Sushrutha maybe have been the father of plastic surgery but Indian Serials have taken it to the next level. They have created surgeries that can completely transform a person, even changing their height and voice. I get the face, and understand the voice change (you can't ask the same actress who quit the show to voice dub, duh) but height?

Is it so difficult to match height? Like everything else the dramaland stretches the power of plastic surgery 5 miles beyond what is logical or acceptable. Used usually when there is a dead-end in the story or when the actor decides that he/ she has had enough of this never ending drama and moves on to a new show, it is also combined with an accident, allowing her to restart her life as another person (for some reason).

Then... she/he falls in love with the same person.

Yeah, they never learn.
