It has her leg! Shit ummm...suddenly my mind goes blank! What do I do! Before I realise what I'm doing I grab my gun from its holster and I shoot the monster in the head .

"ARE YOU CRAZY!? WHY DID YOU HESITATE!?" She screams .

"I-I uh..." I start .

"Save it . I won't believe your excuse anyways." She turns and walks ahead of me without looking back .

MEGHAN'S POV

Honestly I don't understand him one bit! First he's all hugging me and telling me he missed me! Then he's trying to get me killed! He's such a typical guy .

We keep walking until we arrive at the White House I've seen so many times . We knock on the door with no answer .

"Carl are you sure there's anyone here?" I ask him .

"They were here when I left! I told them to wait for me! Oh god! Did they leave me!?" Just as he said this the door opens .

"No we're still here Carl ." A familiar face appears .

"Shane?" I say .

And behind him another . This face I used to see everyday .

"Lori!?" I yell .

I run up to give them both a hug . It seems like everything's going to be okay...for now that is...

"We have to leave . We need to get to Atlanta ." Shane says .
