There is of course a second lead or leads. Whose love is unrequited. Because there is a shortage of girls. All boys fall for the same Mahi. The main hero, heroes friend, brother, cousin, neighbour, uncle, girl's boy best friend or literally even some stranger. Some of these guys are so handsome and nice that we feel second lead syndrome and end up shipping their couple instead of the main one. But female second leads are not so nice. In fact, they are vicious. Even plans every possible way to kill Mahi. (which fails of course)

Its hard to miss this arrangement in dramas. Love triangle is a must. But some serials take it to the next level. They have square or even a pentagon. It is as though the makers are hell bent on confusing us sometimes.

Love arrangements be like.

Initially, girl1 and her sister like boy2. Boy2 like girl2. Girl2 likes boy1 and also is confused about boy2. Boy1 doesnt like anyone. Boy1's brother likes girl2. But she doesnt like him. Girl2's brother likes girl1. Girl1's cousin also likes her.

So the question is... Whose love will actually succeed ? Watch some 1800mins worth of episodes to find out.

This is fictional but the actual put is even more complicated as there is a whole of marriages and divorces involved. Definitely a big topic which can't be squeezed in here.
