it you?" You tried to see past the lantern as you looked at the man. "(Y/n)? Is it really you?" You didn't see his face but you could hear the smile in his voice.
Big smiled spread to your face and you ran to the young man. He put the lantern to the ground and opened his arms for you. You jumped and wrapped your arms around his neck laughing little. "I missed you so much!" George chuckled and hugged you tightly. "I missed you to, what are you doing in here?" He smiled as you two parted. "Well i was supposed to come live here, but then there was little change in the plans." You smiled to him and glanced behind you, seeing Franky looking at you with soft smile on his lips, and little blush on his cheeks?
George looked at the blue haired man and glared little. He then turned to look at you and wrapped an arm around your shoulders, after picking the lantern from the ground. Franky looked at the guys hand, as George hugged you closer to his side. "Well, how long are you going to stay?" You thought little while before answering. "Couple days i think." George smiled to you and nodded. "Alright then, you can stay with me, for as long as you're here." He then turned to look at Franky. "You too." Franky's thoughts were brought back to the man in front of him and he smiled little. "Thank you very much."
You smiled little. "Oh, but what about the crew?" She turned to look at Franky and he shrugged. George smiled and patted your shoulder. "I have space in my house, besides i want to know who's going to take my dear little (Y/n) away." He chuckled little and pressed you tighter against his side. Franky looked at the sight in front of him and felt little sting in his heart, but didn't understand why. George was your friend and he was only being nice to you, so why should he feel this way, when he saw you two. He brushed the feeling away and walked behind you and George as you two talked.

TIME SKIP
You had all got to George's house, after walking to the ship and waiting for everyone to get there. Sanji offered to make food, while everyone else was sitting around the table. You were sitting next to George and Franky was sitting opposite of you. "How do you two know each other exactly?" Nami asked, looking at the way you and George acted around each other. You smiled. "George is my childhood friend, i've known him ever since i was small." George smiled and hugged you tightly. "Yeah, we used to do everything together but my parents and i moved away from our old village, back when i was 13 and (Y/n) was 12." He smiled to you. "Yeah, he was there for me back when my parents died, so when he left, we made a promise." You smiled little at the memory. "We promised that we would meet again." He looked at you, before turning his attention back to the crew and laughed again at something that someone had said.
Franky was looking at the scene in front of him once again, but this time he couldn't help but to know why he was feeling like this. Seeing you smile and tell such stories about the guy and you, it all made his blood boil. He couldn't stand the thought of him comforting you and the hand that George kept on your waist right now, was not helping the situation. He was fighting the urge to just throw the guy from next to you and drag you away from everyone, just so that he could keep you to himself. You noticed Franky's bitter expression and got up from the table. George looked at you as you walked over to Franky and whispered something to his ear.
You bent down next to Franky's ear. "Is everything alright, do you want to go for a walk?" Franky looked into your (e/c) eyes and nodded, already feeling his dense body relaxing as you were next to him and not that clingy freak. He too got up from the table and took your hand into his, before walking out of the room. Nami and Robin watched as Franky walked out with you and started to giggle. George noticed the small gesture too and couldn't help but feel angry about it. He looked quickly at the two girls. "What is their relationship exactly?" He hoped it wouldn't be anything serious. Robin and Nami looked at George little surprised at first but smiled then. "It's secret!" They both giggled and continued talking to each other. George got up from the table and started to walk towards the way where you and Franky hand went. Nami noticed this and ran to George. "George-kun, don't go! Come sit with us, Sanji's bringing the food soon." She took his hand and dragged him back to the table.

