Happy skipped happily in the mine, it was a sunny day and he just felt happy as always, he took out his guitar and played a happy melody "I'm so happy as I always would!
It's a nice day in Jollywood!" Happy sang merrily as he strummed his guitar
A certain dwarf who was nearby dropped his pickaxe and stormed off to Happy "Happy! Don't tell me that your gonna start another song! It makes me have a bad day!" Grumpy said grouchily with a bit of harshness in his sentence, Happy just shook it off and chose to smile "Awwwe c'mon Grumpy! You told me that you like my songs!" Happy teased with a grin
Grumpy crossed his arms "Just because I said it ONE TIME doesn't mean I like it all the time!" Grumpy argued "It still means you like it sometimes!" Happy giggled "You know what? Forget what I said before! I don't like your songs!" Grumpy finalized "Yes you do!" Happy grinned teasingly "No I don't!" Grumpy said facing away "Yes!" Happy moved his face close to Grumpy's, who was facing Happy's left
"No!"
"Yes!"
"No!"
"Yes!!"
"NO NO NO!!!" Grumpy snapped and stretched his arms and accidentally hit Happy's face
Happy fell down backwards and touched his nose, it stinged a lil but it was just red, no blood.. He sobbed softly to which Grumpy turned immediately "Oh no! I'm sorry Happy.." Grumpy apologized with regret, He looked at the poor sobbing dwarf whose cheerful smile was replaced with a sad hurt frown
Grumpy held out a hand and Happy accepted it, Grumpy rubbed the back of his neck and met Happy's tear fresh eyes "I-It's okay Grumpy... I understand... I'm sorry f-for making you admit something that... isn't true.." Happy apologized, although it's clear that he just wanted to tease him "N-no! Happy it's my fault! I'm sorry for hitting you and for lying! The truth is... I like your songs! I really do!" Grumpy apologized while putting his hand on his friend's shoulder

"I knew it!!" Happy's frown turned upside-down, and he laughed happily in success "Wait.. YOU WERE FAKING IT?!" Grumpy asked in shock, His joyous friend had trick him with his sly acting "Yup! I made you admit it hahaha!!" Happy laughed "Why you little--!" Grumpy started to get filled with rage "Woah woah! Easy now Grumpy!" Happy raised his hands to his shoulder level, trying to make him calm down
Grumpy toned down and chuckled "Heh... I guess we can't do anything about it...." Grumpy shrugged "So you admit it?" Happy asked cheerfully "Yeah.." Grumpy answered simply
Happy grinned and gave him a hug, to his surprise Grumpy hugged back
"Just don't fake being hurt.. It scares me..."

8 92Apostasy - The Lost History of Goge Vandire (A Warhammer 40,000 fan fiction)
DISCLAIMER: The characters in this story are inspired by the background of the Warhammer 40,000 intellectual property that belongs to Games Workshop Ltd. This is fan fiction, and no challenge to their ownership rights is intended. Goge Vandire is a name written in to the annals of Imperial history in blood. Often literally. No single mortal has commanded authority on the scale at which he exercised it at his height. His name is as synonymous with unspeakable evil as that of the Warmaster, Horus himself. And yet he was just a man. Where did such a man come from? What drove him to the steps he took to secure power to himself and, once he had it, how did he come to misuse it so grievously? I have scoured the records - many of them once thought lost or placed under the unbreakable seal of the Inquisition - to uncover his forgotten story, piecing together his childhood, his apprenticeship, his rise to power and his descent into madness and death. It is not the story you might expect...
