Since we can't go back to Eden Hall, Charlie, Fulton and I decided to go to the carnival. The whole day we spent it at the carnival, which was really boring. After getting off a ride, Charlie and Fulton started throwing up in the garbage can. I was a little ways behind them shaking my head. I told them not to eat anything or they will get sick. They didn't listen and now look at them. They're making fools out of themselves. After they were done they turned to me.
"Let's go" I said and we head towards Fulton valley
"Sure beats school, huh ? Hey, listen, tomorrow will be more fun." Charlie told us.
"Yeah, but after that, I mean, what ? We can't do this forever." Fulton reply
"He has a point" I replied sitting in a stairway.
"Yeah, I know. See, the way I got it figured, we go to public school for a couple years, then we just go play juniors in Canada. You only gotta be 17." Charlie reply
"Man, Charlie, I don't even know if I could make Juniors." Fulton told us
"Are you kidding me ? With your shot ? Come on." Charlie joked
"I mean, I don't know if I want to play hockey for the rest of my life. Sorry." Fulton said. Everything just got serious.
"You're going back." Charlie reply
"We can deal, man. The Ducks are there." Fulton said to us
"Dude. Fine. just get outta here then. I don't care.
I don't need you. Go!" Charlie yell. Fulton just sigh and left. I put my hand on Charlie shoulder.
"We should head home" I whispered standing up. Charlie just nod and stand up. We both head to Casey work. When we there it was night since we were just walking slow. We walked in and Casey sitting crying

Casey looked at us and stand up
"I've been trying to reach you two. Hans... passed away." Casey told us. I felt my heart just dropped
"What?" Charlie asked
"It was his time to go." Casey spoke and hug both of us.
" You both should go home and rest." Casey told us. We both just nod. And went home.
Once we got there. We both just lay in Charlie bed and fall asleep crying in each other arms.
The news of Hans. sad. Anyway sorry it was kinda boring but I will try to make the rest more interesting

The Chalice Quartet
Four strangers are drawn together by a spell from a deitic chalice. One is a wizard, gifted but lonely and in need of adventure and companionship. Another a half-elven sorceress who is desperately searching for her siblings. The third is a giant, cast out from his home and needing guidance in the country he has landed in. And the last, an assassin whose advantages are being stripped from him one at a time. Despite their initial reluctance, the four soon come to realize that they need each other in order to survive, for the chalice holds secrets that need to be discovered and obeyed. *Chapters are published Mondays and Thursdays at midnight on my website, www.forestgreenwriting.com, and here in a more mercurial fashion, though you will always get at least two chapters per week.*

The Choice is Not Yours
Author's Note: (As of November 20, 2021) I rewrote all the chapters perhaps more than a year ago, but haven't announced that I did so. Because that kind of announcement would include something along the lines of, "I'm working on the story so expect new chapters!" But the truth is, I lack motivation to do anything. And I would hate myself if I broke a promise. I'm extremely sorry if you have been patiently waiting for uploads. These days, I've been studying, not well, but studying somewhat. I will definitely bring more to show, with regular uploads. If not this story then there's another story I've been writing that's really exciting to me. It's not exactly similar to this story since it has a male lead and he is a baneful asshole with even less morals. I hope you'll like it when it comes to existence. And I'll leave my announcement off with the aforementioned promise. Meet Amber, a tomboyish, unstable, and cheeky lass who likes to keep to herself. According to her, she'll live the rest of her life on auto-pilot mode, awhile holding onto the few things that make her remotely happy. However, she forgot that people never really leave you alone, be it humans or even the Gods. And exactly that happens, ending her monotonous life on such the Gods' whim. But at what cost to her? Will she be able to hold onto the things she holds dear? Or will she fail miserably and lose herself in the process? That's what the Gods want to know. Disclaimer: I do not own the cover photo.Warning: If you are easily triggered, I am not writing this novel for you.

The Designated: Out of Control
It happened quicker than anyone would have imagined. Multiple hurricanes were one thing. People had dealt with that in the past. But, like kids playing dominoes, one thing crashed into another. Areas affected by hurricanes needed resources all along the Gulf and East Coasts drew rescuers and resources away from other parts of the country. When wildfires lit up the Pacific coast and mid-west, those areas were already understaffed. Driven by hurricanes in the Pacific basin, uncontrolled wildfires burned through towns, destroying everything in their paths. Across the Pacific, Asia didn't escape. From the Philippines, across China, into Indochina, and Bangladesh and India. Typhoons and cyclones pounded the coasts and far inland. Widespread flooding forced millions from their homes and across international borders. Mexico was hit hard and thousands died in mudslides as Katia slammed into their East Coast. The refugees fled north and west. Rumours started that hundreds of thousands were headed for the US border. Instead of running out of steam in the southern US, several hurricanes tore up the eastern seaboard, devastating cities and renewing their strength before veering east across the Atlantic. Maria and Ophelia veered east and slammed into Europe, reaching as far as the Netherlands and Russia before finally dissipating. After that, too many weather stations were offline to provide any form of co-ordinated information or warnings. Wildfires in Portugal burned ahead of the storms, fanned by hurricane winds. They sparked wildfires leapfrogging across Europe, beyond any one country's ability to cope. Already uneasy from multiple terrorist attacks over the summer, anti-refugee groups seized the opportunity to stage protests across Europe. Some turned violent as they clashed with police forces. Several governments declared martial law to quell the rioting and enforce evacuations along the path of the storms. Rumour and speculation overwhelmed facts. Unrest spilled over into widespread violence. Then sickness broke out in the displaced populations. Within a matter of a dozen weeks, tens of millions died. In the coming winter months hundreds more would follow. The Designated Project was activated.
