《Haunted Love | Colby Brock x reader✔》Chapter 27

As I walk in the apartment, my heart shatters in a million pieces as I see the sight in front of me. Sam, Corey and Aaron are all seated on the couch watching as Colby and Shea lean in for a kiss before they pull away as they see me.
"Y/N it's not what it looks like." Colby said as he made his way towards me, his arm stretched out to grab mine. "It looks like you were about to kiss Shea." I said as tears run down my cheeks.
Before he could reply I turn on my heel and walk out the door, not bothering to put on a jacket nor shoes. I walk out the door and slammed it shut, getting in my car and speeding off.
I didn't know where I was about to go, I just wanted to get away from Colby. I drive down the streets of LA as the tears spill out from my eyes uncontrollably.
I grip the steering wheel before hitting the breaks in the middle of the streets and breaking down into tears and sniffs. I scream and cry in my car thinking about how Colby and mine's relationship is ruined.
I slam on the wheel and rest my head on the head rest of the car, still crying. I sit there for a few minutes before I hear a tap on my car window.
I look outside and see Shea. I lowered my window to let her speak. "What do you want?" I asked. "An apology." she said. "For what?" I asked again.
"Being an absolute bitch." she answered and I'm taken back. "How am I being a bitch if you're the one kissing my boyfriend!" I shouted. I didn't give her time to respond when I closed my window and started up the engine.

Before driving away I felt something cold against my chest. I looked down and saw the necklace Colby gave me when it was our first year anniversary. I hold it in my hand and kiss it.
"I will always love you Colby Brock. Always." I said and tears streamed down my face again. I started driving to the beach. Colby and mine's favorite place.
I drove for about nine minutes when I was near the beach. The car in front of me was driving from the one lane to the other. The car at the back of me just almost hit my back end which made me swear at him.
He became tired of my slow driving at went in the other lane. I thought he was going to stay there when he suddenly, out of nowhere he came in my lane, hitting the front of my car and making me lose control over it.
His car span a few times before he had control over it again and went on with his reckless driving. On the other side of it, my car was crashing through the barrier and out of sight on the road.
I closed my eyes tight and started saying my prayers. I never thought this would happen to me. I never thought that Colby would cheat on me. If it wasn't for him and Shea kissing I wouldn't have been in this terrifying accident.
I hold onto the door handle, having a mini panic attack. Before my car could hit the ground I shout something very important out. "I love you Colby!" I shouted.
I felt the car hit the ground. Scratches and bruises were definitely going to be found on my lifeless body. The next thing I saw was black. Just a black background. All I could think off before it happened was:
I didn't tell Colby I love him.

Wander West, in Shadow
BOOK 1 COMPLETED A young wizard journeys west, through dark forests and dangerous lands, searching for something. Accompanied by a wild witch who has secrets of her own, they come across terrible creatures, hauntings, cursed villages, and memories from their past. Who else will they meet along their journey, and to find what he is looking for, how far will the wizard have to wander west? NOTE: The above synopsis is intentionally written to be as spoiler-free as possible. If you would like a more in-detail synopsis, one that contains minor spoilers, please check out the "Synopsis" chapter at the beginning of this fiction. If you read and enjoy, please leave a rating or review! FORMERLY TITLED: THE GLIMMERLING This story was formerly titled "The Glimmerling", because the first part was a short story of that title; it has since been expanded upon, thus the title change. Chapters 1-8 (30k words) are the first 'arc', if you want to get a feel for the story. To give some context on the setting: Magic is a bit weaker in this story than you might be used to, and we start off following some relatively new magic users. For some perspective, being able to light a campfire with magic is considered relatively advanced for someone who is the age of the main character. Magic can become very powerful - and there are some examples of powerful wizards within this story - but it's not where the main characters are yet. Part of the story is about following them as they learn more about magic. Enemies are also very dangerous, and running, hiding, or trying to talk their way out of a dangerous situation is often a better choice than fighting for the characters. While I have added tags for traumatizing content, sexuality, violence, swearing, etc. I try to avoid super-explicit descriptions of these things. But they are part of the story.

Dear Spellbook (Rewrite)
Live. Study. Repeat. Tal never saw himself as an adventurer, but the call to adventure never much cared for his opinion. Despite his best efforts, his search for answers on the murder of his parents ever draws him into danger. Accompanied by a group of seasoned warriors, thus far Tal has gotten by on his own meager magical talents, but when one day he wakes up to find himself back in his bed of the night before, he is faced with a challenge he must conquer alone. What to expect: This story was born of an attempt to create in world lore reasons for many of the mechanics and tropes of D&D, but you do not need to know of them to enjoy the story. It's a single POV time loop story with slow paced progression fantasy elements. The story is not one of fast-paced power ups and non-stop action, but as it progresses, the action picks up. There is a lot of magic system exploration on a system built to unify the diverse magic of D&D into one cohesive magic system. The setting is an original world with familiar races and monsters but with new unique origins and motivations. The average chapter will be 2-5k words long, most being around 3k but there are a few less than 1k, due to the nature of the story telling device I used. Book 1 is complete. Posting is on hold until I finish book 2. Book 2 progress: The rough draft is done at 141656 words as of 7/9/2022. I need to reread and edit it but Im aiming for resuming chapters in September.

Currant Choir
Having passed out while performing a ritual due to excessive exsanguination, Leon, the youthful son of the esteemed Lumenhart family finds himself back in the world of the living:Laying in a pool of his own blood.Self-inflicted wounds mysteriously gone. And with his head full of memories that aren't exactly his... or are they? "Oh boy." Warning! - There is likely not enough tags I can put up for this novel so please take this frontal warning instead. I can promise you a great deal of horror, gore, chaos and pure edge, but also everything on the opposite site of the spectrum from side characters. To be blunt, the MC is not a good person, so unless you're interested in such a thing, I'd strongly advise you to not read Currant Choir.
