jeongguk sat there, writing down slowly and neatly. he focused on what he was doing. he was surprised when the professor called him out of the classroom. trudging to the door, the professor greeted him, and that same, black-haired boy stood behind him. they looked uninterested.

“jeongguk, meet a good student of mine, yoongi,” the professor said. jeongguk thought to himself. perhaps this would be a good opportunity for the two to get to know each other apart from how they were represented the past day? jeongguk stuck his hand out. “hi, i'm jeongguk!”

they stared at him, but took his hand hesitantly, “...nice to meet you, jeongguk.”

the professor smiled.

“yoongi will be helping you. i know your inability to work around blood but he'll be there to help. he's a medical student and takes this class full-time, so don't worry,” they said. jeongguk nodded, and the two were sent back to class. jeongguk took his seat by jimin once again, continuing his work.