You blushed as Franky held your hand and hoped that he wouldn't notice your blush. Suddenly he stopped, but he didn't turn to look at you. "Franky?" You tried to move closer. "Do you like him?" You were taken aback by the sudden question. "Well, i do like him but he's just more of a brother to me." Franky felt how his heart did little flip when he heard your words. He let go of your hand and turned quickly, taking you to his warm arms and hugging you. "Thank god, i thought he was going to take you away." He buried his face to the crook of your neck and sighed little. Your heart started beating faster by his words. "What do you mean by take me away?" But you didn't get an answer. You had your hands against his chest, while you gripped his shirt into your tiny hands. After some time you two started to lean little back, only so that you could see each others faces. You were still so close to each other, that your noses were touching, and you could feel his breath hitting your skin.
He switched his gaze from your eyes to your lips and back to your eyes again. You were doing the same and your heart felt like it was about to leap out of your chest. The only light you two had, was the one that came from the windows of the house and the light that came from the moon, that was up at the sky. Somehow, it made him look really beautiful. Franky started to lean in, your eyes started to close and then you felt his lips against yours. The kiss was light and sweet, really innocent. You had imagined what his lips would feel like against yours, but this was so much more, than what you had dared to imagine. You two broke the kiss, and you opened your eyes, only to find Franky looking into them, smiling softly to you. "You don't know how long i've wanted to do that." He chuckled to you and you smiled to him. "I might have little idea." You giggled. Suddenly, Franky lifted you up and put you to sit on the railing of the terrace. He put his large hands to your waist and you wrapped your arms around his neck. He smiled to you and leaned down again.
This time, when his lips hit yours, there was more passion to it, you felt your face heating up as you realized how long you had really dreamed of this moment. Your hands started to caress his neck, before moving to his hair and tangling your fingers in it. You pulled him closer, as his hands got tighter hold of your waist, before they dropped to your hips and took firm hold of you, making you gasp and giving him chance to explore your wet cavern. You didn't even try to fight for the dominance, knowing you had nothing against him. Your lips danced in perfect sync and you started to feel little light headed, knowing that if you would have been standing now, your legs would have given up already. Once again you two had to break the kiss, only because your lungs desperately needed oxygen.
Franky pressed his forehead against yours and smiled to you sweetly. You opened your eyes and smiled to him. "(Y/n), will you become my girl?" You smiled widely to him and nodded. "Of course i will." He grinned and gave your lips quick peck. "Want to go inside?" You smiled to him and nodded, before realizing that your legs probably wouldn't still be able to carry you. "Franky, one thing..." You blushed and looked at your hands, Franky looked at you questioningly. "My legs can't really carry me." You whispered, just loud enough for him to hear. He blushed and hid his face to your hair. "Well then, i guess i have to do this." He lifted you from the railing and started to carry you in bridal style. You two walked to the door and Franky let you down, still keeping hold of your hand, as to make sure you would be alright. You raised to your tiptoes to kiss his cheek but he turned his head so that your lips landed on his. You blushed little and Franky just smiled to you cheekily. He opened the door and stepped inside, only to be met with happy smiles and one bitter one.

8 684Enigma's Multiverse: Rewrite
This novel was rewritten with the following goals in mind: -A 'human' MC, that struggles underneath the weight of his past emotions and slowly grows as a person as he deals with past trauma and regret. A relatable protagonist whose actions are in line with his motivations, who may be amiable or ruthless depending on the stakes presented. (Caucasian male protagonist, set in the modern world with alien 'induction' into the cultivation world.) - Competent antagonists that have their own goals and ambitions, instead of always targeting the MC for plot convenience. - An original cultivation system. - Interesting and well fleshed out enemy archetypes. - Hell mode challenge right off the bat. - Lots of action and fighting with psychological elements. - My vision of what a cultivation novel should be like. This is the rewrite of the original Enigma's Multiverse, the first version reads more like a skeleton or a first draft as it was my very first work and I've come a long way since then. A lot of things from the original will be tweaked/enhanced, so it might just end up as a completely different work. Cover Credits- Instagram @just_anime_art_things
8 218Human & [Inhuman]
In a modern Japan just like our own, unbeknownst to the general populace, there are [Inhumans] who are capable of channeling [Soul Energy] into unique [Magic] through their physiological differences from normal humans, as well as [Compatibles] who possess an excess of said [Soul Energy]. [Inhuman] and [Compatible] are designed to work together, to complete each other. In such a world, underground feuds between bloodlines are common, and no duo is safe from destiny. Perhaps love can yet blossom on the battlefield? This is a piece that heavily takes inspiration from animanga/japanese light novels, and is also sort of an experimental piece to see if combining the exposition style of japanese light novels with the narrative and descriptive techniques of western literature can work. Prepare for two-person team battle action, romance, as well as some slice-of-life on the side.
8 98Choices of the Magicless Son
I had an ability that allowed me to watch everyone. I narrated everything I witnessed. To who? To whichever being that's listening to my thoughts right now. I have a gut feeling you're there. Erik Spearhand was born from one of the many concubines of the current human emperor. The boy was insignificant. He was the only one in the whole world who couldn't use magic. And yet, his choices impacted everyone. I had seen every sort. Powerful mages who could kill with a thought. Monster people who had their own history among human and beastman civilization. And even what I presume are time travelers. Those mess with my head. And still, the magicless son was the most formidable of them all. Of all of us.
